The night time cashier here is absolutely terrible. Every single time I go in, he refuses to make conversation, has zero regard for how he bags items and multiple times he has straight up walked away from me without saying anything as I come up to the counter to check out leaving me there while he goes off to do something for a minute. I think he’s trying to force me to use the self checkout

If I could give this store a zero star I would. There are never any workers available to help. The self checkouts are always broken, and when you go to the checkout that requires a worker there are none to be found. They jam pack the store so that getting around is a hassle, so, when an item is rung up at the wrong price (which has happened to me multiple times) it’s a pain to get to where the price tag was located because you have to make it back through the maze of items. Don’t recommend, and unfortunately there are not a lot of options in the area that are opened late.

Went here once,... never again. The store smelled bad. Merchandise was all over the floors. The shelves were a complete mess. The staff was polite.

A claustrophobic, cluttered, messy, disorganized disaster of a store. A rude employee also told me I had insufficient funds because their self-checkout was malfunctioning. I just got paid and checked my balance before leaving to pick up a couple of drinks, so I know that's not true.Quite a few positive reviews on here from two or three years ago... before this location opened. Are we migrating reviews to new locations??I live close by, but I won't be stopping into this place again.

Unfortunately, like most of their other stores, the merchandise is not on the shelves but, in the aisles in big carts blocking what inventory IS there. At least THEY were trying to put it out. My local one is so understaffed that it sits on the back room, and if you ask for something they will just tell you, "It's in the back, we're still unloading last week's truck"! Or, IF they know where it's at, they'll go back and get it for you. The great resignation is REAL, and so is this GIG ECONOMY!

I was not impressed at all once I walked inside. Every single aisle was full of cards with product to be put on her shelves. I believe they need more help here. Very nice on the outside. Just a complete mess on the inside

It is always a pleasure to go there. It's pretty obvious they're having difficulty keeping stock people for some reason but I hope they get that taken care of because they have a lot of good things that good prices. Always nice good people in there though.

I give the staff 5 stars, but management and corporate management are typical. Always understaffed and there's to many task for staff to keep up. I can understand why employees don't want to deal with corporate BS for low pay, impatient, rude customers and no gratitude. Low cost always has a unseen price

Dollar general was not the greatest store, but recently they have made major improvements to their stock! They have done a lot of reorganization and shopping there is no longer frustrating. They have pretty friendly staff too.

Employees of this store have pride in this store, it is neat and clean and a pleasure to shop at. Ad advertised sale on soup didn't ring, one day only, cashier checked ad and honored price no problem. Management is doing a great job of managing.

Was waited on by a new cashier. An older woman who was really excellent. Very friendly, unlike the woman we usually get. Very low prices and good quality items. Always buy more than I went in the store for. So much to choose from! Great store!

Surprisingly good variety of groceries here, and a good amount of random stuff for around the house. The staff is friendly. There's a working self check out, which I appreciate.

I have been in a lot of Dollar General's but this new store is clean, organized and friendly. Linus is awesome. I was looking for something last minute and he saved the day! Great addition to Tecumseh!

Dollar General is always a great store to visit. It is very convenient with a small variety of almost one of everything basic essentials that many of us use. 100% satisfied

Store is a safety hazard, there is stuff everywhere. You can’t even walk down the aisles with a cart.

I always feel so disrespected when I go here I try to never go to this Dollar General but everytime I do I seem to get a cashier with an attitude Or maybe they're just all like that there I was just in there tonight she didn't say hi bye thank you nothing she was cold as ice I do not plan on going back I will go out of my wayTo get what I need So that I do not have to go to this Dollar General anymore And it's a shame because it's right around the corner from me out of all the Dollar Generals in the world I had to get this one next to me

Tight aisles for shopping carts. Hard to understand register receipts and coupon app. Not that good yet . It's a new store so hopefully it will improve !!
