It would be better if they swept the floor at 1 hour before CLOSING TIME which is suppose to be 10:00 PM and not at 7:50 PM when people are trying to shop! R-U-D-E….plus made us wait at the check out and there was TWO of them!! Like the other reviewer said: SPENDS A LOT OF TIME SMOKING OUTSIDE POLLUTING THE ENTRANCE AIR!!! The manager needs to re-assess their choice of employees here because they just plain S-U-CK! Winter is coming you don’t need a couple of losers who smoke & cough on the customers(you know that thing called COVID-19)?! You need proficient cleaners too! Not this pair of dummies!(August 16/2023)

It would be nice if they fix the debit card readers as the ones who live in vanderbilt dont want to drive all the way into gaylord to go shopping for items that would end up wasting gas. The debit machine has been down for almost a week or more and most of us dont carry cash. Thinking of just not shopping here anymore and finding elsewhere to shop

Went there for grand opening sale. Sold out of everything. Nothing was stocked, bare shelves. Rude employees who care more about standing outside smoking than tending to store business. I will not shop at Vanderbilt location again.

I usually love this store..makes getting things easy without having to go all the way to gaylord. However they have been cash only for weeks..with no eta on when it will be fixed.... they can't even take checks...but the atm on site works 🙄 hmmmm

Very rude employees, sit at counter for awhile as employees are visiting with their friends, there's a employee Sue or Susan who was playing with a customer's dog instead of working register as I and another gentleman waited to cash out.
