Decent store sorta pricey on some things. But also known to have great deals randomly. They also have heavily discounted items through out the store that are close to expiration which is what I love about it. Also have a hot deli area with great food. I like to stop there before work and get a few of those meals from lunch. They're decent sized and not very expensive for what you get.

Great car wash. Very few people know or go to it. It's 2 touch free bays and 1 spray booth.Wonderful staff inside. The car wash did take my money without running the machine for my wash. Simply went inside, asked for the manager, explained the situation, and she refunded my money. It's took less than 5 minutes.

Quite simply the cake made for our event was a disaster. Initially we felt comfortable after consulting with their bakery department to place the order. The cake produced however, was not made with basic professional standards. Lemon filling was just smeared on top of the bottom base so the second layer slid off like melting ice as we put it in the car. Also they didn't have a box fitted to stabilize the cake which is a normal procedure. By the time we reached our party destination the cake was a mess. We called the bakery to explain our dissatisfaction but unfortunately we became more upset with the customer service because the bakery didn't take responsibility. Fortunately the phone was passed to a member of the party who is familiar with cake making procedures and after they told the Baker how the cake should have been properly constructed the bakery offered a complete refund. Helpful advice to the bakery: more training for layer cake construction, custom cake boxing construction, customer service training on how to resolve issues without blaiming the customer for failed cake making. Thank God it was a double party and the other person had a cake that had the same filling and was correctly done by meijer that we could use as on the table even thou it was a princess cake. It was a total embarrassment. Thanks for ruin my son birthday party. Update: went back to the store to speak with customer service . The cashier was very pleasant and apologetic, excellent customer skill. However, the head cashier seemed annoyed by my complaint she didn't stated who she was never apologize, never took responsibility she pretty much just told me to my face that I shouldn't have tilt the cake when putting it in the car (fyi your baker assist in putting it in the car and saw it was falling apart, admitted it might still be a little warm and she shook it back in place), it's my fault and its company policy I can only get back half of the cost!!! A gentleman final came out and finally decided to give a full refund after the head cashier finished arguing with me. I've been working in management and customer service for over 10 years and I'm appalled by how I was treated. Will never recommend or use the store again.

We absolutely love their stuffed pork ateak and pork chops! We make it a point to pick either or both up when we're in the are! Try them, you won't be disappointed!!!

Very friendly and ready to please staff with many ethnic and specialty items available. Very nice fresh seafood and deli offerings. All the products you'd see at a Whole Foods but with the special local & organic produce we have in such abundance.

Good hometown store with everything you need. Bulk section. The sushi guy who makes sushi for every other restaurant and business makes fresh options here on site. Good hot bar for lunch. The only thing they are lacking is more staff, which obviously is a problem everywhere.

A quick stop on my way to an appointment. They had what I needed. The staff didn't seem to care if you walked in or not. The place is not very light inside. I've stopped there before and got the same feel.

Called around 4:30 to see fried chicken situation. They put a fresh batch in and kept an 8 piece aside so I could pick it up at 5:30 right after work. AWESOME FRIED CHICKEN. MAYBE MY FAVORITE IN TOWN!!!!!

Went here to window shop cause I love window shopping. I decided to check out their deli/hot food items and they had Mac and Cheese which I was craving so I got it. It hit the spot. Is it the best Mac and cheese I've had? Nope but it was Mac and cheese I needed.5 stars for having a rotating menu that changes daily as well as super delicious looking baked items nearby.

Normally well-stocked shelves but this pandemic and people hoarding makes that a little difficult for them, I'm sure, but I was able to purchase what I needed, all at fair prices. I'm a faithful customer & enjoy shopping at Cedar Run store. Jim, the store manager, is the best.

Friendly staff, locally owned and operated for many years great staple of the Traverse City Community. Their store isn't much more expensive than other major retailers however you will find a wider variety of more exotic foods and services here that you wouldn't find at other major retailers. Such as Buffalo duck lamb etcetera.

It is a nice little store with a handpicked selection of unique things that you wouldn't normally find in town. They have a huge selection of beer and wine and spirits. But the downside are the prices, they used to be a little more affordable but I think they're Under New Management now.

Was very unhappy with the way people treated me they were very rude. All due to the fact that I used the wrong machine because I did not look at the sign. The lady who was working at the self check out was terribly rude

Always top notch! Great selection from fancy to value brands. Top 5 bakery in town,great fruits & veggies selection as well. Plus hot food, broasted chicken & much more! Also the highest quality great tasting fresh meat. Definitely worth paying little bit more for what you're getting
