If I could leave no stars I would. I visited this store on May 25, 2023 @ 1130 am. Sarah the store manager is very rude. They refused to allow me to purchase items I took out of the box that was on the sales floor. An older black lady snatched the cart from me. I was told the boxes were on the floor because they had no place to stack the items on the shelves. If that’s they case, why not leave the inventory in the stock room? I told Sarah I was calling on her and her reply, “So, I don’t care call them!” This is a leader of a store? This is how she acts and she is the one that needs the job? Dollar Tree needs to do a better screening of their employees. I called Headquarters and I’m still waiting for Robin the Regional Manager to get back with me. I don’t like how I was treated as a customer who’s been shopping at Dollar Tree for over 20 years.

I had a bad experience with the manager during my visit. Instead of assisting me with my issue, she was very rude and threatened to call the authorities when I asked if there was anyone else who could help us figure out the best way to issue me a store credit. I don’t think my request was unheard of but felt that her reaction and comments to me were racially motivated. She also admitted that I was speaking to her very nicely but it did not matter to her. I don’t think I deserved this treatment as a customer. I have submitted a complaint to the corporate office and hope to hear back.

What's to say. Well they did make the extra 25 cents worth it on quite a few new items. Let's face it, in these pandemic and European war shortages, Dollar Tree is still an awesome deal. 10 AA batteries for 1.25? Yes please!!!

I love Dollar Tree in general...this store in particular!! Always clean ..always stocked or in the process of being. Huge frozen food section. Love that! Friendly and very helpful employees. And...it's all for $1. Who wouldn't love that!

Good variety of commonly needed household items as well a few unexpected items. Good staffing, clean and well stocked. How do you beat a dollar for item? Checkout can sometimes be a little slow, depending of course on the amount of shoppers.

Splendid. Due to COVID I've stayed away from a lot of stores, but this is that Special time of year that compels me to venture out no matter what. I absolutely enjoy a true Dollar store & Dollar Tree has always been a Goblin Family favorite. 4 Claws Up, Goblin Approved. Fast, friendly, helpful & clean. Go do some Holiday Shopping today!

This place isn’t bad. The employees are usually professional and helpful. There is a big selection of items. This location is usually pretty busy but I’ve never had any issues with people. They carry a little of everything and there isn’t anything in the area comparable.

At the time of my checkout the line was 10 deep.Manager and others stocking, yet no one came to help the only cashier.She was blowing up balloons and sorry to say never acknowledged any of us nor did she call for help.I love this store.But really bad customer service experience today.

What's not to love? So many of the same products as the major stores, for a dollar. New products come in often, I find name brands worth five times as much for a buck. Always finding a great books at a super bargain price. I only wish they had the art supply deals from a five or six years ago, sometimes I get lucky though.

Well stocked, and sufficiently staffed with cashiers. If there is a line, they will open another lane for checkout. Only issue is that they are frequently out of helium for balloons. So much so, that even when they do have helium, they leave the "No helium" sign on the door! So even if it says they are out, if you ask, you may be able to purchase a balloon.

fairly clean,easy to get to from parking lot. Still trying to understand why they went up a quarter not a dime. It's hard at times to come up with that quarter and by the time you purchase the things you want and need. some of the things you have to put back because you ran out of money.

The store is spacious so it's not cluttered. It is well lit and very clean. The shelves are well stocked. The staff are friendly and efficient.

This dollar $tree location is worth the drive, an old Frank's Nursery , it's big, clean, wide isles, great for seasonal items, if your a qwick in & out shopping person, I highly recommend, they stock the shelves early everyday, no fighting to get around the staff stocking shelves while you are shopping 👍🇺🇸😉

I get things like granola bars here because I'm not paying $6 for 4 bars from Quaker. Don't exactly need to go broke over blood sugar issues I have. Corporate at this location has decided that its completely okay to hire only one person to be the cashier at peak hours. You make millions a day from your franchise and you can't bother to fork over another $50 a day for another cashier really?

Dollar Tree is the best dollar store. Everything is truly a dollar or less. This location is one of my favorites. The employees are pleasant and the aisles are always clear.
