I decided to go there yesterday to see what my jewelry (gold and silver necklaces and bracelets) and watches were worth. Met Joe the owner…super nice guy with a positive attitude. His reviews online proceeded him. Very niche store…not gonna buy everything from you, but will give you an honest and more than fair price for your items. He even made recommendations for the stuff he wasn’t willing to purchase and gave me good referrals. Today I stopped in to get some directions from Joe and again he was courteous and professional. I appreciate that…so with all that being said, GO THERE if you’re in the market to buy, sell, trade, or pawn. Great experience. Kudos to you Joe…good luck sir.

For the win...... That's how I felt. I got a pretty hard to find item (I was looking for a vacuum just for our cars/pet hair) at a good price. Even better was the communication which brought me in and the care while in (plugging in to be sure it was working, bagging the attachments)....It was just a really good experience! I will be back and looking from time to time.

My son and I visited for the first time today and had an amazing experience! My son saved up for an Xbox Series X and Joe connected it to the TV and had us make sure everything was perfect. Even borrowed us a disc to make sure the drive was working properly. He was friendly with every customer that came in. I have gone to Suburban Exchange numerous times to purchase tools. The owner Joe is very helpful, considerate and a pleasure to work with. While in the store, I’ve seen him deal with customers coming in to buy and sell and they get the exact same treatment. It’s a great store, he’s a very honest, aboveboard guy. I would not hesitate to come and do business with him.

Awesome business! We went in and found a couple of great deals for my husband's auto repair business. Sometimes these places are great for that. Better still we took our daughter, niece, and nephew to teach them about how to dicker, find good deals, amd stretch a dollar. Priceless lessons for kids coming of age in this economy! Lost a nice 12 string. My fault! My loan was given on the guitar only! Since I thought I'd return for it I told the fellow I'd leave it in the case. When I asked for the case back he had completely forgotten our conversation regarding it. I should have known better. He was nice enough to tell me he'd gladly give me a good deal on buying the guitar back. I decline. I figure he'll charge me extra for the case!🙄

There's an older gentleman that's a bit more respectful, but a younger gentleman that pretty crass and seems to be annoyed with questions.I get that it's a pawn shop and not necessarily in the business of helping anyone but themselves, but the prices here are absolutely hilarious. There's been the same guitars and amps there for years now. All of them priced horribly and marked near or above new retail price. Same is true of the video games and blurays ($8 each, seriously?) in the glass cabinets. They are sun-bleached from being there so long and overpriced. I've made a bunch of offers, but never have been able to make a reasonable purchase.Once again, I get it's a pawn shop, but it's one of worst I've been to.

I've been to multiple places selling and buying gold and I will never go anywhere else. The owner is honest, fair, so nice and I felt completely comfortable in his establishment. I will only use Suburban Exchange in the future.
