Went in for black friday shopping found out I got the wrong size bibs and didn't have a receipt! They asked me a few questions about my trip and boom! They found my sale receipt on the computer and got me set up with a better size!! Everyone was friendly and helpful will definitely be back for anything else I may need thank you Taylor and everyone else you guys rock!!

Blaine's in Traverse City had fencing supplies on sale. The ad was a day old. Drove 57 miles and Blaine's was out of stock on everything. Across the street to TSC and they had everything I needed in sgock and were cheaper than sale price of Blaine's. Blaine's missed a $1184.00 sale. New employee was EXCELLENT!

I took my dog here for a bath (he was in desperate need of one before we went back to our hotel). The employees were very friendly and welcoming, the price to do the dog bath myself thing was very great and they provided a couple towels for drying. The pet wash station room could have used a good clean up but I also got there right before they closed, so it probably would have been in less disarray earlier in the day. I had never been in a tractor supply before, and even though the dog station was a great price their other prices on some items I picked up seemed a little high. Not terrible, though. I'll keep other tractor supplies in mind when travelling and in need of a place to wash my dog.

Turned off their open sign around 7:20 when they close at 8. Went in and asked if I could wash my dog and the other lady gave me attitude and told me to “make it quick we’re closing soon” when they still had 40 minutes. Another lady went to the back to check and see if there was anyone in there and there was and told us we couldn’t wash our dog because it would be too late and we should’ve come earlier. Horrible customer service. And old lady at the register had her mask half down her face giving me attitude, makes me laugh.

By far one of the worst stores I have been to. Went in to get a few things, ended up leaving with ducks. Everything was good until we went to check out. Diana the cashier was not friendly and rude. She questioned a few of the items we got for the ducks. Then proceeded to throw our items back in the cart(without bagging them). If you’re going to hire cashiers make sure they’re not going to throw your customers items they just bought back in the cart.

We shop for many items at Tractor supply, even Christmas presents.! We have always been treated with curtesy by friendly helpful staff. Their dog washing station is great. Cleaner, better stocked and more efficient than other self-service dog washes we have used and you can't beat the price!

They need some human relation training for their cashiers. We've never had someone be as rude wjen we asked a question as the older lady that was on register.

I shop at tsc often and very satisfied. Have purchased many items there with very few problems. The employees for the most part are knowledgeable, if not they will turn you over to someone who does. I've had to do it in my work profession my self. I don't expect everyone to know everything, as we know we all learn something new daily. THANK YOU

Nice store that carries most everthings you need to work on your tractor and yard employees are very courteous in always hopeful. I always appreciate their bolt in not section carry lots of riders of harden bolts and screws that you can buy in bulk for much cheaper price than any of the big Box stores. I also appreciate they're letting a lot of these charitable groups come in and use the front of their store. I actually took my cat in and had it treated at the mobile vet unit which they let come and park in front of their store so people with not so much cash can get in and have their animal checked over. I think that's pretty neat. Also they let the scout groups come in and sell their cookies and everything else that a place is now a days are not let that happen as much.

Giant sign saying everyone has to wear a mask yet not enforcing it. I usually don't have a problem with TSC but this time I found the only helpful staff to be the checkout person. Not a good trip and definitely weary of going again.

My girlfriend and I had a great time at tractor supply the people where so nice and knowledgeable about starting chickens. We came in without the knowledge of caring for chickens and they took their time when it was busy inside to make sure we knew what we were doing when we left. You guys rock

Recently my granddaughter purchased a puppy from a wonderful puppy adoption agency, instrumented through Tractor Supply. There seemed to be a lot of chaos. I would suggest that in the future, they may want to have people take a number to be more organized. Then customers could at least walk around the store instead of a confusing glob of people afraid to lose their place in line, which was a LONG wait.

The signature pad wasn't working on one of the cash registers, they were doing the best they could to take care of the long line...everyone was using a credit card though! They handled the situation well.
