The first 3 pics are of my dog Peter BEFORE we dropped him off today. Clearly his eyes were perfect. The last photo is how we picked him up....EYE SWOLLEN SHUT. The groomer said he was like that when we left him. It is bad enough that he is hurt and in pain but EVEN WORSE THAT THEY LIE ABOUT IT!!! Just left the vet who said it was definitely a grooming issue. BEWARE!!!!! This was the second time we have used this place. The first time they gave our very nice leashes to the wrong owners and we were given very used leashes that weren't ours! They did nothing to correct that mistake either and it should have been a HUGE red flag to me to NOT GO BACK. I can handle accidents. I CANNOT HANDLE LIARS.

Oh my goodness we love it here. My pittie and shepherd have both always been so skittish about getting their nails cut and she just does the most professional job. She is soothing and efficient and best of all dogs never come home smelling like old folks' homes. We love her so much.

Great price, super friendly dog lovers and did an amazing job! My dog is blind and deaf and Pup Pup's was attentive to her special needs and made her feel like part of the pack. This is our new grooming family, without a doubt.

Being new temp transplant to the area I was looking for groomer for our 11 year old Shih tzu Lizzie. After several hrs research we settled on calling Pup Pups. We are so pleased. Lizzie gets a cut style "Asian Fluff". They did it beautifully and in shorter time than thought. Very nice owner Telissa and groomer Karly (forgive me if I got name wrong). Just so happy! great Job!!!!

Our dog Mabel just loves being groomed at Pup Pup. They are so nice and always make her look beautiful. Somehow they just know how to make her look pretty but not over done. I really appreciate their ability and amazing talent with dogs!

Had a positive 1st experience with Pup pups abt 8 wks ago & called today for another appt. voicemail was full so I hung up! Owner called back & was clearly ‘out of it ‘ cursing & swearing & completely incoherent! Not someone I wld want anywhere near my dog! I’m upset now that I trusted her with my pet in the first place!

AMAZING attention to little details. Pup comes home w ears cleaned, moisturized paws and nose exfoliated. And they tell you ab a lump they found. The best!
