Took my dog there for many years until she passed away. When we recently got our rescue dog, I could not wait to take him for a good bath and cut. We love the staff. The are professional, kind, patient and my dog(s) looked/look wonderful every time I picked them up.

Absolutely loved the two ladies who own this place. They treated my large husky wonderfully and he came out looking fluffy & clean, as well as smelling fresh. Highly recommend! They clip nails as part of the package. :)

I'm a big fan and would tell everyone to bring your dog there, feel safe, get the job done quickly and well, and not pay a lot.I've taken my dog there twice for nail clipping. The dog is so relaxed she doesn't worry about a thing and it's done before we know it. The people there are the reason I feel so happy to take our sweet pet there. They are extremely competent, confident, friendly, and the place is clean and welcoming. This is the place to take your dog. See you there.

I’m very impressed with how they took my puppy in on short notice and treated her as their own . They texted and sent pictures throughout the day and kept me updated . It helped us know she was well taken care of .

I take my beagle and pug there to get their nails trimmed all the time because their rate is better than any other place around here and they are so good with my dogs both of whom do not like their nails trimmed one bit, but they are patient and gentle every time with them :)

I took my Shih Tzu there in the morning. Her appointment was at 9:00am. They told me they would call me when she was finished. I waited all day, no phone call. So I decided to drive into town to see if she was done. It was 3:00pm, I walked inside and there is my dog, STILL in the cage, and she had not even been cut yet or had a bath! They closed at 4:00pm!! They apologized to me and told me they were so busy. I said "ok, no big deal, just call me when she is done" They told me they would have her done in 20 minutes. I drove all the way back home (Burr Oak) and waited. Finally they called me (about quarter to 4:00pm) to tell me she was finished. I drive back into town and go inside. There is my dog, TERRIBLE hair cut and she had NOT had a bath!!! I was furious! Why have an appointment at 9:00am if they won't be finished until 3:45pm?! I will NEVER take my dog here again. Her cut was incredibly uneven, and she still smelled since they didn't even give her a bath. These people should NOT be doing dog grooming. Ugh!
