I was there shopping today with a disabled person she's overweight and she uses one of those scooters The scooter would not turn it would go and stop go and stop go and stop and drove me nuts I was ready to pick it up and throw it out the damn door Kroger's needs to invest in things that make handicap people more inviting to their store which means better carts to drive around the store or new scooters if you want us come in and shop make it more inviting to the handicapped inviting to the handicapped

The Kroger in Swartz Creek is always our first choice. We love the produce and the staff is wonderful. Just recently we had an issue with the pharmacy we’ve used for many years. Kroger stepped up and filled the void. Matthew, in the pharmacy, was outstanding. He stepped up and helped to fill our prescription late on a Friday night. Thank you, Matthew!

They refuse to cash my Western Union money order, said I had to take it to the bank, the bank told me that I have to go to a Western Union representative, so I took it to Walmart, Walmart told me that I have to go to the nearest representative to the address on the money order, so I went back to Kroger and now Kroger is saying that they they won't even run it through system they're not even going to try to cash it, they just hand it back to me don't let me sign it endorse it or nothing they won't even look at it or do nothing

Kroger pharmacy, in Swartz Creek, is the only pharmacy that I have used for the past 10 years and the only one I will continue to use. The pharmacists, Dave and Dan, are knowledgeable and caring and their med tech, Jenn, is wonderfully kind and compassionate. They work long and exhausting hours, but even after a long day of being on their feet and waiting on, sometimes very demanding, customers, they will always have a smile for the next one. They make an awesome team and I, personally, feel safe and at peace having them looking out for me.

The employees at Swartz Creek Kroger are always polite, friendly, & helpful! I frequently use Clicklist grocery pickup. The substitutions are always great. This past week, they were super busy, so grocery orders were running late. Manager Sean did a great job communicating the delays and being so accommodating. I won’t shop anywhere else! Great work Swartz Creek Kroger employees!

Store is bright and very clean compared to other Krogers in the area. Staff is amazing. First Kroger that actually has a helpful staff. Please do not take electric carts outside unless you have a worker with you. This will insure that they don’t break down . This is for any store that has them.

Worst experience of my life. My daughter has been trying to get me to coupon. So as he was on the phone she was telling me what to get and how much it would come to. Well I am at the self checkout and the coupons weren't coming off. I asked the worker and she was clueless so she went to customer service. Some girl named Tiffany comes over shouting accusing me of stealing since I'm using coupons. My daughter here's how she treated me. She proceeded calling me a scammer. I called corporate and my daughter called manager. Not sure if anything will actually get done. But people need to be aware of this reckless worker.Beware of Tiffany

I love shopping here- clean produce and food, helpful employees, and the discounts with the Kroger cards are nice. Everything is also pretty easy to find once you get used to it.

Horrible customer care! Loaded digital coupons that did not show on receipt. They would not scan store card to correct and discount...just quizzed me on prices I could remember! Ridiculous for their technology error. I swear the customer service rep. Thought the difference would come out of her pocket!! Check your prices here!

Apparently coming in around close is taboo because they'll just slam rhe door in your face even while other customers are still coming out. I came to get one specific item with 6 minutes to spare and still got the door slammed in my face.Dude was rude as heck.I work in retail and maybe my employer is the exception., but we don't lock out customers until close.

Been shopping at this Kroger for years now. Never have I ever had a bad shopping experience. I’m always greeted by employees soon as I walk in the store and most times while I’m in the midst of shopping. Employees that I’ve came in contact with has been very nice and helpful. Once had a manager go out her way to help me locate a product which they were out of. She literally called surrounding stores trying to see who had the item in stock. The store is always clean and the selection of fresh produce are nice. Prices are reasonable. I work 3rd shift so I tend to go shopping early in the morning. It’s less crowded between 6-7am which makes my trip more enjoyable.

After reading some of the reviews about some racist experiences people have had I thought I world shar my story on why I don’t shop here anymore. I shopped here because I thought it was a nicer Kroger but on two different occasions I was accused of stealing baby formula (even tho I had the recipe) and had an older heavyset women follow me around the store it was at that point I knew not to shop there anymore. People of color be careful shopping here!

My community Swart Creek Meadows was hosting a Christmas party for our residents. We called all over the place for food prices and ideas. We decided to go with Kroger because their deli chicken and sides are delicious! We ordered 96 pieces of fried chicken and 96 pieces of baked chicken as well as 20 lbs of mashed potatoes and gravy and 20 lbs of green beans! Christina and Megan we absolutely wonderful! They helped me with figuring out how much of everything we needed. When Gordon showed up to pick it up, it was so fresh! All of our residents were so pleased! Thank you for all you guys do!

I shop here all the time as it’s the one closest to my home usually have nothing but friendly staff and encounters. I went today and had a cashier an older woman named Sandy use racial slurs because of a disagreement we had. Spoke with the manager they didn’t care, it’s a sad day when an employees can talk to customers how every they want will never shop here again.

I will not shop here anymore if I didn't have a savings card and even though we do we spend on average $100 to $150 even more sometimes each visit today I spent $85 and had my Kroger card phone number and was able to get it down to 60 something so almost $20 off come to find out I accidentally got $10 cash back for my son to get a book at the book fair I forgot to grab it cuz I was in a hurry to make my kids breakfast before school I have my receipt and I called up there John rudely interrupted me when I was trying to tell her I need to speak to a manager right away then I wait for almost 10 minutes for a reply of I can't get a hold of the manager I said well I plan on coming up there after I take my kids to school so that I can send my son with book fair money today cuz I just paid rent yesterday... She said they need to look at the cameras if they have cameras can't they see who took my $10 bill for my son's book fair money? I'm very confused if I don't get a call back before I go to work today at 2:00 I am going up there and demanding to speak to a manager cuz I spend too much money there for this to happen an absolutely do not shop there if you don't have a Kroger's card you will spend easily 2 to $300 depending on how big your family is...

There's a nice and friendly staff. The store is clean and easy to move around. I wish they would improve their bakery like the one Rochester hills. Every thing else is very good quality.

This place is an absolute nightmare each time I dare shop at this wretched location. The sheeple working there have zero concept of customer service… and are obviously bothered whenever they’re forced to answer a question… AKA do their jobs. Go to any Kroger location other than this one.

I can always get what I need here. The aisles aren't crowded and the store is well laid out. I love the meat counter selections. The deli fried chicken here is delicious! Clicklist, their curbside pickup system, is a great time and budget saver.

This Kroger is very clean, organized and super friendly! I asked an employee what a drink tasted like, so he went an got a glass with ice and opened it so I could taste it! GREAT customer service! Prices are more than competitive. The Kroger Plus card is indeed a great money saved not only on groceries, But gas too.
