Hands down the BEST customer service. I bought my house 9 years ago and they have helped me with countless repairs and ALL of my paint needs (indoor and out). They never get annoyed with my questions (I always have a lot) and someone has always been available to help right away. I have waited outrageous amounts of time for assistance at the larger comparable stores and that’s never been the case here.Price wise, they seem to always have sales going on and they even send coupons in the mail a few times a year.They have earned every single star.

First time I have been in there but the people are great! What a real store is like. They ask you if you need any help you don't have to spend an hour looking for someone to help you that have no Idea what your asking for. They know the store and will get you to what your looking for. Thank you for the help!!

If you're in a hurry, I'd recommend you go somewhere else. Not bad service, just took too long. I walked in and within 30 seconds I already had what I wanted, took it to the register only to delayed by them not knowing what the prices were. After they figured out the prices (5min) and cashed me out, I went to leave, but I couldn't until they found the manuals "tested" what I bought. When I buy something, it's mine, it's not yours to take, "test" and play around with. Did he fill it with the correct fuel mix? I have no idea and neither did he because it took them an additional 30 min to find the manuals and by then they had already "tested" it. They need a better system, all their manuals are thrown into totes in the back area where they test the products after you've already bought them.

I love the Vassar True Value hardware. The staff us awesome. Courteous helpful and kind. They have the soap box Derby for the kids and they love it also. They even have coffee on the days when you are so busy that u don't have time to get any. If u need anything i would recommend u visit their store. You will not regret it.

Awesome place. Every time I go in there I'm surprised on what all u have. Last year I found u had the cheapest chicken food. And now today I find u carry rabbit food. I will be getting both there every week. Thank u so much.

Every worker goes above and beyond at True Value! I have my favorites.. Eric, Scott, Terry and I cant think of the other names. (Sorry guys) Very knowledgeable and helpful. True Value also runs great sales (paint sale being my favorite) Kevin was very helpful with that today! They basically have everything you need including re-screening your screens!! Lots of rentals..which is very helpful if you don't want to or cant afford to buy the machinery. Check out their facebook videos..they are hilarious!! Still looking to hire Eric.. The pool boy!😂
