The new management is doing an amazing job! Just as well as the workers are very helpful and very friendly. The store is looking so much better then before. Products on shelves and store doesn’t look like a hot mess like others tend to look.

Sure has gone downhill again since I was in last. Looks like a bomb went off inside. Product just tossed all around the store. No one straightens things up. Stock in boxes sitting on the floor as well in most of the aisles. Floor is filthy. What happened to the new management? Sure doesn't look like anyone cares about this store.

I’ve gone to this location for two days in a row within listed operating hours to try and pick up an important package and the doors have been locked with none of the employees inside coming to let me in. Worst service I’ve ever received anywhere.

I love the convenience and that it is organized and mostly clean. However, I've been there numerous times and never once have I encountered an employee that is friendly or helpful. During my most recent visit, the older guy (who I assume is management) made me move aside so he could push his big blue cart to the back. No excuse me or I'm sorry, no eye contact of any kind. He just plowed past me, the customer. A younger blonde hair cashier is always chomping on gum every single time I'm in there. The staff lacks some serious professionalism! When I say hello when I come to the register nothing is ever said in return. The staff is horrible! Stay away from this location if you want to be valued as a customer!

I never have had any problems it's easier to go in here and grab a few things than go to Kroger. People just always complain, I always see the workers stocking the shelves and running cash register which I know first hand is not an easy task!

The laundromat was super clean and people friendly. Not exactly sure why anybody would complain about having to use a card. I'd much prefer to use their card that you add Monet to then have a bunch of quarters with me. Keep in mind though I'm not a regular for the laundromat my washer broke.

Dollar general all in all is a good store. Just depends where u get better customer service. Its definitely not on alexis rd. Hardly get greeted and almost always have to wait for a counter person.

Dollar General isnt a dollar store but it definitely saves you money. They have both name brand and generic items at reduced prices. Their own brand tissues are every good as Kleenex brand but a lot cheaper. This is definitely a place to save money.

looks like I'm not the only one to call their workers rude. I'm a regular there and they are always disrespectful. one of them even waited for me to walk in just to ignore me and only say hi to my boyfriend making sure to only make eye contact with him. their night got crew is out of control including the woman in charge and the short bald man too.

Well today was the day after moving day and u rented a Rug Doctor machine here just because it was closer to the house... I regretted my decision. Price was 30.00 which was comparable to the Bissell rentals at Lowe's and Meijer. However, the machine itself was extremely outdated. It did not have the same motion as standard vacuum cleaner. I could only roll backwards with it. So this made a 20 min. Task take literal hours. The clean water tank didn't hold as much water. So I had to stop to fill up constantly. And there was no exact measurement for the solution either. You simply poured your desired amount in. The machine was also smaller than the Bissell brand, which I'm sure player roll in my frustration. The carpets took a day in a half to dry.Get rid of red doctor and go with Bissell. You will not be disappointed.

I am not sure if other locations have this problem but the app for the in store coupons does NOT work! Cashier does not have a clue on what to do at point of sale so my $6 in savings i was to get did not happen. Get it together Lewis Avenue location!

Went in today and the lady at the counter got mad at me because I only had a limited amount on my card and she told me to total my stuff myself before she scans the stuff so she wouldnt need to get the manager. She basically wanted me to do her job

Usually pretty good store conditions but the flaw isn't with the employees, I think their management and employee structure runs the store on the bare mininum and the customers are the ones that suffer.

If this location is so poorly run that they don't have staff and have to close at 4:30pm, then either update your hours to reflect your true business hours, or just shut down since there's another one 1 mile away lol

I do not know the womans name but im sure she is still working as a manage she is rude she has no respect for customers she talks to people like dirt if she doesnt personally know them you shouldnt allow people like that to work for your business i will never go back to that location thanks to her

Dollar General is definitely a place that I stopped to get all the necessary needs without having to break the bank anything from cleaner to toilet paper to little crafts the snacks this is my place I go

This Dollar General is awful. The employees, managers especially, are so rude! I have nothing but problems whenever I go there. I only go there when I absolutely have to, and I regret it every time!

Don't expect to come in here for $1 everything. As the name says, everything is GENERALLY a dollar. I would go to Dollar Tree before I go to Dollar General.
