Me AND my husband have visited the store in Romeo and EVERY SINGLE TIME the cashiers have been rude. I was there this morning and my cashier Dawn, was rude when I decided I did not want a gift bag. We have experienced this attitude at this store together and separately. I shop at Dollar General often and I have for YEARS! But I nor my husband will visit the store in Romeo again, which saddens me since it’s close to my home. They may need some additional customer service training. If I could give negative stars, I would!

This Dollar General is lucky they are getting a one star. Absolutely ridiculous hours. Most of these are open until at least 10:00 p.m. Do better.

I shop here often because the prices are good for many health & beauty items. My kids like looking around at all the different things in the store. The staff is friendly & helpful. The DG knockoffs of girl scout cookies are great & inexpensive!

This store can sit here and take the hard earned money from the members of our community - but yet don’t have the common decency to let us use the bathroom while they collect our money. I have news for you - it is the law to have a working bathroom for your customers in the state of Michigan. Wait until you get the fine after I report you to the Eastern Michigan US Attorneys office. I will be in touch with corporate also.

Our...Shopping experience.. was terrible we've tried several times to shop at this location!, if we could give 0 stars we would.. staff are not friendly not.. even a greeting or a smile, the manager Dawn is horrible! .. Makes you not want to ever frequent there , for now on we will shop at a different dollar general store!

1st time Ive been to this store but closer one to me hasnt had Nutrish dog food in stock & this store did! So glad 😊 Nice store, clean & stocked shelves. I will be back again. 😊

Typical Dollar General... Okay products for cheap prices. The store's always clean and the service is good. Unfortunately, every one of these store's looks like a little kid put the merchandise away. Things at put in aisles with no sense of organization. For example, there is a main food aisle, but you'll find canned tomato sauce in about six other places in the store. A lot of the product placement makes no sense at all. Its like they just found an empty spot on a shelf and put whatever they could find to fill the hole.

A great variety of items. Aisles a little cramped. Carries some brand name items but in smaller sizes. Great to spend some time just wandering. Good place for cards for all occasions

I shop here often but I’m always in disbelief that the young man who is always working the register hasn’t been fired yet. This kid literally throws your change at you, doesn’t even try to place it in your hand. I’ve had to pick my change up off the ground. For the record, he does this every time I go there so it wasn’t just an accident. He thinks it’s funny but he just comes across as a lazy, bored and unprofessional worker.

Very upset this place USED to be good until the got rid of that nice lady manager last year, they also close at 9 now and not at 10 or 11 any more and they didnt even update anyone until many complaints later, i have wasted 2 trips coming here and there shelves are never stocked so i will be finding myself a new place to shop, very pissed

All in in it's a pretty good store. They have a pretty good selection on products, but they should change the name of the place seeing that almost nothing actually costs a dollar. It's actually priced pretty close to the same as a Walmart or Meijer. Aside from that, the staff was friendly, and I was able to find everything that I needed relatively quick. I would recommend calling before you go in to ensure they have the product that you need though

Good place to pick up daily essentials, milk T.P. Paper towel Beauty and health care products. There is Seasonal items and a little bit of everything .

The first place that I found toilet paper after 17 days of looking back in March. Great deals on some items and some items are a little overpriced. The items on clearance can be really great deals.

Dollar General isn't Dollar General anymore it's getting to be a Walmart Meijer stores it's ridiculous your prices are too high anymore will shop somewhere else
