Walked in to buy one, singular item and up to the register I went. As I walked up, there were two people in front of me. The gentleman checked out and went on his way. The 2nd lady in line had a whole cart full of assorted candy from the clearance section. I didn't expect her to let me go in front of her with my one item, simply because we no longer live in that world. However the lady cashier, was extremely wrong and rude making statements like, "it's his own fault" and after the woman apologized, I said it's fine, no problems at all. Only to listen to the cashier make the comment, "they always say that!. And in return, I said, I could say something else if you want... maybe they should steer clear of hiring cranky, rude employees. And likewise, I'll no longer go to the Walgreens in Chums.

Every single time I need medications for my daughter from here, they make you wait hours or are out. When working, I push people away from this location because the staff are lazy and slow. It's too bad since a few years ago they had amazing smart and caring staff that always went the extra mile. If my daughter was not special needs I would choose any pharmacy over this one due to the non-stop issues. Also, never use this pharmacy for insulin. When it's time for a refill, they always have to order, so you run close to out every single month! Horrible pharmacy with horrible uncaring staff.

The male pharmacist is terrible at his job and customer service PERIOD. Initially, he asked how he could help? When I began to answer, he stated there were other people waiting. After waiting for 24 minutes, he then hung up. I called back to at least attempt to ASK the question. Again, he hung up without saying a word. I called back twice more & instead of saying anything, very rudely just placed me on hold. I had ONE question he could have answered very quickly had he just listened. I work for many physicians and needed ONE ANSWER. I don't understand how your job is so terrible that you act this way.

I lost my insurance and called to have my prescription refilled, got a text saying it was ready and it would be $467 dollars. So I called and said that’s what it is for cash pay. The lady was so rude and said they took coupons and so I found one but it was still $48 for a 30. I called meijer and found out I could get it for $19 for 90 day. When I told Walgreens they said fine then switch it. So I did and will never be back. Horrible customer service and price gouging

Kayla from the pharmacy is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She was not only rude to me, but rude to the other pharmacy tech who asked her for help. I would not recommend this pharmacy simply because of Kayla.

Not sure what the deal is with this particular walgreens as I've not experienced this at any of the others. The pharmacistS KAYLA and there's a gentleman there that treats my sickly mother like dirt. It doesn't matter what we're there for they act like it's a bother. The male pharmacist was SO RUDE last time I thought it was a joke. I will be transferring my mother and telling everyone I know to avoid this walgreens since Kayla and mr RUDE pharmacist man seem to hate their jobs.

I stop here fairly often for milk, medicine and whatnot. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I love that they have Apple Pay and I scan my Walgreens card from my phone. I don't even need to have my wallet with me!

Very kind and friendly. I have a lot of prescriptions so I have to go quite often. I had bad experiences with Wallgreens before I moved upstate so I was dreading having to use them, but everyone in the pharmacy is great, they take the time to really help when you need it. I needed a prescription that requires a weekly blood test, they couldn’t get the drug but took the time to think of and call a place that had the drug and a lab in the same building. I thought that was very nice of them. They’ve also gone over and explained a confusing refill, as well as helping try to get a new medicine that need insurance authorization. They’ve just gone above and beyond a lot of places on more than a few times. I will continue to go there as often is possible with all my pharmacy needs. That’s it, thank you acme Wallgreens.

On Friday october 4th 2019 I purchased guess body spray for the sale price listed as 7.99 but upon checking out I noticed I got charged 10.99 no biggie right well under Michigan scan law which I onow from working retail I went back a day later to dispute with the manager on duty an she claims there is no way I seen the sale price due to them just putting the sale price out on october 5th-! So I guess I'm lying?? So I will contact the district manager to make the claim cuz by law I can sue Walgreens hence why there is a Michigan scan law..... Manager on duty....customer is always right... Just an fyi

Amber, one of the pharmacists, is great, very helpful, and kind. My medications can get very pricey, and she got my prescriptions to little or no charge, I’m so thankful.

The rudest and stupidest people in the area work at and manage the store. The other ones in town are not nearly as bad the store is full of bungling idiots who have zero sense of customer service! I will never go back no matter what.
