Older but very spacious travel center with a spacious parking lot. The store has all necessities, not only snacks and coffee but as well smallstand with stuff for truckers. You can find there straps, gps devices, headphones and much more…They have as well some Michigan gift stand with hats, T-shirts and hoodies.In the building is TV room with few chairs, where you can charge your devices while watching movies or games.Bathrooms and showers are older but clean and well maintained. The shower costs $16 (27.April.2023). Ladies working there were nice and helpful.The parking lot is by the fields and close to the nature so I enjoyed the walk. Good place to stretch your legs and body after many hours of driving.

It’s a decent place, friendly staff. They didn’t have much in the way of hot “on the go” foods out. Restaurant isn’t open. Floors could use a mopping in bathroom. Toilet kinda funky. My biggest problem is that there were a couple packs of meat just sitting out on sink next to fountain machine- Thats something that needs attention like ASAP! I woulda rated an extra star had that meat not been sitting out.

Bobby in the shop is a great respectful mechanic.He didn't over grease my truck and changed the oil and fuel filter quick and everything was done right.Kimmy the service weiter,was very pleasant also and didn't break it off in me.I had a good experience in the shop woch is sometime rare!Thanks....The restruant is closed here which sucks!

Decent truck stop. Clean. Empty semi parking spots even at midnight (probably due to lack of truck traffic on I-69 in Southern Michigan) Showers are pricey at $15. Most other places I’ve showered are $12 and I’ve even come across a couple of $10 showers. The shower itself is enclosed with a curtain and too small for the shower head installed! Other than that it is your typical TA truck stop. Would’ve gotten 5 stars if showers weren’t $15 a piece in an awkwardly small shower area.

Just to diagnose why is the engine belt keep ripping off and replace the tensioner and belt cost $1200 plus 2 days on the High way shoulder. first road service call was about half mile second call was about 18 miles away from TA service shop. .....three of the technations men working on my issue. only one of them he was good. from the first call I tolf them about the reason of the issue but I wasn't very sure about it buy Iheard one of them telling his friends about the reason of the issue but they ignored what he said. they told me your truck got fixed and you good to go. with in 17 or 18 milrs engine belt got ripped again. Dont stop to fix anything here drivers.very bad service. I hopeThey will see my review

Stopped in while on a road trip. Standard truck stop fare. Lotsa breakfast items. I had the Arizona Ranch Jalapeno Burger* with Tater Tots. Burger was pretty good and the Tots were just right. Everybody else had breakfast and no complaints.

Top 3 showers since being a OTR driver!! I had bay 2, water pressure was top notch and you can tell the owner drops some coin into the water softener!! Unlike petro or pilot down the street🙄, where there’s a ZERO water treatment program(it’s like being spray painted after you rinse off)!! Sucks the the restaurant was close but they have plenty of everything else!!If you got it always tip the shower folks!!

Do not!!!! Go to TA they did the first PM on my 2022 freightliner cascadia the very next day my truck is broke down the tech did not know what he was doing he kept calling a more experienced tech. I felt that he should not have to call anyone working on a 180k truck. So when I called the manager sherry said I should have called TA I said I did they never answered the phone. I’m thinking it’s my low air pressure sensor. Not thinking it was TA s fault. When roadside arrives he goes under the hood my main airline bolt is loose I’m still not thinking it’s TA but the tech called his supervisor took pictures he said that would not come loose someone had to mess with it I got hit with a $533.30 invoice after a $500.00 pm the tech said you should contact the TA rest assured the tech denied touching this part. I will never buy anything from TA the manager said it has 22k miles on it. It could have vibrated loose from the factory you should call them. “Passing the buck” please be careful where you take your equipment and vigilant this was a costly mistake for me not to mention on was on the Ohio 80/90 turnpike when this occurred. Safe travels please don’t let this shop service your truck unqualified people working there in my most humble opinion. Btw the tech put his greasy hands all over my new truck. And I even tipped him $20

The virus has shut down so many places but thanks to the dedication and steadfast, hard-work of Paula, the GM and the other good employees at TA 243, we travelers continue to have clean bathrooms, warm meals and a safe place to rest. Next time you have multiple options of fast food joints, opt to support with your dollars the TravelCenters of America.

