We pulled in there before they closed waiting in line for 15 minutes and when we got to the window the lady said we got there after 9 p.m. and that the other employees said that we got there late she said she'd give us ice cream this time but next time we get there be after 9 wait in line for 20 minutes and then tell us we cant get ice cream. We were there before 9 according to google timelines and GPS time I can't help it employees want to close a business early and then tell people they can't get ice cream to make them wait in line for 15 minutes instead of going out there to tell them they can't get it. Don't Close Your store early and tell people they can't get ice cream close your business according to the time you have posted

I travel a lot, and since leaving home, I have realized how soiled I've been to have had Lil Shack around. I have not found a place that can beat the price, quality, and portions here. Or even 2 of the 3. The BEST soft serve in the nation.

Google you said you opened were open until 9:00 tonight. Drove all the way there. The open sign was off the building was dark and the drive-thru window had wood over it. Really think you need to change your website time. Didn't appreciate it. Normally really like your ice cream. Just disappointed I wanted to pick up something special for my niece.

We were almost done and the told us they were closing and we needed to leave, but we could sit at the picnic table outside. They had to close and clean so why tell us to leave!? Insulted, probably won't be back. Spent about 30.00.

The employees are considerate and friendly young kids. I'm always so impressed that they run the show so well and keep everyone so happy during rushes. Our family has been coming for years and although the prices keep rising, having a good staff makes all the difference.

We drive from Point Place, Ohio to get ice cream there. Big portions, great price, amazing soft serve ice cream. They never have gotten anything wrong for us. Relaxing seating. There are benches outside. A drive thru is there too. What more could you ask for?

LOVE lil shack. Been going here since I was little. Delicious, quick and classic! They have an awesome menu with cute illustrations. Staff is always friendly and ice cream and toppings are always fresh!

They don't have 300 ice cream flavors, but the stuff they do there is amazing. Highly recommend going there if you like shakes, smoothies and more.

It was average. I asked for lite Carmel and lots of whipped cream. Well I got regular Carmel and regular whipped cream. We told them twice no whipped cream and yes nuts for my husband. They had to ask us again. Typical teens....

First time here, simple order of dipped cone was messed up. Didn't bother making an issue of it because it was 10 min to close and didn't want to be that guy, but not a good first impression. Portions are huge

Drove up at 8:50 and google stated they close at 10 pm. There was quite a few cars in line and no one behind me and those who were with me. An employee came out and said that they were asking us to leave because we drove up after the closed sign was turned off. When asked if they are asking everyone to leave they said no. I am not sure what time they close (google says 10:00 pm), but this is absolutely terrible customer service. Definitely do not reccomend.

Worst customer service ever. The owner is a rude older lady who’s very unprofessional and doesn’t care about repeat customers. My son ordered a chocolate dipped vanilla cone and it was dripping everywhere when they handed it to us so I asked them to remake it, then the owner came to the counter and refused to do so and offered a cup to put it in instead. She said it happens all the time and treated me like I was stupid because of it. NEVER GOING BACK

More pricey than I am used to. Just had the worst Turtle Sundae in my life there. 70 percent syrup and 30 percent ice cream. Extremely slow. We will not go back.

Just ordered from lil shack ordered the Oreo Sundae got asked what size large obviously my fiance ordered the apple pie sundae and got asked the same thing, ive been going to lil shack since I was little and the mixers and the sundaes are 2 different things, after clearly saying sundae I got handed a oreo mixer and the OWNER argued with me saying there the same they are not the same and the price tag is definitely not the same it was rude to argue with a customer I know that cause I worked at a pizza shop customer is always right. 2 we dont care if your the owner we just want what we ordered. NEVER AGAIN Scoops now has a new customer didnt need the headache for a dang sundae.

Have been going here for years and the ice cream is great but unfortunately almost 8 times out of 10 they always get something wrong at least with mine (I always get a cookie dough mixer but always ask for chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.. almost always it's vanilla and with a broken cup lol... Still delicious regardless and wish they would start taking debit cards.
