I normally don’t give full stars when I review a business but this place was fantastic. The staff was incredible with my dog’s nail grind, fast and friendly. I took a short tour of the do-it-yourself bathing tubs and I can’t wait to get my big dog in there for a bath. It will be very easy for both of us. Thank you all!!

I can't say enough great things about this place! I have a very difficult Siberian Husky who does NOT like to be groomed. They took their time with her, called in someone to take over just to make sure Clementine was properly groomed. At no point did they make me feel like I was an inconvenience. I'm so grateful for this business. My naughty dog has never smelled or looked better!

We have been taking our dog to Splish Splash for years now. Highly recommend! The Staff is Amazing, especially Tammy! She has such a bond with our dog! At home all we have to say to him is "you wanna go see Tammy?" & he gets so excited! She always grooms him just the way we like & is so caring! They are 10/10 recommended. Why? 1. You can bathe your own dog, 2. You can find an appointment easily for your pet, 3. Super cheap I only paid 30 - 35 dollars for my pets bath, nail clipping, ears, and more! 4. And even on top of it you can buy treats,toys,leashes, and collars, for your amazing pet. So you see this is why I rated this place a 5 star! If you’re like me you’re going to love this place.

Finally found excellent people that are able to groom my long haired GSD who hates baths especially brushing. He looked gorgeous! So worth it. Plus setting up for brushing every couple weeks. Great service.

I have a very uncooperative chihuahua, Joe. He comes in for just nail trims. The poor girls have a time with him but do succeed in getting his nails trimmed. The girls are great!!

My Maltese was a little aggressive with groomer. He did not particularly like her. She did not complete the groom even after putting a muzzle on him. I understand why he did not like her. Without getting friendly with him first, she reached down and tried to pick him up and he was scared and growl at her. She was a stranger and he reacted. I didn't like that because he had never done that before. I will not be taking back there. I will travel the extra miles and go back to his original groomer. I had moved and I felt that his original was a little too farSo my mistake

Patty has been grooming my dogs for quite some time and does a beautiful job. They love her. Yesterday she alerted me to an issue with one that I might have overlooked otherwise. It prompted a vet visit and some strong antibiotics. Wholeheartedly appreciate her diligence!

We have a very fussy Shih-Tzu, a real princess! LOL. We have been taking her to the Splish Splash grromers for almost 7 years. We highly recommend them. I, personally, have had dogs for almost all my life; and the groomers here are FANTASTIC! Reasonably priced and kind!

They forgot they had my dog and the poor thing sat there for hours. I lined up my sister-in-law to pick her up. When i went to get her the little girl at the counter told me she forgot about my dog because i prepaid. A couple days later the owner called and made excuses and I told the owner that her employee already told me she forgot.. The owner was making it out to be as if I did something wrong because I dropped an F-bomb. She never once apologized to me for them forgetting about my dog. How disappointing, time for a new groomer. I have a yorkie I was so worried about her that I went into a panic attack thinking something was wrong. I didn’t know if they had accidentally sent her with someone else or if they hurt her on accident and didnt call. I wasn't sure what was going on. I just knew I needed my dog and if I dropped an F-bomb oh well. The owner made it out to be as if her employee was the victim. In reality my baby was....! If that was my business I would address the employee and not the customer. What happen to customers being right. The girl blantly lied and told the owner she called for my dog to get picked up and clearly she had already told me she forgot.

I had an amazing first time experience here! My Onyx is a 95lb Cane Corso & she hates getting her nails done. We tried Splish Splash for nails & a self serve bath & they did AMAZING with her!!! She was happy & comfortable with the staff. They even cut them shorter then at the vets. Onyx & I will definitely be back!

We have taken our long hair Chihuahua Coco and yourprior visits were always great until this last visit. Wepickup our dog and my husband noticed his behavior wasnot normal. when we got home his walking was limited sowe took him to the vet and was advise that he had a pinchnerve. Called Splish Splash and we were advised thatWhen they were grooming him he collapse on the table.Neurologist stated he had multiple disk herniationscausing him a lot of pain. 3 weeks later and $5000 we hadto put him to sleep. Definitely something happened toour loving dog. Please use caution when your petbehavior changes question it.

Ridiculously expensive! We took our 21 week old Labradoodle puppy in for grooming and we were very disappointed by the level of service and the cost. When we called, we told them the age, breed, and size (23lbs) of our puppy and we were quoted $40. We were told that if our puppy was “cooperative”, he would get a full grooming. If he was not cooperative, it would be only a face, butt, and paw grooming. Upon picking him up, the groomer told me the he was good but interested in the scissors and clippers. Duh! He is a puppy! He was only given the face, butt, and paws grooming and a bath. I was shocked that despite being quoted $40 over the phone when making the appointment that the price for the REDUCED SERVICE GROOMING had actually gone up to $70.Upon calling the manager to question the charge increase, no relief or reasonable explanation was offered. We will not be returning and cannot recommend them to anyone.Edit:Please read the owners reply to the above review. I was shocked that a business owner would make a statement like that! It was NOT about how cute Teddy looked, they did bathe and blow dry him. It was because we were quoted $40 over the phone for “puppy grooming” and we were charged $70 at pickup. Further, the $40 quote was based on our ACCURATE description of Teddy. We were asked and told them his age (22 weeks), weight (23lbs) and breed. They had ALL of the info when the quote was given. Also, we were told if he was “good” he would be groomed and if he was “uncooperative”, he would only have his face, butt, and paws groomed. The first thing the groomer said to me at pickup was that “he was good, but interested in the scissors and clippers”. She told me that is why he was not completely groomed. Then the price was increased by $30 for the quick and simple puppy grooming. The owner states that he is almost full grown at 23 lbs. But the quote was based on the ACCURATE DESCRIPTION of Teddy that we provided when making the appointment. I would think that a person in this business would know that a Labradoodle can be as large as 70lbs or more when full grown. I weighed him this morning and he is 24 lbs. Perhaps the owner is not very familiar with dog breeds. The bottom line is this, a quote was given for grooming and we were charged $30 ABOVE the quote for a bath, foot, face, and butt trim. Look at some of the other poor reviews below. One of them has a very familiar price change from $40 to $70. I fully stand behind my review and encourage people considering this business to get a quote in writing. You have been warned!

Took my Bernedoodle for her first grooming. The staff was kind, professional and did an exceptional job. Reasonably priced. Educated me on how to keep her coat healthy at home. Very satisfied. Will definitely be back.
