I've been going to Millington pharmacy for a few years. Always polite and kind. I went to this Vassar Rite aid cause my pharmacy couldn't get my prescription in. The Rite aid pharmacy customer service lady was rude and unkind. Rolling her eyes at me and hard sighing because of the need for insurance update. This was on "Wednesday."I went to pick up my script today and same bad attitude. I will be changing pharmacy along with my family changing as well. People deserve more kindness in this world. Not to made to feel like an inconvenience for getting the medication needed met. I understand people have bad days. But I've been into this pharmacy now three times in the last week. Same lady and same horrible customer service. Maybe a refresher in customer service classes to help with her frustrations.

Go to Walgreens around the corner. They will not have your prescription ready until you show up and bug them…4 out of 5 times I would have to wait while they filled the order they promised over the phone and on the automated phone system.Their so friendly at Walgreens and fast, why did I ever trust or patronize Rite Aid?

This was by far the worst experience I've had with Rite Aid... An hour and a half spent in this place (at the worst time to be in a pharmacy) for 1 script... to be told my insurance provider is saying I'm not covered.. Spoke to my carrier and they said nobody has attempted to run my card in a while and everything looks good, he refused to call the service number. Long story short went to Frankenmuth hand my script filled in 15 minutes no problem!! Won't be back here. Will drive 15 minutes out of my way instead.

The ladies in the pharmacy are very rude . My mother called and the first lady she talked said her meds were ready besides one and my mom has a hard time hearing. This place needs to be investigated . It's not the first person I know personally that this happened to .

Went to have a script filled after over a hour they tell me they can't fill it without approval from the Doctor. Umm who do they think wrote the prescription? Then they tell me he's insurance won't cover it do to another script he takes. So what one is it ? Took it to Millington Pharmacy and we now have the prescription and will not ever go back to RiteAid . I also plan to share this post to get the word out to use a different Pharmacy .

Mira, the pharmacist, is rude and lies all the time. She gave the wrong strength medication to my wife and myself. If you value your health, I would not have my prescriptions filled there. I switched pharmacies after numerous problems and complaints from others.

Very clean store and very helpful and friendly staff especially in the Pharmacy. My doctors office has sent in the wrong prescriptions in the past and the Pharmacy staff has always caught and corrected the doctors mistakes. Thank you so much.

Called to schedule a booster by phone and was told to come in any time. I asked if I could come right in and was told yes. When I arrived the pharmacist had just left to go to lunch???

Dispensed the incorrect dosage of medication, we'll see how they handle it when I bring it back. Half the time they don't have my px in stock and have to order it.

Went up for vaccine and the young man that was there who confirmed my coverage told me to go somewhere else after waiting for an hour after coming here for 35 years a different pharmacy filled it in 10 minutes so sad thank you we are now express scripts

Horrible experience service! A lady named Robin at the check out counter was extremely rude! She told us to leave when we were having a conversation with her! I don’t recommend this store at all!!
