Shaina Is hands down the best groomer. She is so kind and always very sweet. I've taken my dog to her for years. She always gives a great haircut and keeps my bby girl looking so nice💗 I really appreciate her skill and professionalism. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!

Charlotte is amazing! I am so happy with how she cut my very shaggy and long Pomeranians hair—he looks like a little bear. Scheduling was a breeze, she was very professional, and Teddy looks amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Staff are very knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care for the animals they carry! I came in for a hamster and they were very kind and patient with me as I made my final decisions. I love that they asked me proper care questions and ensured that I had a suitable set up. You can tell they take the time to appreciate all their animals and they even told me what my hamster’s favorite treats were!

I have been bringing my dog here for few times to get a haircut. I liked the grooming service and the friendly staff. However, this time I had brought my dog for a grooming appt with Liv. I was very disappointed when one of the staff told me to not bring my dog on weekends anymore because hes too interactive? And then I find bits and pieces of hair on my dog’s paws that were not trimmed. Clearly she didn’t want to bother and finish him up! This is basically declining a customer and so I will not be bringing my dog here anymore.

loved this place--first time bring our lab to a doggy hotel--was a bit concerned--mark made us feel comfortable about it--luna was there 6 nights & seemed happy & well cared for when we picked her up--they are very concerned about shots & flea treatments so we know luna would not catch anything here--they have 24 hour care so it's not just during store hours--we will bring her here again.....another good stay--they are so good here--memorial day weekend there was supposed to be 50 dogs here--cost is $55 a night--first night free for first timers--they make sure all the doggies are up to date on their shots--they take cats also, but I feel that they would just be put in a cage--happy to have found them.....love this place--took our lab luna here for the 3rd stay--she loved it--the people here are so sweet--we met jane for the first time--she is wonderful--10-30-23

Clean store and helpful employees Very convenient having the groomer here as well. However if your looking for science diet prescription dog food, They DO NOT carry it at all or any prescription dog food for that matter.

Mark at the Pets Hotel is the BEST! I would not trust my fur kids Divo and Pluto with anyone else!! I feel so comfortable leaving them with the pets hotel knowing that he is there. He is always so great to them and we appreciate him so much!!! We went to Hawaii and where gone for over a week without worry! Thank you!!!

I was thinking about that place is great !! But today I surprised they did over charge to me plus they added crazy cause with additional price by saying if your dog has abnormal behavior we will charge you more !! That’s crazy I never ever seen like that deal before !! They ripped me off !! also I don’t believe that my dog did abnormal behavior !!because I wasn’t there I can’t believe them they say what they like to say !!! From now on that store is bad , looking for money , sometimes they do fair job , a lot of time they do bad job and forget a lot of dog spots without grooming !! I told my friends and relatives not to go there because they rip the people off !! I found many places they do grooming and good package cost only 65$ with their big smiles on the staff faces !! Oh the people wake up go find another places you will see better job with a half of price

Good location of Petsmart. Convenient to major roads and the I-75 expressway. Big, clean and friendly. They have boarding too. They did a good job cleaning up our dog and trimming her nails. Will come back.

We don't have a dog or cat, but we have our little syrian hamster, Mira, that Santa brought for our youngest daughter this year. The store has the most friendliest and knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. They take their time to answer questions and don't make you feel rushed. They have a pretty good stock on different animal items and don't forget to sign up for their rewards, it can save you money. 😊

Charlotte grooms our two shih poos and she is the BEST!!! They always look perfect when we pick them up from their “beauty shop” appointment! I have recommended Charlotte to two friends who are equally pleased. Couldn’t be happier!!

I have only come to this petsmart for adoption events and using the hotel for my foster dog. The employees are great. They’re friendly with all the pets and were easy to talk to. They took good care of my foster and have been great to work with for events.

I love my PetsMart in Troy Michigan! The people that work there are lovely! The pet daycare exceeds my expectations. Our dog loves to go to daycare! He has dog friends and he also loves the staff. It’s a win win!

Late review but I used the Pets Hotel last year. The first time was good, though it would be good to have cameras but the second time not so much. Turned me off. I had to board our dog because of a family funeral, Same day I went to call to see how my dog is doing. I just get "he's fine". Like what is fine?!?!.......... Never again, that attitude turned me off and we never came back after.

Absolutely great staff! Brought my dog for grooming. It was the best we've seen him have. Not bad-mouthing the location he usually goes to BUT these groomers are fantastic!

Great store that has a lot in stock. We love the grooming here and have been taking our “sensitive” dog here for a few years now. He always comes back cheerful, which was a change from the place we tried before. Great place and staff members!
