The state of this store is completely ridiculous. There is no staff and the ones that are there are made to stay on the registers and even then the lines are down the isles. The store is gross and completely disorganized. Nothing is where it should be. Literally everything is out of place. The bathrooms are awful and there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls. Stuff all over the isles. It’s like a game to try and find what you need. Just shut it down if you can’t staff it properly. The cashiers seemed to take far longer than necessary to complete a transaction.

This location was so crowded unless you have patience I’d find another one. Felt like I was having Black Friday flashbacks with all the people looking to score great deals.

Terrible experience! We stood for at least two hours in line while the employees (including the manager) closed all registers and started organizing what’s behind the registers! We complained and asked them why weren’t being helped, they ALL had a super bad attitude and said this is all we can do. I just still can’t believe that the manager and one of her employees yelled at the customers instead of offering any apology!!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK!!!!!!!!!! The manager Jamie is indeed Racist! The store close at 11:00 pm, he turned off alll the lights at 10:45. I was in the front of the store with a full basket by 10:58 (an employee confirmed) he then closed the register before 11:00 pm and told me I was going to have to come in the morning to complete my purchase. I spend at-least $500 every time I come to Burlington. They lost a great customer.

The store has seen a Huge turn around since Fani and staff have taken over, Ease of shopping has improved substantially, the store is well organized and looks amazing, the wait times in check out have gotten better and the staff are very helpful.

.Poor training and lack of respect for the new hires by one of the leads. Very aggressive attitudes for anyone with ADHD and focus retention issues.Had to learn things by intuition because they were hostile and unwilling to help me..Lack of proper resources such as decent large bags during the holiday rush..Disorganized for staff and customersBroken register tools, broken vending machine..Too much micromanaging required of cashier staff when customers are in need of help.Did not really enjoy the atmosphere of working here. Catering does not make up for low morale

I would give less if able. We were standing in line for over 30 minutes we got halfway through the line and they closed all the cash registers down. So that they could organize the shelves talk to the manager the manager just got upset with us and said that she was doing what she can. There's 50 people in line we will never ever come to this Burlington again. Employee even came in and they sent her over to straighten up the shopping carts. This is totally ridiculous everyone is totally disgusted with the service here don't ever come here.

Unprofessional,unorganized, anddangerous. The register line was wrapped around and down aisle's. Understandable, its the holidays.3 registers were open, Suddenly all three women at the registers closed down and started tidying up and putting clothes away in front of 50 plus customers still waiting in line. When the employees were asked by customers in line why they were shutting down the registers. They said they were doing their job and cleaning up their area. "Theres nothing we can do" two employees said. The manager came a long while later, after costumers consistantly asked the women behind the register to get the manager incharge. When asking the manager if she was going to open up the registers, she yelled at the customer saying that ""corperate cut over 60 hours, I'm under staffed, is there anything else you have to say!?"" The manager didn't get on a register or redirect any other employee to get on a register to resolve the situation. Another employee had clocked in and the manager directed that employee to start straightening up locked out carts, near the line that had been growing. Customers had asked the manager if the new employee could ring at a register, because at this point it was over two hours and there wasn't any body manning the registers. The manager yelled at the customers and then left the front of the store entirely. People were leaving the store, outraged by the behavior and lack of leadership.Meanwhile, there were some women waiting at a register this entire time, their order had been 'lost in the system'. The manager didn't seem interested in helping them or the employee that was trying to find that order either.There was broken glass all over the store floor, in the check out line and in different aisles. The floors are covered in merchandise and opened food products. Nothing is organized. Things are quite literally piled on anything and everything.The fitting rooms were locked. When asking a employee if they could assist with the fitting rooms; he said he's new, he couldn't, and he said he couldn't walkie anyone either.It was a terrible display of professionalism and work ethic.I see way to many reviews about this location saying the same thing; complaining about the state of the store and the poor attitude of the staff. Nothing is being done about these issues, it's apparent. It's been going on for too long without resolve.Online words from the -burington team- replying to reviews don't help this store in it's professionalism or organization.Words instead of action.Wouldn't recommend, won't be returning to this location.

Terrible 😣 this is the last time I come here. I’m not going to spend 40 min or more just waiting for pass to pay. Only 3 person and basically just 1 is working. Really they need to change how they work here. The clothes and stuff are good but I prefer pay more and avoid all this lines just for pay. Last time I come here.Btw I’m still in the line waiting 😩

I have never seen such a messy store! Stuff is just laying everywhere, nothing is where it should be. The line is ridiculous, you are in line longer than shopping. There's cashiers that cuss in front of the customers. I think I'll find a different place to find deals.

