Great price items, they always have more than what you need. The only downsides are sometimes you need to pack a lunch for the lines and it's really hard to find good items in the bigger sizes in the big & tall section. Hope that made sense. You have to know when they put those items out but 3x and down you should be able to find anything you want.

That store is awful. Always filthy, trashed. Drinks and food left all over. Sticky items, kids that scream to high heaven at all times. No one on the floor and definitely not enough cashiers. No bargains there except a headache.

I go to buy some clothing spend 40 minutes picking things to try on. I don't know my pant size. I ask about a fitting room. The manager tells me they have one, but it is not open because they don't have enough staff to have it open. The manager tells me he only has 2 people on staff and he doesn't control the staffing.I said you are a clothing store what sense does that make? He said I would have to purchase the clothes and return them if they don't fit. I walked out !! Gonna be kinda hard to keep staffing or even keep your job when you don't have a fitting room to accommodate customers. I was planning on spending over $100. Good luck staying in business with that type of attitude

Extremely LOW standard of customer service. Visited the store at approximately 4:40PM on Saturday, April 15th. Stood in line for OVER 1 hour to checkout. As we got closer to the register, we realized there were ONLY 2 cashiers for a line that had at least 30 people and quickly grew to almost 50. People in line with babies, small children, some people were handicapped (leaning on shelves). So many people refused to wait and left carts overflowing with merchandise in the line or to the side. These poor cashiers were working as quickly as they could. When we finally got to the counter to check out, we helped the cashier move quicker by removing all hangers and placing barcodes upward.The manager (a white male in his 40s) was behind the counter, pretending to look for stuff instead of helping the cashiers. Ironic that Burlington can hire a full time loss prevention guy, but not another cashier?STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I just visited Burlington today. My cashier Martena was very very rude. I told her I just call in store before came in and speak to manager they told me I can still return something with my phone number if I lost my receipt. She was very rude and mad I don't know why then I called manager and he helped me. Store was very very messy.. there were bunches of clothes on the floor. Very disappointing.

Love this store. They have everything for everyone. Great selection of clothes and shoes for women , men and children, Luggages, cosmetics,jewelry, home stuff and etc for a very low price.

Decent deals but fitting rooms are never open. I don't shop at places that don't have fitting rooms open. I'm not buying clothes only to try them on at home and waste my precious time trying to return clothing that doesn't fit.

Very messy! Couldn't get an employee to help. Couldn't find an employee on the floor (there was one guarding the changing rooms not letting customers use them, playing on her phone. And at the register only)...... I do find deals if I'm there for more than 45 mins -eye roll-

Prices have gone up way to much i used to go in there and recommended for everybody around me now I'm just saying go to Walmart cuz all they have now are things that Walmart sells and it's the exact same prices you can get some good deals on something like I got a pair of shoes marked down from $24 to $12 but went to Walmart and found them at $13.99 same brand not on sale so I do not know where they got the $24 price tag from but they were $2 cheaper I guess I bought a pair of Adidas for toddlers at $13 normally went to Walmart got the same pair for $10 check your options before buying from here even if it's just scanning the item on Google and pulling up the other options I got the same outfit from Family Dollar for $8 and then found the two pack that was at Family Dollars for $16 they ended up having them listed for $35 for mark down to $20 so in the end of everything you're not getting a deal you're just getting the common store price wouldn't recommend here if you're going for the discounts because there isn't any Walmart at normal prices and then marked that they were discounted for the consumer to see and purchase because they think they are marked down

If you like to buy stuff from good brands but for cheap. You need not wait for the sale season, visit Burlington. I bought a 40 dollar worth of Tommy girl Perfume for 15 dollars. Said so, they are not super organized and it takes some time to find what you need. I suggest keeping an open mind and go there when you have plenty of time to shop.

I’ve never been to a Burlington before. My friend told me they had some cute Halloween blankets. So I decided to check it out. I expected the store to be nice, but the place was trashed. Stuff was on the floor and nothing was organized. I went to check out and there were at least 20 people in line and 2 people working the registers. Some people ended up leaving rather than waiting in line. I really wanted the stuff I was getting, so I waited in line for about 20-30 minutes. I don’t think I’ll ever go back here.

There is no organization whatsoever in this store.Clothing on the floor everywhere, the racks are complete chaos and its impossible to find what you are looking for.Don't bother with this location, thrift stores are more organized.

The store is messy and unorganized and the cashier's are very lazy. Stood in line for over an hour and each person was at the register for over 10 minutes each!! Even if they only had a few items. They were moving very slow and obviously didn't care that the line had over 50 people. And one of the cashiers took a break and I only saw her ring up 3 people. Insane. Never going back here don't wast your time.

This place is the messiest store I have ever been in. Only 2 people working at the registers which made the line chaos. Burlington is always a mess, this one tops the cake, however. Obviously a miss-managed store.. this one needs a "Bar Rescue" .. clothes EVERYWHERE .. the parking lot is an open trash can. Hot mess of a place.. the deals are also hot though.. so you might find me there again.

Super slow. They don't mind making their customers wait in line for long periods of time. I was there for Easter weekend and I expected the store to be busy, they should have had more cashiers, but there were initially only two cashiers working and 8 registers. Eventually, there were four cashiers and the line finally started to move. Security was very professional as was the manager. He helped with everything, but they need more cashiers before they end up getting the reputation that Walmart has for not enough lines open.

Prices are not bad and they have a huge selection, there is more than just clothes too!! They also change things up with the seasons and have a dressing room to try before you buy. The staff have always been nice as well as other customers. Depending on the time you go, the line can get very long and the parking lot kinda sucks but its worth it!!

This place is a dump. Messy all over. I went to return something that I got as a gift or I would have never been in that one store. I got in line with 4 people in front of me. One cashier working only. She called for the manager for change. By the time he got her change 4 people was behind me. Then the cashier was still waiting on the same person waiting for her layaway or clothes she had on hold. Someone brings that & never bother opening up a register. Was 10 people in line now. I was till waiting for 25 minutes to a return. Why isnt there a separate counter for returns??? This is crazy. Never going there ever again!! I hope the new Burlington that just opened in Dearborn is better. Very disappointed.

Stood in line for an hour. The 2 cashiers Andrea and Jaxmin had to stop and text on their phones between each customer. Not a complainer but this was terrible. Babies in line crying because it’s been too long. One customer spoke up and Andrea shut him down and continued on with a very bad attitude. I think that actually made it worse for us. Very unprofessional

I love Burlington. The store is almost always a mess. But the deals are great. If you have the time to sift through everything on the racks, it's definitely worth it. Staff isn't particularly friendly but they are really fast. The line moves along pretty quickly. And I always find neat random things in the shelves at the checkout line.
