My husband has a heart condition and needed his heart medication to survive. The pharmacist told him even though the doctor ordered prescription that he should take half a pill and would not refill heart med? Prescription is never on time and pharmacist had no idea what she was talking about . Power trip over a heat medication? Perhaps but we will be switching pharmacies.

Absolute worst CVS Pharmacy! They just place you on hold before letting you get one word out. They take forever respond to calls and even in the store they act as if your bothering them. It’s sad because I used to work for this company and it has really gone hill. It really is unfortunate and esp because the other store closed right down the road . I wish I could give it ZERO STARS

Pharmacy never has medication & takes them forever to fill scripts. Every other cvs I’ve ever gone to fills scripts same day, I’ve currently been waiting a week for 2 scripts with no update from this cvs.

I wish it were possible to give zero stars. This is the worst pharmacy ever. The staff is completely incompetent, along with the management. Don't plan on getting your prescription on time. Terrible management. I have had to report them to corporate twice now.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy. 1 star is being generous. After the CVS on the corner of Grange and West closed we had to move here and it’s been nothing but a headache

I just had this great experience at CVS store. The employee named Kolten was super nice, polite and fast. I was looking for just a snack for a movie and he recommended me this great deal 3 for $3.

Dana is the most disrespectful employee I have ever seen. She had such a snotty attitude towards me because I wanted to know where a certain item was and how to use it. She demanded I show her my driver's license and demanded to know what the items were for because she felt like I had stolen money when all the cards are under my name and the ID matched. Until CVS does the right thing by firing her, I will not be going to that one anymore.

I've been shopping at this location for well over 15 years. Many associates have come and gone. The current staff is the epitome of customer service. Tony, Dana, Christophe and Myriah are pleasant, helpful, patience and CARING.

Do Not come here for MinuteClinic to have Covid test for your child. Attendants can't even enter personal information correctly into system, which will prevent you from getting results in any sort of timely manner. Had test done on 26th, it is now the 30th and we still can't access his results. We would have been better off waiting to have the test done at his primary care doctor than going to this doctor in a box. Will never have another PCR test done at CVS again.

Saaba is the best pharmacist ever! She keeps info flowing to her patients. She called us at home to remind us of availability of flu vaccine. She also reviewed our pneumonia vaccine status & verified that we received our COVID vaccine.Now someone might take offense at that, but she is an integral part of my health care team.I appreciate her for that. ! 👏👏

Worst pharmacy ever. They never have medication. Had surgery and in severe pain. They don't have my medicine in and I have gone back 4 times when they tell me to come on certain days. I have to drive two hours away to get another script with a different pharmacy name on it because it has to be a handwritten signature. Used to see a pharmacist named Kristin and I never had a problem. Now that it's ran by all men it seems like it's just one thing after another. Hate this place. Never go there. Ever!!!

Went to this pharmacy for the first time today. Absolutely loved the staff. They were both extremely nice and friendly. Hands down the best pharmacist I have ever encountered!

I had a covid test appointment at 11:45 and it is 12:10 and I am still waiting. I would not recommend going here for any sort of testing.
