Cute little store! Stopped in for a gift for my sister and left wanting to try to Knit or Crochet again.. so many delicious yarns!! And they had the cutest corner set up to sit a spell and chat and knit.. really lovely.

Many varieties of yarn were available in the store. This morning, we watched a woman shearing her Angora goats. The wool was then spun on a machine to make yarn. Very friendly and interesting people!

Lovely little store. A variety of yarns that you won't find in Michaels or Hobby lobby. Ten times better quality as well. Despite the small size of the store, there's a ton of yarn to choose from. There's patterns, guide books, and kits for those who are looking for their next project. The owner is incredibly sweet, and offers to turn your skeins into balls of yarn. They also have a variety of unique buttons in all sizes.

Awesome store, the owner Dianne is awesome. She will treat you like family and there are tons of social events and other stuff to be had there making it really feel like a community. The yarn there is awesome too. I go there if I want to splurge on something fancy or I want animal fiber yarn and this place has the biggest selection and best customer service. You definitely get what you pay for with the yarn there and despite being more expensive than big box stores if you are used to those, it is of a much higher quality. I'm a crocheter and one of my biggest problems is that a lot of yarn stores have is they don't cater to crocheters, I mentioned this to them and they listened to my feedback and are in the process of slowly fixing that which I think is awesome.

This fiber shop is a delight. They have buttons, patterns, tons of yarn, and lots of knitting accoutrements. The wool quality is high and they make the most of their space, so there's actually a very large selection relative to the size of the store. They hold group knit nights, too. The parking in back is for residents only, so park out front, and the entrance is marked by signs; the door is on the side of the building.

This is the best yarn store I have found in the area for its selection and staff's generous knowledge. I am a very basic knitter and appreciate how practical and encouraging everyone I've interacted with there has been.

I was there last Sunday and the woman working spent so much time helping me decide on the right yarn! I was nervous about committing to such a big project and she totally understood. Great selection and prices too.

New owners, name, and location but still in downtown Suttons Bay......right behind Bayside Coffee. Lots of natural light, yarns new to the area, old standbys, nice list of fall classes. A must stop when in the area. Please note that the photo is not up to date; the Momentum space is now Bayside Coffee. Leelanau Fiber is down the sidewalk behind the coffee shop.
