Employees have very good knowledge about aquatic life Greenwood also carries other house pets, no cats or dogs however they do have supplies for them. I buy all my aqua life here recently I purchased 3 algae eaters as my tank has enough to feed a few i got three to start with. Don't mind the tank I still have to clean They carry puppy vaccines ready to use

No saltwater tanks at all. However the rest of the store was nice and had many freshwater tanks as well as other pet related items. The store is quite large so I'm sure you'll find what your looking for there as long as it isn't saltwater related.

I am so bummed by my experiences with this store. They have fair prices and an amazing variety of fish.My first time in, the person at the register did not respond to me saying hello as I entered. I wandered the fish area 15-20 minutes or so, I was never spoken to by an employee. I left, thinking maybe it was an off day, we are all entitled to them.I went again this past weekend, was again ignored by the person at the register when I greeted them. Browsed the nice selection, selected my fish and tried to find someone to assist me.There seemed to be one person working that entire fish room who was assisting a few customers, and several (possible) employees standing around an animal cage in the front talking amongst themselves.I left, called out a "have a nice day" to the register employee, who ignored me again.I wanted to love this store but to go in two times and not have a single employee acknowledge me either time was a dealbreaker.We have a few really good local fish stores with amazing customer service, I will stick to them.

Love going to Greenwood. They take care of my puppy for her shots. Good selection and treats. Great service prices are general.. I definitely recommend it

The staff had no knowledge of iguanas. All iguanas was caged in one fish tank, no proper heat or humidity or even proper food one even looked dead. my spouse and I was interested in a red one until they told us they had mites I wanted save all those babys so bad and give them all a loving home. I recently lost my iguana from mbd he was 2.5 years old. So I wanted another but I definitely won't get one from there.. so sad see those babies like that it broke my heart.

I used to come here as a kid, and was pleasantly surprised to see the place opened back up under new owners. The employees were very friendly, helpful, and informative. The place has never looked better, and will definitely be a returning customer!

My dad said he brought our new dwarf bunny here, she is adorable and sassy sometimes. Miki and Oreo are now best friends!The staffs here are great! 😊

Lots of dead fish in tanks employees seem like they don't really want to help you and lazy. I just got a fish and there was a hole in the bag. They don't even care about their Fish

Extremely nice place. Prices are average, and they have a decent stock of freshwater fish, rodents, birds, and reptiles. If you need saltwater stuff in the area, I'd recommend Oceans and Seas, since SeaWorld went out.

This place has a really great and helpful staff 85% of the time. But the other 15%, makes me want to walk right back out. Their selection of fish are really nice and they have feeders almost every time we go in. Prices are ridiculously high for their reptiles so I wouldn't recommend buying reptiles from here.

1, all the workers were ever so helpful, friendly. It twas 1hr close to closing they helped us and few others. Personable,3)!! PRICES ARE WAAYY BETTER THAN ANY STORE, ALL PRODUCTS,ANIMALS. WORTH the extra drive to save money in cost and gas. highly recommended!!!!!

The conditions of the tanks made me worry I would introduce sickness to my tanks if I purchased any plants or animals. The store smelled nasty and most of the tanks looked nasty. That being said with an understanding that fish tanks can smell and even look a little gross from time to time naturally.

Absolutely love them!! They are so knowledgeable and have everything we need from reptile care and for our furry friends. They have a bit of everything too! Hamsters, birds, bunnues, baby turtles, baby snakes, lizards, geckos, fish even kitty's and puts to adopt from time to time. They even had 4 quails when I was there today!

Once again they are a great place to shop for all things pets. However I don't think it was smart to mislead people on Easter with their most recent post on Google. The store is closed on this holiday however they had informed others to "hop on by".

My experience was ok. This place has nostalgia for me from when I was younger. The lady was on point with the 90 questions my mum asked with no hesitation. It just felt bare by the animal food area. I couldn't find a specific food that's kinda popular, idk why. Overall it's got a good reptile/ animal exhibit for the youngsters in your life

Went in for some aquatic plants and left after looking at all their fish. Multiple tanks had multiple fish that had been dead for a while, and almost all the tanks were poorly taken care of and really dirty. The store looks VERY different than the photos they have posted. I wouldn’t trust anything from their tanks in mine.

Stopped in one day to bring my son so he could see this cool place that we visited as kids. We never was greeted or acknowledged the entire time in the store. When we were younger we loved coming here we bought lots of fish equipment, fish, supplies and plants here. Its definitely not the same. The store is half of what it use to be including the friendly staff and service. When leaving my son asked, "Why did we come here? We didn't buy anything." And I told him we use to come here as kids, but we'll never return. Too bad I had to waste a star....

Friendly family owned local business with nice fish selection but the prices have unfortunately increased over the past year. They're asking $60 for 4 inch cichlids which is ridiculous. Also you guys need to update your Sunday hours, I got there at 5:00 and was rushed out because they were closing yet website says 8 pm !
