The employees were nice but just wasn't happy with a few dead fishes still in the container until my daughter mentioned it to one of employees and they got rid of it . Store is a smaller older store but it's good for a quick pick up.

Completely dissatisfied. They didn't want to sell me fish, I already had three fish at home, and I wanted to buy a few more. But the consultant did not allow to buy even two fish. But! A few weeks ago I bought 10! fish for a gift to my sister, and guess what, they sold them to me! What is the problem? Unfortunately, I did not remember the name of the consultant, but I will definitely come again to write to you here.

If you are looking for real ghost shrimp, do not go here. They will sell you macrobrachium instead of palaeomonetes. I realized that after getting home and getting a better look at the shrimp. The macrobrachium will attack your fish because they are carnivores.

Good store if you want cat food, bad store if you’re a living creature for sale in there. Selling fish with swimming bladder disorder, clamped fins, and death hang. Petsmart is putting bettas in tanks, why aren’t you?

Love this petco and the staff!! Monday's are often restock days and they typically have everything I need. Rarely they have been out of stock or don't carry a particular item and are more than happy to help out finding the item or inform me of when it will be restocked. Savings are great.

Petco in dequindre in Warren. They cancelled my appointment because my one dog, a shihtzu, took an anti depressant. Now they knew this before and they took my dogs many times before. I made the appointment over 2 weeks ago because I was going on a trip and I get there early. They were very rude. They cancelled my appointment as I’m standing there. So I took both of my dogs and left. Groomers there are awful.! That is ridiculous. I will never go back there again!!

I ordered a mirror and bell toy for my bird, but was disappointed a week later not in stock in Monday, truck day, told me check back another week, next Monday. Thank God, I fixed old bell toy, that's my birds favorite toy🤦😧😠

Horrible customer service. They let you show up with your dog for a grooming appointment before telling you that it is cancelled. No phone call. No email. What a waste of time. I will just buy my dog food somewhere else.

I called grooming this morning asking if they could squeeze in my dog for a nail trim because she’s long overdue for one and today is my only day off. Not only did they accommodate for that but they also took the time to make my anxious rescue feel comfortable. One was consoling her and one was doing the trimming. I only know Jessica’s name but the other woman with the bright hair was amazing too! Amazing customer service and treated my dog like one of their own!!!

Often lacking with service. Today I waiting patiently for about 15 minutes for the employee to help this one guy. I was up next, A few people went up to this employee and I got bypassed even tho she said she'd be right with me. So I walked out and won't be back. Great job team. 👏

Petco is my one stop that I make for all my doggie needs. The staff at this particular Petco in Warren, MI is extremely personable and treat you and your pets like extended family members. If they don't currently have something in stock, they will special order for you. So much positive vibes from these guys @ Petco

Me and girlfriend got our first pair of female mice together from here, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The store was very busy but the staff did a very good job of making time for everyone and we're a great help to us! We had questions galore and they were more than happy to help us out. Prices are good and the store is very clean. We got all of our supplies from here. The mice are young and healthy and they have alot of variety to choose from. Very good store!

Michel was absolutely amazing!!!!!! We walked in desperate right before closing, our dog got fleas (never had a dog with fleas in my life!). She walked us through the whole process and gave us products. She made sure we didn’t spend an arm and a leg and gave great advise. Short of giving our dog a bath herself she helped us get rid of them!

They only received one star, and that was for the large variety of quality merchandise that they have in stock...However, they get NO STARS because of their questionable business practices...Unfortunately, I got to experience this firsthand at how important making a sale is, first and foremost, even at the expense of a trusting customer...They suggested that you will need to purchase items for your new pet that are only not suitable for them, but could possibly be extremely harmful...Well after making a substantial purchase of items that I did willingly because I was informed, that it was all necessary if I wanted to provide the proper care for my new hamster, so it would continue to be healthy and thrive...I felt that with their experience and helpful advice, I could have faith and trust that the transition of adding a new hamster to our family would be an enjoyable experience...It couldn't have been farther from the truth...I was extremely disappointed when all of the items they convinced me to purchase had to be returned because they were not suitable or, for that matter, safe to use with a hamster...Then I had to go elsewhere to repurchase all of the correct and safe items for my new hamster...As you can imagine that because of all the improper advice I received, bringing home our new hamster was not an enjoyable experience that I was expecting...My advice is to do your own research beforehand so that you can't be misled or misinformed, and that will prevent you from unnecessarily going through the kind of experience that my family and I had to endure...

I am a usual customer for Petco I own a parrot canary and fish last Saturday on the 16th went to Petco. I purchased some food for my parrot and my canary and then I did see a nice Chinese shark fish small one so I asked one of the worker I could have the fish she asked me what size of tank I have and I told her i have a 40 gallon tank and she said that fish is going to be Big for that tank and I told her that’s fine. I need that fish for now what she did she just walked away without saying anything after I was expecting her is she going to come back and bag the fish for me so I could buy it after I waited for 10 minute I walked around and I see that worker she was working on the register as a cashier , I went to the next cashier and I told her don’t ring anything because I want this lady to get my fish for me and she told me I cannot get you the fish and I ask her why she said because I care about my animals and I look to her I said it’s not up to you to tell me what to buy or not to buy and then after going back-and-forth with her I just let it go not to argue with her. What kind of policy for your store, you will tell the customer what to buy or what not to buy from your stores, , which is she called them animals I’ve been having my pets for a long time and I’ve been buying from your store for a long time .you guys need to hire some people have more knowledge about pets and food. !!!!!!!

We come to this petco every so often for our guinea pig and bearded dragon needs. Generally we’ve had good experiences with products and staff. On this particular day, we were in the small animal section checking out all the live animals that were there. We were shocked and concerned for this little guy who had a cage full of flys and no fresh water (or fresh food). We spoke to the cashier about it who stated this happens all the time because they play and she would have someone take care of it.
