Tried various harnesses on my dog, finally finding the one I wanted but I was being picky on color. They took my name and number to call me when they got the harness I wanted shipped to the store so I was able to go pick it up. Staff is always super friendly, and happy to meet all the visiting pups.

Huge thank you to Crystal for suggesting the Glyciflex and the "red & green" capped arthritis all natural supplements. My 12 1/2 year yellow Lab hadn't jumped on the couch in a year - after being on the supplements for 1 month, Hank is back to jumping up on the couch! I went in today, and learned even more from Andrea. Thank you Pets Naturally for giving Hank back his quality of life!

My dogs love the whitefish and sweet potato treats. The selection of pet baked goods is amazing. Strongly recommended. They've got single ingredient natural pet treats which are my dogs favorite.

Fantastic experience in here! New location is great. They even have their own treat bakery! Walking in here feels so welcoming. Didn't feel any judgement or any standoffishness from staff. Just warm and inviting, and lots of great products and treats. Tons of options for pets with allergies. We especially liked the natural dog chew toy area. We will be back!

Visiting TC in August and needed a life vest for a German Shepherd. Didn’t expect such a great selection of different brands and staff was super helpful. Best pet supply store I’ve been in. Wish we had one like this back home.

This place is great! My aging pug does not have many teeth left and we decided to look for some dehydrated/freeze dried food choices that were nutritionally balanced. This place has a huge selection of food from dry to wet and fresh. They have all sorts of treats from their bakery next door as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Price is to be expected for the quality of food you are getting. They also have CBD treats....which i have purchased for the first time ever and what a positive difference it has made for my 13 year old boy! Great place! Check it out....the prices are worth my dogs well being.

Super cute local pet spot. If you love your dog and want to spoil him/her, this is the spot!They have a bakery inside where they make homemade fresh ingredient dog treats and even fancy dog Birthday cakes.We got some treats this time but will be back for more!

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a MSU collar for my dog, so I got on their chat on their website. Received an email from Andrea showing pictures of the 2 styles along with pricing and Eta. I made my selection and was told it would be a couple of weeks. But it showed up a lot quicker than anticipated. Andrea you are awesome!!! and so is Pets Naturally!!!

Awesome store filled with quality pet goods, they carry enough of a selection that I can bring any of my dogs, from the 10 lb cavalier king charles to my 150lb Anatolian Shepherd in to get what they need.The dog bakery makes all of the puppers favorite treats that have that hand made quality you just don't see elsewhere!

I ordered the birthday box and a few other treats for a friend's dog on his birthday. The order got there quickly and all cookies were in great condition. No broke ones at all. They personalized the bone with the dogs name and they looked awesome. The dogs loved them! Will be ordering more.

I have loved this store since it opened and brought brands I used in a bigger city to Traverse.
