Dr. Burns and Zach are so nice and helpful. I had a sick goldfish and they came out to my house asap to take a look at him. He started improving thanks to the great remedies Dr. Burns provided. Due to a careless mistake of mine though, he ended up passing and my other goldfish got sick shortly afterwards. Dr. Burns and Zach did an excellent job following up though and even helped me treat the other fish. They always get back to me in a timely manner whenever I have an emergency. Thank you so much for helping me with my goldfish! I truly appreciate it. Hands down best fish doctor in all of Michigan!

No place I would take my dogs other than Walled Lake Vet, and the famous Dr Burns. My dogs the staff everyone treats you like family! Quick easy parking lot or in office for your visits !! They make sure to text you with availability but also what your dogs need !

The vet is extremely rude and non caring. Dismisses my concerns and it makes me feel dumb for asking questions. Horrible horrible experience both times I have booked - I only come here because it’s a cheaper option and my pets health is important to me. The front desk lady is very kind, the vet is a very unpleasant and a slightly miserable person from what I can see. Will not be coming back. Maybe don’t be a vet if you dislike patient interaction and treat pets miserably. I remember when I took my dog here, he was frightened, all she did was try to muzzle instead of comfort - he’s a tiny dog it’s not hard to calm him. We brought my new kitten over, from what I heard, the vet “man handled” her. Poor thing was frightened.

Super helpful, quick, and caring! They taught me the science behind why my dog was sick, gave her injections right away, and asked me to do a follow up phone call and visit to make sure she recovered. I've had two emergency visits and both times they squeezed me in that day.

Very dissatisfied with this clinic! Very rude and inconsiderate . Had to take my dog elsewhere because of their poor decision and dirty facility. If you love your dog I would think twice before taking your dog to this office.

The team here has taken care of my dogs for over 2 years, and they are superb. The staff is kind and patient, and they seem to enjoy the work they do.I know I can always call if I have a question, and they do their best to get me in quickly when I need it.They also are tech savvy and can email me documents when needed for my records.

Dr Burns is receptive to the pet and the adoptive families. He shows care in addressing the concerns of the family members and the pet. His staff are friendly and helpful.We have continued taking Louie Chauncey to Dr. Burns and Dr. Middleton. He is nearly 4 years old and his care at the office has been exceptional. He gets his nails trimmed every 5 weeks and he also gets his heart guard. The staff are helpful and friendly and Louie gets a once over every time he goes in just to make sure he is staying healthy. Dr. Burns services are affordable and the treatment of our adopted family member is always marvelous.Louie is Now 5 years old and we continue to go to Dr Burns for his care. The staff continue to be kind to Louie and us.Louie is Turning 6 on 5/14/2020 and we continue to go to Dr. Burns and Dr. Middleton. The Staff are always Helpful and Friendly with Louie. In regards to the Billing and questions we have the staff always try's to resolve any issues we have immediately.Louie Chauncey is now 7 and he continues to get his vaccines and check ups at the Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital. Dr Burns and Dr Middleton continue to provide excellent care.Louie Chauncey will be 9 years old this month 5/14/2023 and he continues seeing Dr Burns and Dr Middleton for his vaccines and check ups. The care and treatment of Louie Chauncey continues to be excellent.

Dr. Burns is an amazing vet. I have taken my large dog there for 15 years for regular shots and visits. Exceptional care at great prices. It was Dr. Burns of the Walled Lake Veterinarian Hospital that removed an entire cancerous kidney from my dog when he was 11 years old. It was an intense operation, but my dog recovered quickly and was able to enjoy the whole summer, as well as 4 more summers. I would trust any pet I have with Dr. Burns and his staff.

What ever happend to compassion for the pet owner? They want $300 just to tell me my cat needs antibiotics for her uti. Being on social security, I can't afford to pay that amount. So sad my cat is only 3. And I won't watch her suffer.

I took my cat in for an exam and to update her vaccines. My Lola had an allergic reaction to the shots as soon as I got her home. The vet said to bring her back in immediately. She was attended to right away, received fluids, a steroid, nausea, and one other injection to help her through the reaction. It was scary. The veterinarian called me the next day to check in. She called back a week later to check again. Lola had not been eating or drinking much, so they had me bring her in again to do labs and give more fluids and an appetite stimulant. Luckily, her labs came back great and her appetite is back. I am grateful for the immediate care given as well as the follow ups. Not many vets would do that personally.

Thank you so much to Dr. Middleton and the staff at Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital for always treating my fur baby with such great care. I have a small dog who becomes a huge handful when it's time for an appointment and they treat him with gentle kindness every time. I've had other veterinarian offices not show the same compassion. In the past he has been treated like a pest and a burden, but that is never the case here. Thank you again to the wonderful Vets and Staff at Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital!!
