Very nice clean place. People are extremely kind and helpful. Didn't have to wait long at all to get help. Only downfall is things are very expensive nowadays. Two tanks and rocks 160 bucks. Ouch

The store is always very welcoming, and since it caters to animals it's also very clean. Each area that of the store is well stocked there was never any empty spaces. The staff are incredibly helpful on where you can find items and no matter how many times you ask them they're always greet you with a smile and take you to where you need to be taken to if you can't find an item. I also think that the prices at PetSmart are very decent prices for what they're asking for. I think PetSmart is a good place for all breeds and animals alike. There staff are very nice to all the dogs or cats that come in, and when we check out they always give my pets a treat which is a great little extra something special that they do. So from one proud dog Mama of two sweet little girls we will definitely be going back to PetSmart very soon.

Brittney S groomed my three fur babies today and she was wonderful. Always a great experience at this location from the ease of making the appointment, checking in and the great job the groomers do. Definitely recommend and we will be back. Grooming and bathing three dogs is not an easy job. Thanks again Brittney S for making not only me but my pups happy.

This place is VERY unprofessional. I was 4 minutes late for my appt, and the groomer Jackie said she couldnt see him anymore. After I complained they said okay, we can groom your dog but it will be a 6 hour wait! All because i was late 4 minutes and they said they were over booked. So because they over booked themselves, they were going to punish my dog for 6 hours. I will never make another appt here or trust them with my animal.

Fine, I guess. I really haven't had a poor experience here. They seem to have alot of different pet options. The prices seem a bit extreme. So if it's an actual animal you are looking to purchase I'm sure you can find cheaper.

I would never take my Dog here ever again. I brought my Dog in and the groomer was trying to get out of grooming my dog by telling me he was matted which he wasn’t and then preceded to tell me I would have to go home and brush him then bring him back or she would have to charge me extra for him. The Manager then came in and started agreeing with her that they couldn’t groom him. These people are horrible! Never ever again.

Shannon F is the best! She groomed my other fur baby a few years ago. I was super psyched when I saw her name on the list of groomers when I went to book my puppy’s appointment. Shannon did such a great job! The only downside was that my little one didn’t want to leave Shannon’s arms when I went to pick her up. She really likes her!

Not happy with the service. I have never seen such a small work area, so many rules and explanation's, too many corporate ideas compartmentalized ideas. One leg was not trimmed like the other and his ears are at least 1/2 or more uneven. Im sure someone will say he squirmed. He is 10 yrs old, gets groomed 4-5 times a year never happened before. I will continue to go to his regular, overbooked groomer that doesnt put customers in a cage. Never going back

aside from 1 particular employee whom somewhat acts like they're the most important person on earth its a nice clean store. they're one of the only places that carry prescription dog food. most of the time they have the brand I need(ZD). They'll even hold a bag of food for you for 24hours.

I never been to a PetSmart I didn't like. I'm a cross country driver so my dog is always visiting a different PetSmart everytime he needs food.

Always great service and friendly staff. My dog Bear does not like getting his nails cut AT ALL, but they take the time to make him comfortable and do a nice job on his nails and teeth!

Walked in I was greeted at the door. I went in, looking for flea medicine for my dog. The lady who greeted me brought out a worker walk me to the item I was looking for she help explain the different brands really friendly, really nice. They also had a online sale in store and had a different price sheet honored to price for me. Great place.

Went here for puppy training. Trainer was absolutely amazing with her enthusiasm for pets and making it fun for not only the pups but for the puppy parents. 100% would recommend for dog training.

Not impressed. Manager doesn't take responsibility for his store. Banfield hospital likes to play games. They don't seem to know if and when they will be open. I went in and had the ma'am card pulled. Sad. Really hope to find a better place to shop

Booking grooming appointments online is convenient and the staff seemed friendly. However, my experience today was frustrating and entirely avoidable.I booked a grooming appointment online and indicated that my dog has a heart murmur. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk asked me about the murmur after asking a few questions to confirm the services I had selected. At this point I was informed that dogs with a heart murmur go through an "express service", meaning the groomer gets to work right away and doesn't put the dog in a kennel as to avoid stress. I can appreciate this, but the groomer I booked with was busy with another dog, so clearly they didn't have a plan in place to accommodate that process though they should have known that would present an issue.Next, I was asked what grade my dog's heart murmur was at. I was then informed that they do not take dogs above a grade 3 murmur, like mine, because they don't have proper veterinary care on site if anything were to happen. Again, I can appreciate this, but they didn't contact me to validate that my dog was eligible for grooming services ahead of my arrival.What makes this all the more frustrating, is that at 9:30 this same morning, they had called me and left a voicemail asking if I could bring my dog in earlier because they had some cancellations and they also included a reminder about needing his updated vaccination records. That's all great, but there was absolutely no mention about any concerns with his medical history in their message. Clearly, they just didn't pay attention to it until I was there for the appointment, which seems silly given their policies.Again, I take no issue with the policy itself, it's the lack of planning and organization that I can't understand. Given the circumstances, you’d expect the staff to do a better job of reviewing the information provided by the customer upon booking and reach out if there are concerns ahead of the appointment, especially since they clearly had free time to call me due to cancellations earlier in the day.

They used to be a great place to shop at. I had brought my dog in for one on one training and he got worse. I paid for 2 dogs for 3 different level classes and they didn't learn anything new at all. Unfortunately there are no refunds so that is $1200 down the drain ans a dog with worse anxiety than before. The kicker is the past 6 months whenever I try to order anything online anymore it never let's me check out. I work full time and longer sometimes ans barely have time to take care of everything, so when I get a random purchase cancelation on my dogs food it really pushed me to look further to shop at other places from here on out.

You might want to turn the air pumps for the cichlids. Cichlids need air flowing so they can breathe properly.

This Petsmart is the only place my dog will go without howling in distress. He knows them and loves them now. They always take great care of him. Nanook is very spoiled. This brat gets treated like royalty. The price is right and the groomers are friendly. You can tell each of them loves the dogs they groom. More patients then I can ever be. I completely appreciate them and trust them. Make sure your dogs are up to date with their shots. Your dog will not be seen. Safety first.

Emma was very disrespectful and racist towards me in the store today. She couldn't even speak with me directly. She literally stood behind my back, speaking about my dog and how she was mad that she had to mop because he marked. He's a puppy. She was rude and kept going after I apologized. All the times I've supported this company over the decades and this particular store...I have never been so disrespected. I will never shop here again.