It's descent, lots of parking spots. Came here for a pm on the truck, laundry and shower.Lots of spots at 0500, and laundry has a credit/ debit card reader! First I've seen of that so that's nice. You can also get texts for when your load is done. Be ready to spend $2.50 per load though.

Super clean showers, this is the cleanliness truckers deserve. The shop had me in and out for a tire. No restaurants here but a subway, McDonald's and dollar general across the street.Plenty of parking available lot next to empty at night

I tried to get fuel and get a shower with my ultra one card but I hadn't used it in about a year so they denied me use of a shower pretty pretty rude if you ask me I think they were on a power trip I'll never spend a red cent of my money at that place for the rest of my life after the way they treated me in there by trying to get a simple shower after getting fuel I would rather scrape the sweat off of my body with a butter knife before I give them any of my money that's how bad it was

Awesome people and great food at Boston Market, Burger King every one was so nice.Do need a handicap PARKING closer to door I'm in wheelchair and it's a long ways to the door.But I enjoyed my self we had fun.

We stopped to use the bathroom and get some snacks on our way home from the Detroit area.The staff was very friendly, bathrooms are clean and well stocked, and the store is clean, well lit, aisles are clear of stock and easy to maneuver. Items seem to be well stocked. Their prices are similar to other travel gas station stores.

I called ahead to the shop and verified they had a part I needed. They lady said they had 14 inches of 2.75 inch heater hose. I drove over an hour, and when I arrived, they then proceeded to tell me they don't carry that size hose, and the largest they had was 3/4 inch. I then told them the lady told me she had it in her hands when I called. Apparently, lying to their customers is common practice here. I do not recommend this place.

Could’ve been a 5 star if they had a restaurant open! ,other that that I’ll give it a 4 for being clean and having a friendly environment. Guys at the shop are great guys, I would highly recommend them to anybody who’s coming across here or in Battle Creek.

10/2/22 9:00pmSunday night, plenty of parking.Employees super helpful and cool.Smallish shower stalls but 10/10 for water pressure and steaming hot water - that's all I need.Very clean washers and dryers also a huge plus - $3 for each CC only.On a Sunday night plenty of parking.Also sell a pretty rad travel thermos.Thanks y'all 🤙

Lots of parking. Shower is extremely small and overpriced for what you get. I think the staff hate their job and seem annoyed anytime they have to do anything, especially the night lady. I think if she smiled her face would crack. Can't comment on the shop or restaurant. Idon't think they've cleaned the pumps or area since the place was built. If your want a much better truck stop wait an hour heading north or 30 minutes heading south, stop at the loves. At least their shower you can turn around in, for the same price nonetheless. This place needs to be flattened and rebuilt.

I got fuel and got something to eat. Restaurant is closed, sounds like permanently, so got some deli food. Corporate office continues to screw everything up for their greed. I have been a Platinum member for ten years or more. I am really aggravated at the decisions that corporate is making. This affects all drivers out here using their stores.

I regret stopping here in hope to get a free shower with purchased fuel. Showers are cash ONLY!!! I'll pay $12-15 for a shower but not at the place where drivers aren't appreciated.Restaurant is permanently closed BTW.

Just slept here for the night, so I really don't have alot to share. Were still several spots to park at 11:30 at night. Store kinda small for a TA, but we'll stocked. Didn't eat at restaurant, so I don't know about it. Lady at register let me have my coffee free, always good for PR. Good stop, definitely will stop again if in the area

Clean bathrooms, friendly service. This is a really great place to stop for car and semi traffic. It has an easy on and off from the highway, and has a diner inside the gas station. If you are looking for a quick bite, there is a McDonald's across the street. Overall nice place to stop.
