I love the store my only issue is that you have to take your cart to your car and there's no way no getting around the curb. Then you have to hoist the basket it if you are being courteous and bringing it back to the store. Workers are kind though.

Staff is polite..clean store. We went in to bath our two xl dogs. The staff was amazing! They kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. That has never happened any where else before.

The Taylor Pet Supplies Plus has a great staff of employees who are very helpful and welcoming. They keep a good stock of items ad ccx well. Managers, especially Ashante and staff provide great customer service.

Today I took my corgi to the groomer for a deshed treatment. On the 5 minute drive home my car was already covered in hair. I then proceeded to brush her and got enough hair to fill a grocery bag. What did I pay $55 for? She came back just as bad or worse with shedding than before.

The workers are very nice and everything is clean and easy to find. One time I brought my cat in, and the workers were lovely and nice to him!The cats that are adoptable always seem well cared for and are very lovey too

Love this store and visiting the creatures in the back. It's always clean and the staff is helpful. I'd give them five stars if the stock of pet food wasn't always rotating. My dogs are allergic to food with chicken. It seems they've replaced other options for beef or other more tolerable ingredients for those with chicken. When you have pets with a sensitive stomach or health issues, it puts you in a jam when you can't find their regular food, especially when you've been purchasing it from the same place for an extended period of time and have grown to expect it to be there.

Called first got answer machine so drove to pet supplies in Taylor just to find out the person that grooms was on vacation for a week so ask the girl at the counter why don't you change the recording on the answer machine so people know that she's on vacation she sad not my job wow

This place is huge, it should have everything you're looking for and more. I took my dog to get his nails clipped and grinded. The groomer took very good care of my pet and was very kind. I will be going back!

Not a bad store at all. Has most of the items that you'd expect from a pet supply. I'd really like to see them carry all the replacements for things that are sold (ie; filters for fountains, extra components, additions to kits), but MOST stores don't have these items & wonder why folks order it online. Adoptions, low cost clinics every month & ample parking just in front of the new Kroger on Ecorse Rd. Be sure to join their free club to get coupons and other items by USPS & www.

I adopted My Cat Cali from here, very friendly staff, that care enough to answer any questions you may have. Descent prices and large variety of things. They often have cats Up for adoption. I would recommend this place for ALL animal lovers

I was very agitated at this establishment. The customer service was subpar at best. I was in the aisle looking for a product, and I was having trouble finding it. I asked one of the employees for help and he happily assisted. While I was waiting for him to return suddenly I noticed a young inexperienced person pretending to work, shuffling the same merchandise from one shelf to another shelf, it was obvious that I was being categorized. I decided to keep my money in my purse, and me and my family left! I was disgusted that I was being criminalized as opposed to being assisted in making several purchases! Me and my money will not be back!

I went to get dog food at 9am, there was only one person working. I asked a question about puppy chow and I had obviously aggravated her, she was short with me and unwilling to come from behind the counter to help me(there was no one else in the store). There is also a dead bird right outside the entrance that no one has picked up.

This location has the best groomers and the most gentlest around. They really took good care of my 9yr old Golden Retriever yesterday. Great place!!!
