This place really has the best prices around. The store is big and can feel small, especially when it’s busy but it’s always worth the drive to go. They have a big variety for dogs with both food and treats. The employees are always so helpful too.

Cheap pet food. Cheap if you buy in bulk. Huge range of cat and dog food. I also liked bird food. Feeding pigeons was getting expensive, got a good alternative in K-9.

Usually have what I need and the savings are pretty significant to bigger chains. There is almost a $15.00 difference in the cost of the dog food I use. There is a good selection of toys and treats here at reasonable prices too. Its usually my pet supply go to store.

Always a good discount compared to ALL other places. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Food Stock is always replenished and there are SO many options compared any store I've gone to. They have plenty of care items for most pets and other outdoor feeders as well.A must see place to shop for your 4 legged friend/ family member.

I love this place! I shop for both my dog and cat and they always have the best things and lately they have replaced or maybe expanded their offerings for dogs and cats! They have better prices than most pet stores.There is one drawback for me though despite being and outstanding place to shop for your and/or cat, they dont always have the smaller bags of dry food. That is pretty disappointing since I like buying the smaller size for my pets so their dry food is always fresh.All in all it’s a great place for your pet food and I don’t hesitate to recommend them.

Place has everything. If your not an animal person you'll smell the wet dog smell of the place. Most people won't smell it because they live that way. But if your in need of anything animal related they have it.Good place to get your food or supplies.

I started shopping at K-9 four dogs ago, probably over 30 years. Unbeatable prices on a great selection of supplies, food, toys, and treats for dogs, cats, pet birds, and wild birds. Pet food prices are usually better than online discount retailers.Great selection of show and grooming supplies; more variety of dog foods than most big box pet stores. Only a few small animal supplies, and nothing for fish or reptiles.Don't expect anything fancy: they have a no-frills, warehouse style; but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And if they're out of what you need, they'll be happy to tell you when it'll come in, or order it specially for you and call you when it arrives.**Can't find anyone to help? Ring the service bell on the glass counter!Phone service can be sketchy; it can take several tries to get through, as there's only one line. Don't mistake their briefness on phone for rudeness; they need to answer quickly to clear the line for the next call. If they say that something's in stock but don't check, believe them. They really do know.Open Mon thru Sat only, till 6pm (7 on Fri).Update 10/14/23: They haven't changed at all, and that's a *good* thing!

Store is amazing, best place to buy anything for your pets, Food, Toys, treats, Supplements, Grooming Supplies, they have Everything and the best prices around. The workers are absolutely amazing 😻 my only complaint is the store smells very strongly of Cat Urine and it’s very off putting and makes me wonder how clean they are there. Otherwise it’s very nice and my favorite place to shop.

The owner is awesome, I just love this store. I've been going to them for 25 yrs. They have everything for all sorts of animals big and small, so all of what my fur family needs are they have provided. Food, toys, plus more for my dogs, cats, and yes my 2 pet rats.

This place is my go-to for toys, treats, chews, and vitamins/supplements.The pig ears are only $0.99 and you can pick them out yourself. Medications and toys are less expensive, and there's always new toys to try!I found nothing at other pet stores, including chewy, that could fit my puppy (she was 3lbs); but K-9 had a little winter vest! The staff member practically dove into the dog clothing stack to help me find it. They're great people. (Attached picture is the puppy in the XXS vest, next to a tiny butterfly toy they had.)The owner passed away last year; and, while the dog food prices are now a bit closer to franchise store prices, the staff are so kind and helpful, like they always have been.It feels good to support a small, local shop, that's been here forever. ❤️

Everyone there is very knowledgeable helpful. They have a great selection of high quality pet foods and their prices are the best around. Have been at this location for YEARS. Prices are able to be kept lower because this a no frills establishment and you don't pay for the fancy store and all the "designer" stuff. Great place to take your dog shopping....the guys carry treats and really enjoy being around dogs.

I used to shop here years ago and loved it. This time I went the cat urine odor was overwhelming and the restroom was so filthy.I won't be going back and that is sad because I had such fun shopping there years ago.
