The staff was truly amazing. I had just adopted a 116 pound baby (dog). I walked in and asked if I could bring him in so we could fit him into a new harness and he wasn't used to us yet. Not only did they immediately agree and offered to accommodate him, but accompanied us through the store helping us get everything we needed. He even picked some treats for himself. Such a big selection and a wonderful place. Thank you for everything. You will definitely have our business going forward! 100% recommend!!!!

I love this new pet store in Tecumseh! They are so nice, have a huge selection of everything especially toys! I have a small dog, so it is hard to find things for her and they have such a selection of small things for her as well! This quickly became my go-to pet store for what she needs! :)

Nice Pet store . . . They have everything you could imagine for pets from food to toys, to beds, to crates, to grooming, etc. They even have a pet wash station. Friendly personnel.

Very nice place, staff is very welcoming. I gave 2 stars because they really don't accommodate for children. We were there looking around for our 1 year old Great Dane and bull mastiff. He's a good 150 pounds but I also have 3 children. I couldn't put my youngest in the cart because it wasn't equipped for children so We also had to carry my 2 year old the whole time. But then my 5 year old needed to go to the bathroom and they don't have public restrooms. So I then had to take my 5 year old outside to pee next to my truck Because he can only hold it for so long. I almost put everything back just to leave and take him go to the bathroom. More then likely won't be back.

My partner and I will forever be customers of this store! One of my dogs struggled with being in her crate to the point she was moving it across the room to chew and destroy things. My partner went in one day after work looking for a healthier dog food and the people there gave great advice on not only the food but also how to help our fur baby be more comfortable while we are at work. The tips we recieved from the staff worked so well that my dog now very often will just choose to lay in her crate. It is a tad more expensive, but totally worth it for the customer service you recieve!

This place was worth the stop in to check it out. I will definitely go back and have an update when I browse moreUPDATE: 7/22: tons of items! Found collars at half the price pet supplies plus charges for them. Leashes, too! Crickets are also not as pricey and some others as well! My dog food was even 5 dollars cheaper than psp and tractor suppy or FF&H these guys rock! Please check them out so worth it!
