We love The Pet Beastro and are so excited about the new location! This location has so much room for a whole aisle of chews to satisfy the cravings of our young and old puppies as well as a convenient location to pick up our standing order of cat food. Any time I need a recommendation, I know I can count on their amazing knowledgeable staff to help me. Loving this new location as it’s easy to pick up a special treat for my fur babies after finishing a workout at Edge.

PetBeastro has been the most helpful for my grand dogs and our new pup Louie! They help with all my questions with upmost patience and knowledge. They know what we purchase and when we walk in they always share if one of our products are on sale. I saved so much today, thanks Maddie! We will be moving over an hour away and I will make the drive because they are all that awesome! We won’t shop anywhere else, neither should you. :)

Pebbles loves Dr.Jill and ALL her staff at both locations. We’ve been customers for about 6 years now and absolutely love them all. Very informative and educated on anything we have concerns or questions on. So happy to have the new location in Warren as another option to Madison Heights. 💖 And Pebbles definitely loves the toy selection.

Top-notch customer service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Along with all of the healthy food options there’s a unique toy selection including a great variety of snuffle toys and mats (the snail unrolls and entertained my Pug for so long he needed a nap)! While toys are fun, my favorite area of the store is the large selection of treats and rawhide free natural chews, safe nutritious snacks to help him live his best life!

The Pet Beastro is the best store to shop for your furry friends. They have so much to offer like all natural treats and food as well as the biggest selection of raw and gently cooked food for cats and dogs in their freezer section. I have found so many different brands my dogs love and I know that they r getting real healthy treats and food with no preservatives in it. Most of their treats have only 1 ingredient like bison and lamb as the only ingredient which makes you feel good as a pet parent that u know what your furry friends are consuming. They r very knowledgeable there and always willing to help you find what you need and any questions they will answer and help steer you in the right direction to finding the best option for your pet. They have amazing deals all the time. They also do videos online about their brands. They will pick a brand each week and they will come on and tell you all about them and all the good benefits the food has to offer. They have an easy ordering system as well as delivery in the area. They are offering pictures with Santa, characture pictures, and a holiday themed backdrop to take your pets photos. During Halloween they had a pet costume contest. This place is paw-some ! But in all seriousness , after finding out our now 2 year old English Bulldog has a ton of food allergies ( including beef & chicken) we were on the hunt for alternatives. He can have pork & turkey, not easy options. Thank goodness we found this place when we did! Not only do they a huge assortment of food options & alternatives, the employees there took a lot of time helping us find & put together options that work within our pups dietary needs! If you have a dog or cat, you have to check out this store :)Ps: They are also on their sample game! So we get to try new products all the time!

If you haven’t tried The Pet Beastro yet, this is your sign! I was a little iffy at first switching from big companies like Chewy and PetSmart, but I don’t think I could ever go back. After doing more research on their business, I’ve learned that they LITERALLY only sell quality products AND they support small businesses too! Unlike big company’s, you can tell they genuinely care about all of their customers and their fur babies and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that 💓✨I love their portion sizes! I have never seen such big cans of cat food & large amounts of broth 😭 I have 5 cats, so this is a HUGE life saver.My favorite part are their options! My kitties LOVE freeze dried treats and toppers and when I saw their section, I was SHOOK! I’ve never seen so many kinds in my life.With that being said… I will never buy cat food from anywhere else!

You will never find a better, more personable store than this one. Jill, the owner, is phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and generous. Their prices are reasonable and she always has some sale going on. My family of 8 🐈 😻 will not shop anywhere else. I have my s.i.l. shopping here also. You will not be disappointed. Clean, excellent staff, great prices....

We saw it while driving and since we needed to go to a pet store we decided to see how it is. The moment we walked in we loved it! I should’ve asked her name but the women who was there was so kind. She gave us advice, showed us food options and even gave a sample to see if our dog will like it! Can’t wait to visit again :) definitely our new go to for our fur babies.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff every time we come here! You can’t go wrong with either location. It’s incredible how they remember you and your pets even if you don’t bring them with you to the store. I’m so grateful for this store and the products it provides. I have a cane corso who struggled horribly with kibble, would break out in scabs and hives, had what felt like constant diarrhea and drank tons of water. Vet appointments every couple months, multiple antibiotic and steroids treatments, prescription soaps, allergy injections all to try and make the symptoms go away. I’ve tried countless different kibbles, even tried “prescription” kibble that didn’t cause these symptoms but he hated eating. Learned about the beastro and feeding raw and went in and we haven’t turned back! My dog no longer has these skin issues or digestive issues and loves meal time! It helps him keep a healthy weight and the vet has commented on how clean his teeth are for his age. We actually made it a year without going to the vet and she commented that it’s been so long since they were used to seeing him every 3/4 months with these issues! So many great benefits, and if you ever feel lost ask anyone there for help and they’re amazing! They have so many amazing options to try even if you incorporate anything they offer your pet will reap the benefits! Highly highly recommend!

Went here on a whim one day, because they carry Nulo cat food, and was instantly a fan. Was given a lot of free samples, and honestly the customer service here is just phenomenal. Kind and caring individuals who take the time to build a rapport with their clientele. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ♡♡♡
