I would expect more being in walled lake. The store is dirty and most shelves are mumbo-jumbo. You have to dig through piles to see what is available. Management can do better

Bought m&ms among other things from them. Got home opened the bag they were moldy. Tried to call twice at different times and no one answered either time. I get mistakes happen but it’s disgusting hopefully they will see this and take them off the shelf, hence why I was calling.

Went in to a couple of things and the cashier lady a blonde heavy set one though out and called the cops on me saying I wouldn't leave as I was out the door then she put her hands on me as I was leaving this started over an argument about I could not enter my phone number for coupons I told I think that my wife clipped a coupon for a item she said all well should of told me I also heard her swear 🤬 in their also never will we be returning hear this is the 2nd with the same cashier lady

I love everything about the store except the new girl they hired. I purposely won’t go into the store if I know she’s in there. She is rude, pushy and look inconvenienced when I walk in or she had to stop what she’s doing to cash someone out. The 2 ladies that are usually working are awesome! I know they need a break and days off, but she is the total opposite of what they need.

Cluttered but the cashier was nice. Just be patient a lot of times only a single register is open. A good place to stop when u dont wanna be bothered with bigger retailers. Not coupon friendly I noticed, but hey in here we all looking for a deal. They sell beer too. Stock is in the aisles also.

I usually enjoy shopping here. Today I experienced the worse customer service that Ive ever received from a business. This location typically has respectful young women working there, but today I saw an unfamiliar face and she was incredibly rude. She made nasty and unprofessional comments to my husband and I in front of our child. She also rung us up for an incorrect total and then said I did something incorrect, as the customer. She even blamed me for her tardiness to work and said it was inconvenient for her to give me cash back, although the store offers this feature. This rude disrespectful employee is the reason I am rating 1 star instead of 5 stars that this store deserves without her.

The most unfriendly and rude staff I have ever seen in retail! The store was nicely remodeled and looks great, but the staff needs remodeling as well if u want to keep good customers coming back. The older African American lady is the WORST ONE OF ALL!! Management is not much better. Welcoming customers only when u feel like it should NOT be acceptable! And to ring up my purchase basically totally ignoring a customer is absurd as a cashier!! You will continue to loose business with this group of rude women!!

I just visited this located the lady with long braids in her hair just waited on us. She was so rude no smile no thank you, and she gave me a hard time about breaking my only cash 100 bill. She says I don't have change for that, then turn around handed me my change and didn't count it back. Being nice to your customers will have them come back. Wow.

Treat customers bad and Manager Chris Hess this its ok. Brian Lockhart should not have a job base on his attitude alone. The short blonde older lady is very nice tho she should be manager some day.

This store is jam packed with all sorts of good stuff! I can usually run into Dollar General for a quick item I forgot at the grocery store. I wish that customers were willing to help keep the store organized. Some areas are so messy from customers looking through the merchandise!

The manager or whoever has medium length blonde hair in her 50s, smokes cigarettes, was very rude, totally unprofessional. After having to ask her THREE times where the bird food was, she came down the aisle and pointed, she walked away abruptly, only to leave me standing there still looking, asked her again and she sighed. She has been there for years, never friendly, and I guess I dont expect much more from a dollar general store. I will not return.

Rarely shop there, but found some great deals on inexpensive housewares during "sidewalk sale". Hurried visit, too limited to say more. I am a very experienced penny saver...these were truly bargains!

The cashier was sick. Ugh! The store was ok. It does look better compared to Christmas time. The restroom was out of toilet paper. Guess that was inevitable. They didn't have any to sell either.

Store employees were very nice professional and friendly. Store was poorly stocked and cardboard laying in the floor on the back isle and carts blocking isles and was not able to get to some of the product we were planning to buy.

The older lady with short grey hair working and noon the day after Christmas yelled at my mother for asking her to ring up the lady behind us order, as we wanted to pay for it for taking so long at the counter. She was terribly rude, raising her voice and then thought it would be appropriate to be sassy the rest of cashing out.

The worst DG I've ever entered. The cashier didn't know how to run the register and Heather, the Mgr blamed everybody but the inability of the cashier. Cost them $50Never going back to this location.

Found all that I needed. 2nd register had to be opened. Great place to shop slow or fast. Water, food stuff, soda, paper products, an more. Snack foods too.
