We rolled into Blaine's at 5:59 almost 6:00 tonight. With a great big giant screw in my tire. The staff could have turned me away however they were able to patch my tire in a matter of minutes and had me back on the road home. I am beyond appreciative of the two gentlemen working the tire section. I'm not sure how I became so lucky to have gotten a screw in my tire at that exact moment. I literally was driving by and heard something pulled in and they had me fixed up. Amazing customer service!

The automotive section is great! amazing people, great service. I went in to get new tires due to the issue of my tires constantly leaking air and Discount had told me they fixed it but the tires continued to leak, i was done dealing w/ these tires. Blaines had decided to look at my front tires before purchasing new ones and they found that Discount did not fix the issue like they said, Blaines got me in that second and fixed the issue with low cost! Happy w/ them for sure!

I don't live by a store but was shopping on line and found them. I just got my order. I am AMAZED!! I received 4 rolls of green metal fencing delivered to my door cheaper then my local hardware and tsc store. AMAZING!!! The 4 boxes were in good shape, fencing in boxes in protective plastic wrap. So pleased i found them. Will defintely be getting more business from me !!

First off I really want this to be 5 stars but the automotive section was closed until further notice. Otherwise, I LOVE this store. It’s like Tractor Supply crashed into Meijer. Good prices, good brands like Milwaukee, Carhartt, Columbia, Victor dog food, etc

This retail store is running a scam with saying they will give you 75.00 off your first purchase with instant credit approval. The catch is they never "instant" approve you and say you have to wait a couple weeks for them to look into it before you are aproved therefore they will not give you the 75.00 off your purchase. Myself and others (with perfect credit) tried this with the same result. I have perfect credit and I never have to wait two weeks when opening a card - unheard of. Also what's unheard of is a retail store offering 75.00 off a purchase. Talked to store manager before hand and was assured I would get 75.00 off my purchase that day. I am sure they have it all "legal" to do and maybe give the 75.00 to one out of 50 people just to be legitI Check out person nodded her head in agreement about the scam. Wasted our time driving and waiting for it holding up the line making people wait. I will stick to all the stores where I got my instant approval and when I get their card in the mail it's going in the trash.

Bought a heated 100’ hose that worked for one week then froze, wanted an exchange or a refund and they told me they would not, cost was about three hundred dollars!Don’t shop at this corporate owned business!They will take your money and rip you off!!!!

They have SO MUCH. Prices weren't bad, but not as affordable as other places that sell the same items. Also, we were chicken-hawked throughout the store, and it wasn't for any justified reason.

The part I needed for my PTO shaft repair was in stock as indicated on their website. Good assistance by a store associate to locate it within the aisle. That's soo important in meeting customer expectations given the drive distance from Leelanau Township. Also picked up a 5 gallons of 15-40 weight oil for the tractor. Our operation is tax exempt and they have a good system to differentiate on farm items if you comingle taxable with tax exempt, but you should do separate checkouts for record keeping. David the warehouse manager and Matt, the GM, are very helpful individuals when special requests are needed related to their inventory and offerings. Their BOPIS is a great offering and continually improving.

I Love Blain's Farm & Fleet. Large variety of items from kids toys and clothing to automotive to camping/fishing/hunting gear to everything you need for your furry babies to snacks/sweets to footwear and adult clothing. I could go on and on but I think you should just go check them out yourself. Awesome store.

Bought a new rigid blind from Blain's F&F Traverse City, their prices were the best by far for this, beating not only their direct farm supply competitors, but also every sporting goods competitor as well. It was delivered the next day! Great service - I highly recommend Blain's

I really like Blains, they have alot of different products in alot of diff categories. I went in around beginning of hunt season and the hunting clothes isle was destroyed. I certainly dont blame staff, customers should try putting things back the way they found them so the next person doesnt get stuck sorting thru the mess.

This is the Most Amazing Farm store.They have so much more then, the other Farm stores.Staff was friendly and helpful.So many different products.Even 4 pin twist lock, Generator Plugs.Thank You!Wish you were closer to my Ranch!!!
