My son was getting his first pet and we came up to this PetSmart to get him a hamster. We had already picked up most of the stuff we needed at our local pet supply store, but they didn't have the kind of hamster my son wanted. When we were ready, we approached a staff member for help and this is where I met Lara. She was such a delight to work with. She was busy doing something else at the moment, but put it down and gave us her full attention. This was so important to me as this was a huge day for my son and I really wanted it to be a good experience. Lara asked me some questions about the setup we had a home and then gave us some more pointers. She made some suggestions on things/brands that we would be needing that I was unaware of. She also helped educate us in some care instructions. We had done a decent amount of research but she had some more nuggets of info that were helpful. I really want to give a shout out to Lara and give her a huge THANK YOU! I couldn't have asked for better service. She made my son feel special and really helped take the whole experience up a notch.*update*(She specifically helped with a solution for a water dispenser that would work with the type of enclosure we have so I added a photo with her suggested technique 😉)

We needed to find a new groomer. We decided to try PetSmart.I could schedule the appointment for the next day, so I booked with Zoe. I am so happy with Evie's result! I understand that we may not always get next day service, but I believe we have found our new groomer! Thank you PetSmart and Zoe!

Super good store. Selection of just about everything and they have a grooming studio and a kitty cat adoption center. You can check out up to 10 to 12 cats that need homes. These cats are amazingly in good shape + appealing. They reach out of their cage with their paws and are purring constantly. Would make great pets for the most part

Recently bought pet supply item online from PetSmart and went to pickup at store. Two staff were exceptionally helpful when my item was not ready for pickup. "Deb" and "Angelo" were friendly, helpful and made a difference in helping to pickup my on line purchase. PetSmart is lucky to have such customer friendly individuals working at this store.

Chowder was awesome with my JoJo! He is a rescue pup and this was his 2nd grooming appointment; Chowder gave him hugs and made him feel safe during the whole process. Will be booking again!

Cat women was straight rude and mean to me because I had a dog(?!?) in petsmart (?!) Lol! …What’s her deal? Uncalled for and unappreciated. Please learn some common courtesy and ways of communicating. Very immature and unprofessional to say the least.

Great Store that allows you to bring your pet inside with you to pick out a toy and try on a harness. Staff is very friendly outgoing and helpful too.

If you're looking for a great person to groom your dog, I suggest using Ashley. We always take our dog, Pepper to PetSmart for her grooming. Last week Ashley groomed pepper and she honestly just gave pepper the best cut of her life. Thank you!!

All the groomers are great, especially Megan and Mel. Ask for either of them for a great grooming experience. I've not yet had my pup groomed by any other but its always been an amazing job done. They're always grateful for the tips i give and my lil dude has never looked so great.

Love this store. Employee's are very nice and helpful. I find, pretty much, all my parakeet supplies that my bird loves, from this store over other stores. She simply loves her Bamboo to chew. All her products, except the brown tub to the left, in cage are from PetSmart.

Super friendly staff and fairly knowledgeable about the pets they carry and other products. We went in just to visit and left adding a pet milk snake to our home. He is very calm and easily handmade. The store also provided us with a care sheet and his feedling logs since they got him.

Wonderful and friendly staff! They have almost everything I need or want for my fish. They do need a little more to chose from for their parrots. I love the option of online shopping or comparing their online price with their store. Always rely on petsmart as it's MY families store.

So my wife and I walked in to the store to buy a snake in traverse City and this woman employee walked up and said are y'all looking to buy this snake? I said yes we are and she replied to "Are you sure you can afford it, you don't look like someone who could take care of this snake". I said ma'am I'm fully capable of affording and taking care of this snake and that was a cruel thing to say to a customer. So I said ma'am I'm just going to leave and not get this snake anymore because my wife and I are very uncomfortable at this point. And as we walk away she mumbles " can't you tell I didn't want to help you lowlifes anyways.. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY PET SMART EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS.. Just thought I'd share how rude people are and something should be done about it. Thanks

We now have 3 pets from here. We get a lot of our supplies as well. The pricing is pretty decent, and most of the staff is great. I will say the first visit wasn't so promising when I was lied to about the feeding schedule of a pet that we got. Thankfully we have him eating now and doing well but was not impressed with being lied to. Other than that great store and products and can't wait to go back for more things in the future.

Checked price & availability of an item. Said the store had 4 of the item. Got to store & they had been out of the item for some time according to an employee. And it was $5 more than advertised. Was told to call corporate & complain. Was told corporate does all system up dates. Called & was offered a coupon. The coupon is $10 off a $40 or more purchase. It's valid for 2 months.

I went in to buy some cat scissors for my cat's paws that needed trimming. I had never been in this store before, so did look for overhead signs to start in the right direction and was met by a store employee. I told of my need and she walked me to the correct aisle. There were many to choose from , and so picking one I also saw some treats and got them also. I will be back to this store again,as it was a good experience and I was in and out quickly.
