Pharmacy staff are exceptional! We choose this team over closer locations because of their professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness beyond our highest expectations. We have all of our vaccines here, too! The pharmacists (& staff) frequently go out of their way for us including contacting doctors directly when our prescriptions need to be renewed. Thank you!

There was a sale on Christmas lights if you buy two you get one free. There was only one left and so they gave me a huge discount on the last box. They were helpful courteous, and even access my account and realized I needed another 20% off. It was the perfect experience, and they actually made my night!

I have had it with this place! ASHLEY from the pharmacy is THE rudest person. She is supposed to be the pharmacist manager. I don’t even know how she still had a job. Well after today corporate has been called. I asked for an estimation on how long it will take for my things to be filled. She told me I call and bug her every month and that it will be ready when it’s ready. How dare her!

Arrived a few minutes before 6. While in line getting cards out I hear "Sir sir we are closed. That woman in front of you is the last customer! You'll have to come back tomorrow!" That won't happen.I suggest you find a way to rope off your pharmacy lines with signage. 3 minutes before closing is not closing.

Don't listen to all these bad reviews. I've been going here for over two years and have only had a few if any issues. And any issues I have had, the staff here have gone above and beyond to correct them as quickly and politely as they can. People who have never worked in any service industry, or have no empathy and compassion, have no idea how to react when minute and mundane things don't go their way and they are minorly inconvenienced. This pharmacy is fine. Grow up people.

Was at the CVS located on W Maple Rd in Walled Lake Michigan and Ryan the manager assisted me getting a personalized picture gift done! He made sure I was happy with the quality and helped me by answering all my questions! After everything he got my present ready very quickly! He’s so sweet and helpful! Wasan at the register was a sweetheart as well! She was very friendly and helpful as well! Thank you very much Ryan and Wasan will definitely keep coming back and recommending family and friends to come back to this location

Bye.They couldn’t even call around to find what location had the medicine for my daughterThen they wouldn’t answer the phone from the other CVS so I had to wait another 30 mins for them to answer the phone and transfer the script lol wow

Fantastic fast friendly service. Staff at the pharmacy counter remade my prescription that I neglected to pick up after two weeks while I waited in under 5 minutes. Amazing service! Keep up the great work.

Pharmacy was great until the new pharmacist took over. Now they are rude and very slow with filling prescriptions sent from my Dr. Not hours but days. I called to ask a few questions and after first question, they just hang up. Sorry to bother you with questions.

The lady working behind the counter on 10/29 sure was unpleasant. Walked in with UPS returns (ya know - because this CVS is a UPS Drop Off Point) and she was cutting a passport photo, turned around, looked at me waiting, and shook her head. Yikes. Then she called a man up to the front who was more than pleasant. She must have thought I left after I gave him everything because she slammed her hand on one of my packages and let out this weird laugh.Just the whole situation was weird. Find a better attitude or if you hate your job so much, then find a new job. Don’t take your misery out on everyone else.

My husband and I were in the store for covid vaccines and we were kept waiting forever when we could observe the pharmacist working on some prescriptions. I observed her look over her shoulder to see if we were looking at her and then she started a new basket. I went to the desk to inquire as to how much longer we'd have to wait. I was informed that I could have set up an appointment but you advertise walk-in appointments. She said to sit down and wait. Everytime we've been in the store the help is unfriendly and don't want to be interrupted. I will not be in for a booster. Plus my prescriptions are either filled too often or not enough. I like the drive through window though.

Excellent staff. The pharmacy is top-notch. I have been going here for 20 years. Most people have no clue , they fill over 1,000 scripts per day. For a small pharmacy, that's a lot. 5 stars all the way. Have some compassion. They don't even eat most days while they are filling your scripts. Also they answer 400 phone calls per day. These people are Saints.

Pain meds were ordered by the doctor on Dec.22nd to be filled on Jan. 1st! I called and was told…. We’re out of them and have no idea when we will get them! This happens to much at this CVS and no compassion from them at all, very rude!!!!

Do NOT recommend for COVID testing!!! Scheduled an appointment for the drive up testing last night, confirmation and directions received. Arrive 5 mins early, park and wait. 10 mins pass so we called into the pharmacy and the girl told me they would see me and come out to the car when they were ready, do not approach the hut. 20 mins later another car pulls up, goes up to the little hut and receives her test within 2 minutes. I call into the pharmacy since it has been 30 minutes now, a guy answers and tells me we are in the wrong spot and to pull around to the drive through window. We come around, another lady at the window then tells us we need to park by the hut, I explain we’ve been waiting and she tells me to knock on the door. I do that, and the lady in the hut tells me she sees no appointment for our names. Wasted 45 minutes trying to get a test when nobody knew what they were doing. SO UNORGANIZED!!! Don’t waste your time. Go to your local urgent care. We were in and out for walk in testing within 10 minutes.

Horrifying last 7 months!!!Have asked to be put back on text messages. Never have YET.Out if stock of items.Poor customer service. I am in SALES. hold times can sometimes if ALL 7 direct lines are on hold for up to 10 min.... and that for me would be frustrating.I am currently on hold for 30 min and counting. I am staying on to see if ANYONE picks up.AwfulTerribleWorstLooking into transferring ALL SCRIPTS CURRENTLY.after this hold time.35 min....

I would give zero if I have an option. Very unethical. I was late to my COVID test appointment by 10 mins and they cancelled my appointment and lied about being booked whole day though online shows they still have slots open all day. These people seems like doesn’t want to work(or) they don’t care.

Normally I don’t have a problem with CVS but when their power went out they could have changed their recorded message to say it went out. My doctor’s office sent over a prescription and I had to call back the next day to have them resend it to another pharmacy.

Bathroom for minute clinic is disgusting. The Minute Clinic was great. However, the bathroom was dirty, toilet paper all over the floor; about 1/4 roll of TP left sitting on the handicap rail and out of soap. If they are using this bathroom for their minute clinic customers as well as regular customers, they really need to clean it up. I tried to send an email instead of posting a review, but there was no contact information on the CVS website.
