This was our fist trip to Biggby we arrived around 12:45pm and the line was backed up into the street. We sat there and waited our turn to order and when that time came we were told we are not serving you because we closed at 1pm. Well we were there before 1 plus there online ordering stated that they were open( @ 2pm it still showed they were open). Not only were we turned away but the car in front of us was refused service as well. Secondly why did they not come out and block the drive when 1pm came so that no new customers could order after all that would make the most sense. This whole experience for our first time going to Biggby has made our decision easy we will go elsewhere for our coffee.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE A TIP!! And please make sure the tops are secured on the coffee. COME ON THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE ! And when coffee gets spilled you should refill it, especially when top is not secured. Please don't ruin a good place that has decent coffee ! No one has ever asked me if I want to leave a tip at Bigby! Why now ! I do tip, but don't ask ! Thank you

Took 8 minutes to get one coffee, mainly bc the employees were goofing off and laughing with one another instead of working. I wasn’t going to write a review as I’m not trying to be negative but, I see it everywhere and this place isn’t any different. This 15-25 age group right now has no clue how to actual work. Thanks a lot “gentle parenting” see how everyone gets a trophy is working for us as a society. And this is just a coffee shop, we are screwed.

Watch out for the blue-haired liar. She’ll automatically add a tip to your total, without asking, and then lie about it. When questioned about it in the drive-thru, she said that the company probably just raised the prices and then slams the window shut and walks away. The rest of the staff is wonderful though

I used to love going to this Biggby but in the last six months I'm not sure what has changed but literally every other time I stop at this location my drink/drinks end up being made wrong. It ends up being really inconvenient because I don't live near this location so I end up having to drive back up there to get the new drinks. I'm not sure if they only have one person who wears the headset to take orders, but it may not be a bad idea to consider having more than one person listening to the orders. Even today, I went to get my replacement drinks and they had made frozen ones. I have never ordered a frozen drink as I easily get brain freeze. At least this mistake was easy to see and get corrected before I left.

Absolutely love their drinks and the pricing for the sizes you get is worth every penny, I always get a butter bear either frozen (frappe consistency) or a hot latte both are amazing reminds me of a butter wet from Harry Potter. My husband isn't a coffee drinker but loves their lemonade with peach or strawberry. Staff is always friendly and quick

This is the BEST Biggby! (Flint is a close second!) The staff is fantastic...always friendly and making delicious drinks and bragels! They give suggestions when i ask for them and I've never had a drink i didn't like from this Biggby! No matter what time I go there the staff is always awesome! Start to finish- it's a great experience! Thank you SC BIGGBY!!!

This place started to grow on me more and more, they're always super friendly. All of their frozen and creme freeze drinks are delicious, iced drinks are iffy sometimes but I don't usually get that anyways. Will definitely continue to go here!

I've been going to this Biggby since it was built. The staff have always been lovely and in the very few mistakes made over all that time they've always been efficient and over the top in correcting them. I cannot stress enough the positive customer service every single visit. The best I've ever seen in fact. On top of that their coffee and other items have always been made with the best quality. I've been to MANY Biggby locations and I can not give this one enough praise.

I am not one to leave bad reviews especially being a barista myself. I understand the struggle of working in a coffee shop in this time. BUT my boyfriend and i went here last night and he tripped over his words while ordering and the barista taking our order started talking to him in such a condescending tone like he was stupid. Just because he tripped over his words. I understand educating customers so they get the best experience but again she was just so rude.

I'm sitting in this drive thru three times a week. Sometimes I'm blessed by the gods and there's two cars in front of me. Other times I'm messaging my boss "I might be a few late" because the line is all the way into the parking lot of Meijer. I've never encountered a rude Biggby member here. They're always nice, take a minute to chat and apologetic (unnecessary) for the wait (as if they have control over how long a bragel takes to toast, or how many drinks with special instructions one vehicle orders).I do wish customers would PULL UP CLOSER TO THE CAR IN FRONT OF THEM. Instead of leaving room for a full size truck between vehicles. It's a pet peev, what can I say.Anyways. I like this Biggby. Location is convenient so I don't have to go into Flushing or Owosso (opposite of work) on my way into Durand.

The staff is awesome and my order is always done correctly but this location is literally always out of something (eggs, coconut milk, black tea, etc) and last time it took three months to get back in stock. This location will do a lot better if they can handle the volume and order stuff in advance.

Every Bigby I have ever been to (and that number is kinda high, I'm an iced-coffee aficionado) has had THE FRIENDLIEST people working the drive-thru. Seriously, I have no idea how they find the nicest people to work at their stores, but they're doing something right! Coffee is obviously great, as I probably give them half my paycheck over the course of a week 😄

Excellent location. Line can get a little long at prime time. There is only a drive through at this location but they try to move the line pretty quick. It's more like a coffee stand that an actual store as it is very small. You will enter via the Meijer parking lot. No direct road access.

I love Biggby, especially this location! Every time I have come here, the drive thru had a line and it was a short wait. Plus, the workers here are always so pleasant and kind!! My favorite Biggby by far.

I have big a huge Biggby patron for YEARS since 2005 I have been to over 30 of the locations East Lansing, 5 Greater Lansing locations, Davison, Owosso, New Hudson, Ann Arbor, Ludington. I could go on and on. Although the employees here are extremely nice it is very clear that they are not very strong at making the drinks and even worse at the menu knowledge. I would honestly say that they either under flavor the drinks or just flat out forget flavoring. I was Frequenting this location 1-3 times a week but have dropped down to 1-3 times a month. I now will either go to the location on Linden Rd or simply go to a different coffee house all together.

Long waits and then when we got our order it wasn't correct. So we had to go back and have it fixed. Even when you get something without coffee it tastes like there's still coffee, almost like things aren't rinsed/washed between orders. Staff was polite.

This Biggby store is awesome! We love the workers there. They are very funny and personable. Never had a problem with our drinks. We will definitely continue to go here. You guys are crushing it! Yaaaa!!

This is a new drive thru only Biggy and they are spot on. My drink was ready, hot and the staff was super nice! Even though I was there during a rush, there were 5 cars in front of me, it was fast and easy. Thank you 👍🏼
