I frequent your store once a week at least it is local and very convenient usually well stocked. Today one of your Dollar general trucks almost blocked me in and I couldn't get in my car very inconsiderate. The parking lot was almost empty he could have parked anywhere and when I looked at him he just smirked and kept going in the store. It made me very uncomfortable especially with this snowy weather. Maybe have drivers be more considerate of your patrons.

Stopped in to pick up a few things and at the self checkout it said customer needs assistance. It was I was buying a long bic lighter for my grill. The manager (we'll just call her KAREN) would not let me buy it without scanning my drivers license. I'm 56 yrs old for crying out loud. I told her that wasn't the law and she said it was DG's policy. I left there and went two miles down the road to another DG and bought the same things without having to even show my ID. I asked the manager there about what happened with Karen down the road and she said there was no such policy. When they scan the item the system asks if I look under 30 yrs old and they just hit "no." I won't be back to the new do it all yourself store at Morrish and Grand Blanc rd in Swartz Creek.

THIS particular Dollar General is the cleanest, well stocked, and 100% better store than ANY of the others I have shopped at!! You can tell employees take pride in caring about this location. I have tried shopping in other close by DG (Fenton Rd, Flint) and they look disorganized and very dirty.

I love the remodel! Everyone is always super friendly when I go in there! Only thing that sucks is their phone doesn’t work so I can never call them to ask if they have certain things in stock, I actually have to drive up there.

Rude customer service! Walked in at 9:30 the store closes at ten. Workers made a comment about people coming in at the last minute (as I walked in 30 min before close) then as I walked to register, the workers walked away. I waited for a minute or 2 and decided to walk out. I will never set foot in this store again. If you can't handle being a close and convenient store maybe you shouldn't work there!

Worst store ever! 1st off, it should have never been built at that corner. It made that intersection even more of a nightmare. The customer service is atrocious. They've horribly crammed everything in. Then to top it off, they never have anything that you need. It should have been a restaraunt if anything.

New place but the always have what you need. Have been here on several occasions and they are always courteous and cooperative helping me and others with their needs. I will never go to Dollar general ever again. First of all why have a phone when you will never answer it. And when you do the call the recording says "We are with a customer right now so please call back. SO AFTER CALLING AND CALLING TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAD WHAT I NEEDED AND GOT NO RESPONSE I HAD TO DRIVE UP FOR NO REASON. IF THEY WOULD OF ANSWERED THEY I WOULD NOT OF HAD TO DRIVE 4 MILES ONE WAY. I AM GIVING A ZERO STAR RATING.

Clean store with nice employees. Large selection of quailty products compated to other dollar generals. The manger was very helpful and guided me in the right direction for what i was looking for, i would recommend this DG to anyone

You can find deals on some items but others are cheaper at Meijer. Every time I come the aisle is blocked by boxes of stick not put up yet and make it hard to get done the aisle.

we go to this place all the time it's close by they got a lot of stuff that we use or substitute things that we normally use for brand names for their brand they always have sales going. I don't have to then go to Meijer or Walmart

Kinda disappointed. Everytime I go in there they don't have hardly anything. nobody ever knows whats coming on the truck, not to mention no one answeres the phone EVER!!

Everytime I try to call this store. Nobody answers the phone or the phone is busy/off the hook I have called the store multiple times on many separate occasions and Everytime no answer might as well not even have a phone in the store
