Walked over a mile in 33 degree weather and arrived at 830pm to the doors being locked. Simone denied me entry even though it states online and on the store door that y'all close at 9pm. If store hours are til 9 why are doors locked at 830. The store closing hour should be 830

As head cashier at this location I can say this store has come along ways from 3 or 4 years ago. Our store is consider one of the cleanest and well organized store than ones they've been to recently according to multiple customers 😀our store is one of the most stock stores. As of today we now sell Backwoods so please come on in and get your supplies here at you favorite Family Dollar Store in Warren. Towels are always full except in middle of updating the schematics like in that picture.

It's very sad how you spend your money in a business, the store is never clean, the parking lot is never clean and the customer service is not all that. But I take it as long as your business is making money then them things don't matter. These are main reasons why I stop going to a business.

The worst Family Dollar store EVER!!!! very rude, and unprofessional management staff I’ve every seen in my LIFE, they are not customer friendly at all PERIOD‼️I will never spend another dollar or red cent in that store ever AGAIN‼️ they DO NOT value their customers, the service is HORRIBLE‼️

Family Dollar was ok. But I can't find SOS pads at about 3 different stores. Otherwise they were very receptive to helping me. The cashier and the Mgr were very polite and professional. A great attitude.

This location is right around the corner from my home but I weather go to another location then this one. Went in for just a few items. First the store is disgusting! How is this a place of business and it looks this nasty?? Second there is a employee walking around eating nuts when clearly someone should be cleaning. Now I'm at the cash register and the cashier can't hear me because she had on headphones and when I asked her question of course she didnt hear me. Once I got her attention she answered me WHAT! This store is so unprofessional and nasty as well. I am a paying customer and this the treatment I receive??

I really like this store - it's within walking distance of the house... the staff is always friendly. The store can be a bit messy at times - but I've seen customers do that.. and the staff are quick to clean up once they know.

Pulled up at 9:30 doors locked other customers in the store. Employee comes to the door and says we're closed. How are you closed if it's not 10pm yet. She responds I said I'm closed. REALLY I'll never be back! And she needs not to have a job

May God bless this family dollar the warren and detroit police have lied to you and said Im a shoplifter or thief they have. undercovers and neighbors basically stalkimg me eachtime I go in any store. Someone will lie on you as you reap what u sow. Arw u sqved is the question.

So on 4-27-19 I got scammed, bought 2 xbox 'gift cards that have credit' but was actually given a gold gift card that I can't use so i gave it to my sister and she told me the card doesn't have a code so I checked the receipt and it also doesn't have a code so I spent 50 dollars for nothing and all sales are final. So I won't be coming back.
