I spoke with someone and made an appointment on the phone. I brought my dog in and was told the grooming price would be X amount. When I came to pick my dog up, the price increased 20% without additional services. Then, for the first time, they told me they only take cash.

I've been taking my 80 lb. Plott Hound to Dee's since I adopted him. The facility is clean and basic and isn't too hard to get an appointment. Dee is always very accommodating and has fit me in a couple times in a crunch. The price is really reasonable which I really appreciate. I drive 20 minutes to bring my dog here because I like it so much. He's always happy and clean when he leaves. Dee really won me over during my last visit - she gave my dog a Christmas ornament with his name on it and treats tied with a bow! Very thoughtful and caring overall. Highly recommend!

I moved back to Michigan about a year ago. I looked around for a good groomer.I found Dee's pet grooming. It's a little farther than I would like to drive, but well worth it.Dee is exactly what a responsible pet owner is looking for. You do not have to worry about your dog, when you leave them with her. She is very personable and has fair prices.My Dog likes her and that's always a good sign. Keep up the good work Dee. Yesterday was my first experience at Dee's Pet Grooming. I made my appointment with her based on a family friend's recommendation, and I was not disappointed. Dee did an amazing job working with my less-than-cooperative Westie mix and managed to give her an extremely professional grooming. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Dee's services to anyone in need of a trustworthy, expert groomer. :)

I love the owner of the pet salon. She is amazing with my dog and always does a great job. I heard she had to get surgery and whoever the woman is running the place when she is gone makes you appreciate her ever more. The owner always welcomed walk in nail cuts and was very personable. The temp woman was rude with an attitude, not having time for walk in apt even when I stated I drove 45 mins just to come to this pet salon. Hope the surgery went well and hope the owner comes back soon

Highest recommendation for Dee's Pet Grooming. I had my first visit today and was impressed with the friendly service oriented attitude of all who were in the shop. My Beagle-Corgi looked great when they were finished & prices were very reasonable.

The customer service here is very poor. Especially the lady in brown hair, I believe she maybe the owner Dee, is extremely rude. I was really unsatisfied with the service here.Full story : A week ago the air-conditioning in my house broke and I took my dog with me in my car to go shopping. It was honestly cooler in my car with the AC. I stopped by a grocery store right next to this place and was shopping with my family. I went back and forth to my car a few times to check on my dog and make sure he wasn't too hot. As I was leaving the store, this lady walked in yelling that I can't leave my dog in my car and threatened to call the police. I told her that I would take care of it, and left it at that. Today, after I walk into this Pet Grooming, I find that same lady, turns out she works here. She calls to someone at the front desk saying, "it's the lady that left the dog in the car". When I asked if there was a problem and said that I could just take him somewhere else, she said there was and basically refused service to my dog. Again while I appreciate someone looking out for my dog and making sure he wasn't hot, I believe there is a way one would communicate a concern decently. Especially to someone that treats their dog like a baby. I just found her attitude and threatening nature to be repulsive, a large turn off. I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog with her.

Dee's was GREAT! Took our Bouvier there for his first time other than us trimming him. He acted like he owned the place, barking to protect Dee! She did exactly what we wanted, a trim all over. He is so happy with his Spring cut! Thanks so much for being so good at what you do and loving it!!

Not the place for cats. We got our cats groomed here and the cut looks okay, just shorter than we agreed on. But they accidentally cut my cats foot pad and it was bleeding. She notified me and took $10 off. But she then told me to put peroxide on it and don’t take her to the vet. Well I called my vet and they said DON’T use peroxide and bring her in for antibiotics ($100 vet bill!). So the groomer gave me the wrong advice and that is what upset me the most. Also the cats were kept in the same row of cages as many small barking dogs so they were very scared. Overall I wouldn’t suggest that someone bring cats here.

Just called trying to make an appointment for my little 7lb guy. We just moved here from Texas and we are so amazed by the bad customer service we encounter. So when I called, a guy answered and I told him how we moved here and looking for a new groomer. Asked if they cage, he responded yes. Told him my little guy doesn't do well in cages and wondered how long the process was, he told me to hold and just passes the phone to a women without explaining my question. So the lady asks how she can help me, I repeated my question. She told me that they try to get them out as fast as they can but usually it's the owner that has a problem with the cage, not the pet. I told her that he has cushioning disease, thyroid and diabetic so when he gets in a cage he gets traumatized for a few days and that the groomer in Texas use to keep him in his bed in a closed area in the front.I then proceeded to say I'd like to give y'all a try and she responded with well that's going to be awhile. We don't have an opening until July 10th. Today being June 26. I said that won't work, thanked her and hung up.It's like people here don't want your business! I don't get it here... I must be just use to southern hospitality!

This happened on Feb. 13, 2018, I took my dog and he looked good when I went to pick him up. But as I walked him to my door, I saw blood. They had cut his nail to low. He tracked blood on my carpet.I called them and they acknowledge that they cut him. They told me they put flour on it, and apologized for the cut.My concern is why was I not notified of such when I picked him up. They took my tip and said nothing about the injury he incurred at their hand.This is bad business. He could have gotten an infection, and I would not have known why.I will be taking him to the vet. Called for an appt.