We come here almost every week because of my 2 years old son. However I think i won't come back here anymore because of the staff behavior. Last week, we had to wait 1h to check out because only 1 cashier opened. During that my son forgot his own toy in the store and my husband tried to go back inside to find and the staff didn't let him in because they said they are closed (I am still in line to purchase our stuff). Ok fineToday, we went there again. My 2yrs old boy found an open box of toys which has letters and numbers. He tried to get them back to play and i thought we may take that because he likes it, just $5. Since he took it out already then i check if the box has enough letters and numbers as it should be. It was late (abt 11pm already) then i sat next to my boy. I recognized they were not enough, stacked them by color and intent to put it back. However my boy is still interested in them , so it is a little hard for me. At this moment a staff walked here and asked if i wanted to purchase that because she saw i played with that. I said no because it was not enough and i just found out that. She said if not then i should not open that and play. I tried to explain to her that i am not the one who cut the box and opened it at first. I'm gonna buy it if it was enough and i am working on it on the box now. She didn't listen to me and took it away right in front of my eyes (she grabbed some letters from my boy hands and it made he cry so badly). I asked her name and she didn't answer me and walked away. I have never been treated like that. I don't see anything that should be like that. Why don't she walk away and come back to check again before she took the toy like that . He is just 2 yrs old and does she need to act like that to the customer. Why doesn't she try to show me the box with full items in case i want to take it or just double check for the truth. It's just a few boxes. I look for the manager and talk about her case and she is still trying to talk back to me and i believe it is not the way she was trained. At least I need to hear she say sorry for what she had done, not from her boss. And in the end it is not fair after all. Burlington is a big business, and this way is the right thing for a better business. I have been to a lot of places and never seen anything like this. It means, and totally disrespect the customer ( not all but need to be something...). Please, be nice. You are doing customer service.

Most horrible service ever!Barely any staff, takes 1 hour to check out, 12 counters but only 2 counters are active. Don't go there at all unless it's necessary and also, make sure to go in the morning

This is probably the worst location to come to. Nothing and nobody is organized. 4 clerks standing around with the line wrapped. I've been in line for 35 minutes and haven't moved.

It is beyond ridiculous that one has to stand in line for more than 30 min while staffs are walking around. I was disappointed with my recent experience at Burlington. I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes, which was incredibly frustrating. The lack of efficient customer service and long wait times diminished my overall satisfaction with the store. I hope they can improve their operations to provide a better shopping experience for customers in the future.

I counted a total of 12 potential cash registers , however only three open and a line that wrapped up a aisleway around a different aisle to head towards the register which was a whole nother line only because my brother has no coat in the temperatures dropping and I'm in town and decided to get him a coat and had already spent 40 minutes in the line multiple people left their items and left it was ridiculous so if you ask me how was my visit at Burlington coat factory ridiculously absurd bad, however I did find a coat some socks and gloves so I did make a purchase The cashier was awesome The store was ridiculously disorganized not a good experience or a good look for Burlington coat factory

I started waiting on the line around 7:15 pm, currently it's 8:40pm, and I still have another half hour to go. This is a very bad situation for every single person to wait for that long! It's Friday we the people are tired of work, taking care of our children, waiting on line for that long, and many more. I think Burlington needs to fix and find a solution to pay workers more money so they can work constantly, so the job can go well so we don't have to have lack of workers in Burlington. You the leader of this place stop being greedy, you have only two people working what a shame.

I forgot the cashiers name with the short dark hair, and semi gothic style, but she was nice ! My mom said that the bathrooms were disgusting, which has nothing to do with Burlington but everything to do with the customers that use the restroom. I have no idea why women are so nasty like they are , and I'd hate to have a daughter, she'd have to come with me, and I'd have to wait for her outside of the door. The store is junky, understaffed, not enough cashiers, long lines, late hours, deals to be found, noisy kids having temper tantrums. You see it all! Sometimes you have to think.. is this deal worth standing in this long line or not? Anyways, it's worth a look, Burlington is like a treasure hunt, you never know what you'll find.

The kine is rapped around and into the men's department. There are only three associates in the whole store, and two are on the registers. The people this location need to do better. Its over and hour wait to check out. Fitting rooms are closed.....why??? Horrible experience, won't be back.

I was once a cashier and supervisor in a Burlington. Our first priority used to be customers in line. But here they will have 2 cashiers. One of them ringing and one of them SORTING HANGERS. Really? EVERY TIME!!! That's your priority? There would be a long line at the registers and the cashiers COULDN'T care any less and why should they care? They are getting paid the minimum. Who is the store manager? One time they had only 2 employees in the whole store! Things are not in their places, half the store doesn't have what we need but getting the register line moving is a non-negotiable. This is a busy store in the middle of Warren-Troy community. Management is messed up big time.
