Very knowledgeable and professional company. They came out to give me a quote on installing a water heater that hooked up to my geothermal and while doing the quote they did a quick check up on my Water Furnace for free. I had 2 tanks installed and they did an amazing job at cleaning up the previous plumbing mess on the originals. On-call services are selective/limited. They did suggest Michigan Plumbing out of Lansing. They were great. Just like their commercial. That would be the way to go.😉

Plumber came out and got the job done very quickly. He even caught other stuff that wasn't done properly and fixed that too! He was great with our dog and cat as well. He interacted with them as if they were his own. He was extremely respectful, personable, and the conversations were lively. I would HIGHLY recommended using this company. You won't regret it!!

This company installed a new hot water heater in my home 3 years ago. They didn't put the drip line on our unit and left the factory cap on the water heater. After 3 years of all the moisture it clogged a metal piece on it and cost me $338 for 2 plumber visits.

Very unprofessional. Was told between 11-2 got a no-show. We had to call them and them to see what was going on the guy finally shows up just before 4pm. He was here for a total of 10 mins in which he was on the phone for 8 of them. Tells me there's nothing they can do. Complete waste of time and money. People should stay away from this company unless they want to get ripped off.

Great place they have done work for me many times.always professional .I would not want anyone else working on my plumbing. I don't trust people in my home without me.but mwp I have 100 % faith that im safe and when I get home nothing will be missing and my sink will be repaired properly..I would rate them more of a six if there was one.highly recomended..im a real customer on dow rd in sunfield..I know others rate themselves on here.

I was on the Grand River today by the Michigan Princess access ramp and was negatively affected by the wake produced by a speed boat whose Mercury engine bore the name of your company. In addition, a woman in a shell type craft spoke to the operator about his speed and the wake he wake created. His response was curt and rude and ignored the Regulations posted by the DNR. Very poor public relations for your company.

My family and I bought and older house and we had Mark Woodman plumbing come out and cut out all of the old cast iron plumbing, and replaced it with PVC and put a new toilet in as well as instal a dishwasher for a very reasonable price, and a few days ago our boiler system went down and they stayed almost 8 hours and the owner even came out and they got the problem solved 10/10 stars ⭐️Service: Heating system repair

Absolutely horrible. they gave me a quote on furnace work 2017. I went with another company. Now a year later 2018 I get a bill for work I did not authorise or have done. So because I refuse to pay they said they will refuse to do any work for me in the future.😂😂😂 Like they are the only company. SMH
