I called this office trying to establish my cat as a new patient and get him vaccines that he needed. They were able to work with my schedule and got him in that same day for an appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We saw Dr. Barr and she was able to give my cat the exam that he needed and was very efficient and answered all of my questions. Dr. Barr and the vet tech were gentle with him and able to keep him calm during the visit. I am very pleased with this office and I'm glad I found a place I can trust to take good care of my pet!

Was so very happy leaving Crossroads with my recently adopted kitten, PawPaw, after her one year wellness check-up and vaccines with Dr Lindsay Barr. I was concerned that PawPaw might be frightened and object to being handled by her, but she, plus her assistant, handled her exceptionally well, so matter-of-factly, so smoothly. She was a perfect angel. Puts a big smile on my face whenever I think about the experience! Here she is on her favorite window seat! Merry Christmas, everyone at Crossroads! I'm glad I found you!

I came across this place just because they were the only greyhound specific vet in my area…years later my 9 yr old greyhound was in a terrible accident. She lived amazingly, but eventually needed leg amputation. Dr. Eggelston and Taylor were with us through it all. Her surgery went off with out a hitch and they even saw me cry a time or two. I’d give a million stars if I could.

I've been so happy with Crossroads Veterinary Clinic. They have every service you can imagine, even urgent care which came in handy the other day. My 13 year old lab mix had injured his front paw. They got us in within an hour and we left with a smile on his face.

Dr. Barr, and the vet tech were great. They were very kind and gentle giving thorough exams to our 2 dogs. Dr. Barr took her time answering all of our questions, as well as following up with my wife with a phone call and text message. Highly recommend.

You have taken care of all except one of my boxers, my friends who bought pups from us take their dogs to you as well. They have been great with our pets. When we had to put our pug down earlier this year due to her extreme epilepsy, they were kind compassionate and understanding to our circumstances. We were just there this last week for our labs yearly visit. They were fantastic with her energetic self.

Crossroads is the best clinic I’ve taken my pets to out of four. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they’ve gone above and beyond to take care of my animals. Dr. Walker has been especially helpful with managing my fractious/anxious cats with medication prior to their appointments. Even at home Owen doesn’t enjoy new people petting him — with her help with premeds and knowledge of feline behavior and body language, Owen’s annual visit went very smoothly. He was even willing to get pets and eat snacks from the staff. She’s also been instrumental in managing stress for my senior cat Milo. I can’t recommend Crossroads enough. Thank you!

We have taken our cat there several times. The one time I took her there the assistant was horribly ruff with her. And I'm not saying just because she is my cat. She was very aggressive with no compassion. Now this last time its been ten days since she was seen at crossroads and my cat will not come out of hiding. She was always the most loving cat now she will hiss at me when I try and pet her. I will never use crossroads again.

There are no words to express how truly amazing Dr. Barr and staff are at CrossRoads. Traveling through for work from AL to MI and then on to NY and they fit us in not once but twice for minor puppy emergencies. Every single person was so kind. The facility is clean, beautiful and incredibly affordable. If you are blessed to live near here, use CrossRoads as your clinic.... I can't say enough about how kind & helpful everyone is. We have a family member who is in the Air Force. He had his dog, Zeus scheduled to be neutered where he lives, but he got deployed overseas before it could be done. Some of our family flew out to get Zeus from Arizona then drove him to Michigan to stay with us. When our regular vet who we have gone to for 15+ years wouldn't take a new animal, I contacted Crossroads. I met Dr. Adam Eggleston, outside of being a vet & had already picked up on his genuine love & compassion for animals & am so thankful I did. He was so kind & understanding to our situation. They got Zeus in for a check up & for his surgery quickly & took great care of him! We will likely be transferring our other pets to Crossroads now as well.

My puppy had a bad reaction after his flea meds and getting into something he shouldn't. He started having seizures. Crossroads got him in so fast despite us not being patients here. They were upfront with the cost and kept him for the day to get him stable. He was scared, seizing, and hard to handle. They showed so much patience and compassion for him. Sarah kept me updated and sent me a picture of him to help me feel better. Amazing team here.

They handled everything when it was time to to end Our sweet boys suffering and pain. They were extremely empathetic and understanding, they took the time to make sure we understood everything from start to finish and in our own terms. They were more than happy to answer any of Our questions to their ability and ask higher-ups if they didnt know. Gave us the keepsake website to decide as a family and everything. They also gave us as much time as we need to say our final goodbyes before he went in. I will gladly recommend them to others for All their veterinary needs. We love them.

Tagalong needs to be spayed. Other vets around Kalamazoo are either ridiculously priced or just won't give you a quote until you come in. Crossroads, in Three Rivers, gave us a quote and got us in quick. She goes in Monday for her procedure, and I trust them.

Staff do not seem very animal friendly and are stand offishish with bigger dogs. Aren't very clear when it comes to upcoming appointment needs. Try to add extra services to upcoming appointments that aren't requested. Prices are rather high when compared to other places.

It was my dog Akiras first time here she has bad anxiety from a bad Experience with a different vet office when she was a puppy and they were so good with her and patient with her I highly recommend this place my grandmaparents have also been bringing their dogs here for years and they have never had a problem. I have had to take My cat Molly here years ago and they were amazing about helping us out do to an emergency and they were really good with her has well so happy to have Akira going to a good vet 😊

They greeted us with friendly smiles and cheerful voices. When we got back into the room the vet and her tech were so nice to my pet. My pet is very timid but they were so patient with her and were able to touch her and give her her vaccine without any trouble. This clinic is wonderful I would recommend it to anyone.

This practice is excellent. What I appreciate most is the CVC Veterinarians work as a team, pooling their training and experience with a focus on the best treatment for your furry children. Best practices. And We can usually get our pets into CVC within a few days, rather than waiting weeks.

Very clean, front desk gals super compassionate and caring. More expensive than I was use to. Wish they gave family discounts. Vets were super kind to Onyx and Shadow. Both my kittens are recovering finally, and back to their shenanigans.

They make sure If your animal has social issues they make sure the path is clear to escort your lovely animal to their rooms. Needed an urgent vet visit for my dog while visiting my family from out of state. I was shocked they were able to get her in right away (the next day) . The staff were professional and friendly. They were patient and very understanding with my dogs anxiety and rowdiness. The Dr. was thorough in her exam and had exceptional bedside manner. I highly recommend them and be a returning patient if needed in the future.
