On this day, they were understaffed. Rented a small trailer. Everything went well but took time. The majority of the staff had no idea how to do the paperwork. Staff needs better training.

Black Friday deals was what why we made the drive to this store. There are a lot more products than our TSC in Paw Paw. However, several items we looked at were not priced. No signage for them either. We had bought items that were buy 2 get 1 free. These did not ring up correctly. To correct this the cashier had to manually enter each item. Once she got the credits done we just took the refund and left. It wasn't the cashier's fault but it was very frustrating and time consuming.RETURNED TO STORE a couple days later to pick up walnuts for my mom. They're charging sales tax on chopped walnuts. I told the cashier...NO sales tax on groceries. He repeatedly told me...WELCOME TO MICHIGAN. Not let me check this out with the manager. Called the manager after leaving since it was only $1 in tax. He agreed it was wrong. Will it be fixed? I don't have much faith.

This is a tough review to rate. The variety and quality of products is good, the prices are fair, and the store is clean. These qualities are only diminished by the service. I’ve been to this store a few dozen times, but I’ve never been approached by the staff to offer assistance. However, I’ve felt that I was intruding on their conversations several times.

I went to Family Farm and Home yesterday just to get a fire ring. I ended up buying flowers, blueberry bushes, a raspberry and blackberry bush, some phlox, and a few other misc. plants. 🤦‍♀️I love that store...lol. Very good prices and good inventory. Staff was very helpful when I asked a few questions. I will be back. 😁

A very clean and organized business. All of the staff were extremely kind, eager to help, very knowledgeable, and made every recent trip we needed to make so much easier and awesome. I love this place! And their prices are better than tractor supply company on most things! They also take excellent care of their chicks, which they also have a wider variety of as well as seeming to be much more knowledgeable about. Amazing!

Prices are extreamly reasonable. The staff is very helpful. I have yet go into the store, and not be asked if I need help finding something. Several have voiced interest in the project I was working on. Some of the lower priced equipment has more, and better features, and work better than the higher priced products. Family Home and Farm has a regular customer in. THANK YOU.

Store is clean and has a huge variety of top brand name products. This is where I buy the highest quality dog food, for my dogs specific needs which was recommended by my vet. And it works!!!!!

Not impressed! I very rarely go into an farm and home. Overall, stores are uninviting, people are not inviting, prices are too high, selection is poor etc.The Three Rivers store is no exception!!

Family Farm and Home is a nice store, and a great asset to Three Rivers! The selection is well thought out, and they offer a wide variety of merchandise. I am impressed with the selection of small engine parts, different oils, and clothing. This place puts TSC to shame.

Love this store. Buy all my dog food there. I use the one in Three Rivers Mi. The people there are the greatest My dog loves all the people especially Roger. They all make a fuss over him and al aye hive him plenty of treats.

I walked in just as they were locking up but they stayed open long enough for me to get the stuff I needed to continue my project. 5 stars well deserved, lovethis place. They also support local Scouting.
