The one star review is for the pharmacy. I would leave zero stars if I could. We stopped yesterday at the drive thru to pick up a prescription my husband's dr had called in. The sign on the window said no pharmacist on duty. My husband was totally out of the medication and needed it that day. He went inside and was told the pharmacist had to go to the Adrian store, as that pharmacist was out sick. He called the Adrian Walgreen's and asked if he could pick up the prescription there, they said it should be filled in an hour. Nearly 2 hours later we went to the Adrian store and after waiting in a long line he was told they were out of that medication! Then the pharmacist said, no he could get it for him but first my husband had to call Express Scripts and have an over ride. The wait time to talk with someone from Express Scripts was over an hour, and we couldn't wait that long as we live 1/2 hour from Adrian. Long story short, the pharmacist in Adrian ended up over riding it and he finally got it filled. We have many more stories of both of us attempting to get prescriptions filled as well as vaccinations at the Tecumseh Walgreen's. Not sure how this company can stay in business with their extremely poor service and unreliable hours and closings.

Store- 5 starPharmacy - 0 starRx called in from ER. When I got there to pick up, one wasn't in. They said they didn't have in stock but would order. I went in 2 days later but still not filled?? They said the med came in but I needed to call them to fill it!!! I've never had that happen - usually (at Dundee Walgreens) when it's prescribed and I need a first fill, or even a refill, and it's out of stock, they fill it as soon as med comes in.That was annoying but would still be 3star if not for the way I was treated a few weeks later when I went to pick up a different prescription. tech at the counter totally blasted me for wanting to get the Rx filled - said I didn't really need it. She absolutely tried to humiliate me and when pharmacist came back in, he was completely dismissive (and wrong) when I asked him about the med. He didn't even have 15 seconds to bother looking at me when answering me. I left w/o that scrip filled. I called my Dr office to inquire about what Walgreens had told me and he said that he prescribed the correct med and that Walgreens pharmacy staff was very wrong and misinformed. Website for med proved to me my Dr was correct and, I went somewhere else to get it filled. Is it common for the pharmacy tech to decide weather a person needs the meds their Dr prescribed ???? I will never never go back to Tecumseh Walgreens pharmacy

Rude and uncaring pharmacy staff, would not help expedite prescription even though very sick, 80 year old post out patient surgery customer who could be left alone due to being on blood thinners was in the car with caretaker and waiting. Told us you aren’t the only customer, our situation didn’t matter and hung up on us after refusing to allow us to talk to pharmacist, said, I’m the pharmacy manager I’m in charge. Very awful experience especially in the middle of a medical problem.

I usually come here for Halloween stuff but the prices here are insane for anything else. I purchased a 3 pack of first response pregnancy tests, it was over $29.00 with tax! I was surprised but figured prices are going up everywhere. When looking for more on Amazon I realized they were about $13.00 with tax. That's a HUGE markup. I definitely won't be shopping here anymore. The staff is usually pretty friendly, I've never used the pharmacy.

Takes at least 1.5 hours to fill a prescription even if doctor and nurse called to request expedited review/processing due to patient's compromised immune system and pain level.Drive through equipment is barely functional, especially the speaker(s) (even after turning off the vehicle).

What is so hard about filling a prescription??????????????? They tell me it will be ready by 7 PM on Thursday so I decide to come back the next day for convenience and, behold, IT ISN'T READY!!! So we go through the whole thing again, but I'm going out of town (which is why the meds were needed) so I can't pick it up, though they say it will be ready within a half hour. Now here I am, two full days later, and we get a call saying the prescription is ready. WE ARE DONE with this joke of a place. I am originally from a large city where they handle massive numbers of customers and this laughing-stock can't handle the numbers from this tiny city.

Days after a script was sent to this location I went to pick up the script & was told it wasn’t ready & it would be ready within a few hours. Show up SEVERAL hours later & it still wasn’t filled. This is not the first time. I will be switching to another pharmacy because as I read the other reviews…this is not unique. If you cannot fill them in a proper amount of time don’t tell the customer you will.

My wife was released from the hospital yesterday the hospital called in her scripts they were still not filled today over 24 hrs after they were called in for basically over the counter stuff the store manager was not there and the team leader said he couldn't do anything and once had stupid excuses after excuses why the script hadn't been filled all the while someone in the pharmacy is trying to talk over him with more excuses about them having not had power over a week prior there is no reason that would cause an issue with a script over a week later until this store gets new pharmacy staff that cares about doing anything other then sitting around I'd go across the street to CVS they are much nicer as well

This location has the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. They always seem to hate their jobs and seem annoyed to help you. They are rude on the phone, and talk down to you. The staff in the actual store, are wonderful.. very helpful always. Take a nice hard look at the staff you employ in your pharmacy. If my insurance was taken at another place in town I would transfer and never go back to Walgreens pharmacy.

Always polite and friendly staff. They will assist when requested. The Pharmacist was professional and even assisted in taking my 86 year old Father-in-laws blood pressure at the request of his out of town Dr.Highly recommend!

Stay away from this location! Like other reviews have said, the staff can be rude and uncaring. They don't answer the phone (maybe after 20 minutes of being on hold), close the store early or not open at all (for whatever reason), and they just don't care about peoples health and well being. Too many incidents have happened to list here. Short staff, bad management, or whatever reason, I do not recomend this location.

I used to love going to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, everyone was so nice and kind. Recently a guy (Don) started working in the pharmacy, and he is SO RUDE!!! He is so not aCompassionate and NOT a people person. So not impressed.👎Dawn Escott

Staff have always been friendly. Never really interacted with pharmacy, although once I needed a syringe with no needle and they tried to help me find something similar (as they didn't sell it in store).

In the middle of an insurance switch I had to get a prescription for my son. It was going to be over $200.00, but the awesome lady in the pharmacy found a discount card that knocked the price down to $85. I truly appreciate everyone's kindness here.

I went there to get photos transferred from my Android to make 400 pictures. No one knew how to get them from my phone to the computer although they tried and gave me a rain check. 5 Stars if they would have Wi-Fi in the building. Please who doesn't have that anymore. Manager Kaylee was very kind.

Love shopping in the store and the retail employees have been great. Unfortunately the pharmacy employees are a different case. Becky was especially rude on the phone.

Only deserve 0 but lowest is 1 Becky and Mark do not care about customers of Tecumseh. They try to cahrge 120 for script toy can get for 33 witb rx discount at meijers. Do not tell you how your insurance will cover perscruptions only care about the mighty dollar. We in Tecumseh do not need to support the business at Walgreens of Tecumseh. Therir corporate office doea not seem to care either. Let us shut down Walgreens of Tecumseh. Use Schmidt and Sons or other pharmacy.
