The best sandwich ever!!!! Fresh product, amazing bread and cooked to perfection! Not many places live up to the hype, this one does!!!On top of the AMAZING sandwich, we got a really yummy dip and PERFECT bread and a bottle of wine for home.The wine selection is superb, found multiple bottles that I’ve only ever seen at the actual wineries in Napa.Go, don’t question it, wait if there’s a wait? JUST GO!!!!

Absolute must stop spot in Traverse City. Legit Deli with everything your looking for. Very cool vibes in there with a lot of fresh product to choose from. House made product and a lot of local stuff. Very nice wine cellar in the back. The sandwiches are huge and at a great price, would highly recommend the Godfather. Will be back everytime I come to Traverse City for sure.

Folgarelli’s has the best deli sandwiches in town. It’s owned by the same family who originally opened it so there’s quite a bit of history there. Not only can you get customized deli sandwiches but they also offer catering options, market items, and wine! Check online and see when they do wine tasting, because that’s quite an experience!

I’m not sure how I’ve been coming here for four years and I HAVEN'T left a review… Folgarelli’s feeds the soul. I would ride my bike here multiple times a week, it became apart of my personality! Their sandwiches are hands down the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted in my life. Their pasta and wine selection is immaculate. They have a large selection of frozen and homemade foods (including Polish, Greek, and Italian home cooking). They have fresh baked goods everyday, and they are some of the nicest people. Whether you’re coming here to shop for dinner, stock up for a boat day, or get lunch- this place is the best spot in traverse city (and all of northern Michigan..).

I highly recommend Folgarelli's for your next catering event. Working with Scott and his team was an absolute pleasure. They were friendly, organized, and exceeded my expectations. Scott was accommodating to my budget and dietary requirements for my small wedding and checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. Communication was excellent and the food was even better. I had no worries on the day of the event and the on-site team did a fantastic job. I can confidently say that choosing Folgarelli's was one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding. For starters, upon entering this establishment, the aroma is absolutely enchanting. I have never entered a place that smelled so good and so fresh.Secondly, the older gentleman, who I'll assume is either the owner (or a manager), was very sweet. He is clearly a people person and appeared to know everyone in the community. Everytime someone walked through the door, he would greet them with a smile and by name, and having a place such as this in a community like this brings people together- it was really nice to see.He gave my sisters and I a little backstory on this place, seeing as we are from Detroit and had never been here before, it was only fitting.Lastly, but certainly not least, the food is amazing. I had the God Father sandwich, and I have NEVER had a sandwich so good in my life. My sisters agreed with me. I tried the sandwiches my sisters ordered, and it was hard to tell which I liked best.Simply put: this is an incredible place to get incredible sandwiches from. Thank you so much for having us, Folgarelli's; I will definitely return the next time I visit Traverse City!

This is my favorite sandwich in Northern Michigan. The sandwiches are delicious and there are s lot of specialty foods to select from. The wine selection on the back is also top notch. You can take your sandwich to go or have a seat. The cheese selection is fantastic.

While camping in Traverse City my father in law just said , go to Folgarelli’s and order the number 3 , I knew for sure that I wouldn’t be disappointed coming from him so I went right away and ordered up The Godfather and up until that moment the best sandwich I’ve ever had was in Siracusa Sicily but this Deli was right on par and no doubt the best I’ve ever had in Michigan period! I went back three more times during the week and tried the Sicilian which I may have liked even better than The Godfather and the Fat Tony which was equally amazing. The staff was super cool and the store had great products. I already cannot wait to get back here!

Good service, great sandwiches! I had The Big Guido and my wife had the Ruben both were huge and excellent. Good meats, good bread. Deli has nice section of old world hams, a whole bunch of old world style Salami and a good selection of cheeses.

Amazing sandwiches! I was introduced to Folgarellis at work, so I took my family for dinner before the Christmas Parade. The staff were very nice, and there was indoor seating to eat there. We went with The Godfather sandwiches. Would definitely check this place out, as they have all sorts of things. Also got a bag of coffee beans and some chocolate

This little store is a great example of old fashioned deli. I got the Italian on wheat and it was spectacular!! They had a great selection of meats and cheeses. A small but necessary candy section has some great Ole time sweets. The people working there were extremely nice and very helpful. Fast service too!!

The best sandwiches in Traverse city, this place is often busy and has a wait to prep the food, but it's ABSOLUTELY worth it. The portions are more than generous and always delicious. Whenever I visit this area I try to make sure I stop in for a lunch sandwich here.

Really solid sandwiches. Stopped by after a full day visiting wineries on Old Mission Peninsula. If we could redo it, I’d pick these up first and then head out (food is limited out there). Everyone in the family loved their sandwiches. The bread is something you’ll remember. The kids working the counter were so kind and the woman at the register talked to my daughter for a long time about art. Makes you wish the whole world treated each other as nicely as the people here. Also, we didn’t order the sandwich in the picture, but we haven’t stopped laughing about its name all night. Will stop again our next visit for sure.

In my view, these are the best sandwiches in Michigan, maybe even the world.This specialty market has many imported grocery items and a great wine selection. Olives, pastas, and many other dry and canned goods are available, just to name a few.But the real star of the show here is the deli.An astounding array of cheese from all over the world is available, as well as a wide selection of deli meats. Italian specialties like salami and capicola, and American standards like roast beef and turkey are all here. You can buy meat and cheese by the pound and make your own sandwich, but the smart move here is to have Folgarelli's make you one.The sandwiches are excellent, on a variety of fresh breads with awesome meats and cheeses. The homemade accoutrements are gourmet and delightful - the pesto mayo and sun dried tomatoes are two of my favorites, and the homemade Italian dressing is awesome. Build your own sandwich to order or choose from one of about 40 handcrafted combinations.And don't forget dessert - homemade cookies and cannoli.Seriously - when it comes to deli sandwiches, Folgarelli's is king. A can't miss option in beautiful Traverse City.
