Terrible place to work, the store manager isn't very keen on good workers. She rather you be about self rather than teamwork even if you see a coworker struggling. You can do your best but it won't be good enough. Don't apply if you have any dignity and actually take your work ethic seriously it won't be rewarded or appreciated.

Yes!!! I love Dollar Tree. What a great shopping experience. Neatly stocked shelves...full frozen food section with lots of variety...passable aisles...clean floors.And don't forget the friendly cashiers! I sure appreciate them! Covid rule adherence. And who can complain about the prices??? Not me!

I shopped this store on last Sunday, October 10, 2021 and I purchased one Air Wick Essential Mist Kit, the lady scanned it twice. I went back on Monday and was treated like a lying thief. The young lady that helped me said she would review the camera and call me, well I never received a call and I can't get my money back. So, I ended up paying 10.60 for a cashier error. I am so very disappointed in the Family Dollar chain, everyone that shops there is not a lying thief. All I want is my money back for an item I didn't purchase. I will take my business to Dollar General.

The light skin hiring manager and staff are very unprofessional they're rude my total was 38.73 the cashier had no singles and no pennies there was no manager around and the lady had to keep hitting the Bell in order for assistance when it came to loading my card when the manager returned she acted as if she did not want to service me she was yelling at the cashier telling her to reject purchases if they do not have exact change or using a card I thought that was very unprofessional don't shop here.

This is why Black people have a bad reputation when it comes to management. The store hours are 8am to 10pm they dont open the doors until 830 am which is very inconvenient. This location has a high volume of travelers going to and from work. It would only benefit Family Dollar for staff to open and close on time.

You haven't even stepped 10 ft from the entrance the employee already yelling at you to leave your backpack. Why will i leave my backpack when everything is in my backpack. And they don't even secure it, they just damp it on the side. There's a way to talk to a customer to leave their bags not yell at them like that.

The ghettoest Family Dollar ever. Just horrible and embarrassing. All night employees on 1/15/20 needs to be replaced. Instead of telling me they system down they just talking and talking instead of trying to see what's wrong with the system. To much talking and not enough working. If I cloud give yall a zero I would. Smh

They make you leave your personal belongings in the front of the store basically labeling you a criminal before you spend a dime. Couldnt even find the item i was looking for before an employee approched me and asked me to leave my bag up front, i promply walked out and did not spend a dime.

Uapon entry you can smell the musk of the unhygienic individuals. It is beyond me the way the employees act towards customers who have general questions, to the rudeness of employees being on the phone and ignoring you. Also if you have a hundred dollar bill you have to spend at least forty dollars to cash it. It's a bunch a mediocre peaked individual who act like they are doing you a favor by performing their job. I would be ashamed if anyone I knew acted like the trifling, low vibration, crustations that work here.

I made a purchase of $6.03 on 12/20/18. The cashier told me, "We cannot take your $100 bill because you are only spending $6." Who. Says. THIS???I work for a large department chain. If I said this to a guest, I would be written up, or fired. It's called a transaction. You are a business in an area where cash is king!I called corporate before I even left the parking lot! Totally unacceptable even if you are in a high traffic area! There should be procedures in place for employees to TAKE CARE OF THE GUEST...CASH OR CREDIT!H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! #FamilyDollar
