We took our dog to Pet Smart to get shampoo and grooming. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called. Layla provided excellent service, and our pooch is so handsome sporting his new look. Many thanks to Layla for her care of our Bear.

I just completed a 6-week puppy training class at PetSmart in Taylor with Dory and it was a wonderful experience. The class was recommended to me by my vet who had completed the same program with her dog. Dory is a fantastic dog trainer who seems to have a gift for working with animals. She made training fun and easy to incorporate into my daily life. My puppy (photo attached) and I both learned so much in 6 weeks, much more than I thought would be possible. This was such a great experience that I will be taking him back in for additional classes.

The Taylor location for grooming is the best because they have a lot of groomers. They can fit your pets in because they have a lot of groomers. I'm always able to get my dogs in with them.

My dog’s groomer, Hannah, is the best in the business as far as I’m concerned! I have friends who take their four dogs to her as well and are always pleased. She treats everyone’s pet with love and compassion.

Called asking if they would bring an item to the front as I would arrive exactly at 7 when they close and they told me once the lights are off at 7 they can’t take customers.I got there at 6:59 and the doors were already closed. There was nothing I could have done to prevent this, I had 40lbs of hay at home and discovered mold. It’s Sunday and nothing else is open.My rabbit has no hay that doesn’t have mold.I made it before 7, and called and warned, it’s almost like they purposely closed the door before 7 since they knew I was coming. I get that you want to leave at 7, I totally get it, but it was 6:59 and I would have made it in and out in less than a minute.

Wish i could mark zero stars, the Bearded dragons have respiratory infections. No store should have animals in them if they dont know how to properly take care of them. Very sad world we live in

I like this Petsmart. Open till 9 (the one in Woodhaven closes at 7 which is way too early), dog groomers do a great job on the nails, training courses for our puppy were effective.

We have been bringing our 2 pugs to Layla here for quite sometime now. Our vet was always booked so we had to go elsewhere. The first petsmart would not let us bring back Brewster because he was too difficult as Pugs normally are. We landed here with Layla and she has been amazing. Brewster still gets out of control at times but she has not given up on him. I cannot speak highly enough of her patience and understanding. She seems always willing to have that compasion with him and learning his problem areas. It's always a comfort knowing he's in good hands with her!

Find it really funny how they expect you to buy a pet without letting you see or touch it. The rude employee in the back said it was against policy even though I was just in here not even two weeks ago while an employee allowed a customer to hold a bearded dragon before purchase. But yeah, I'll happily take my money elsewhere. Cashier was super sweet tho!

I want to start by saying everyone here is SO incredibly nice. I have been searching for a groomer for my 6 year old goldendoodle for years! We always try somewhere new & find ourselves very disappointed. I had a friend who referred me to NIKKI. She was so sweet, very understanding & extremely knowledgeable. Not to mention she had open availability within the 1st week that I booked for a new client. She had my girl for about 2.5 hours which is amazing. (Other places would keep her up to 6 hours) When I got there to pick her up, I was MIND BLOWN! I cannot get over how BEAUTIFUL my girl looks. I was literally jumping up & down. She actually looked like a doodle after her hair cut. Nikki, thank you x a million!!! We cannot wait to come back & have you as our regular groomer. 😊

We went here for pet carrier since no one else had any, not meijer, not Walmart! Needless to say we found several pet carriers decently priced as well! Super excited & thankful! The store Was nice and clean. Staff was awesome!

Employee was rude to me. I was asking about snails and she repeatedly slammed carts into each other while she was talking to me and then cut me off from speaking to tell me she “didn’t have time” to help me. I don’t want anyone to get fired or anything like that, but I did leave with a pretty bad taste in my mouth.

Appointment scheduled for 8am, no one there except an employee sitting in her car drinking her coffee & smoking her cigarette. Sees me standing outside with my dog but says nothing. Manager Emily calls me to say I missed my appointment- she’s sorry that I wasted 45 minutes of my time, 20 miles of gas & would I like her to reschedule? NO!!Extremely poor customer service!
