Quick stop to grab stink pipe flashing. Tom helped me find them fast. I like that he greated me and offered his assistance soon ad I walked in. I was in no rush but took the help and he was very nice.

These people are seriously the best. From the part time high school kid helping on weekends to the long time employees, every single person who works here is amazing. I love walking into this store. Someone immediately asks if they can help with anything and everyone is so friendly. Head up to the Stockbridge Ace anytime. You won't be disappointed.

Always helpful, friendly, and knowledgable staff. Have gone to them with several unusual situations and always leave with a couple of different options to try. Never feel pressured into purchasing anything either. Often times, they will help you stick to products and tools you might already have on hand to problem solve- which saves you money and loses a sale. To me, that type of honesty has me constantly coming back for products I know I need to purchase like painting and maintenance supplies.

These guys are all great! Love this hometown hardware store! The manager John is always very helpful and treats you like a friend every time you walk in the door. I run a building and property maintenance company and stop in here frequently and they always have what im looking for. Highly recommended.

Great home town hardware store. When it changed hands recently i was worried that it would lose that small town feel as it it relates to service and friendliness. Not so. Its better than ever. John, Bob, and Robert are great. The store also does a great Job finding quality young people to work here. Not an easy feat these days. Support this business people. They are working very hard to earn your business.

Probably not the best hardware store to go to if you are unsure of what you need. Despite claiming to be "helpful hardware folks," they are not.I was installing new knobs on our custom cabinets and the screws were not the correct length. I asked my wife to go down there and buy the screws. I texted her the size to get and figured that a helpful hardware folk could help her if needed. All three workers couldn't figure it out and she came home empty handed.So I drive down there and find the correct screws in about 5 minutes. Turns out that all three workers were teenagers - I'd guess 16 years old.

They are very helpful and kind no matter if you just need a box of nails or you need a propane tank refilled the older employees are very knowledgeable as well as the younger employees very helpful and respectful to my Handicapped husband THANK YOU SO MUCH ACE HARDWARE

Went to buy patio table umbrella and the only ones in Stockbridge are double thr sale item in flyer.And I found they have them in Chelsea so better find out why you cant!!!

Went in with broken T40 torque bit Ace brand they don’t stock and Ace don’t sell Ace brand torque bits any more . They went beyond the call of duty and figured out it was warranted for life . And ordered me Aces replacement tool. Not to often someone takes the time to do the right thing anymore. For a customer. If you like being treated right shop HERE

Went in for a drain vent, the young kid stated that was a specialty part and that they do not carry such a thing. Looked for myself and found it, unfortunately it was the wrong size. Only when I started looking for it did the kid start looking for it, didn't even bother to see if he could order the part. When this was a True Value thus part along with several other sizes were available. Now in order to get a vent I need to convert my plumbing. A 10 dollar part would become a 100 dollar project. Lowes and Home Depot from now on. This Ace is not the place for the friendly, helpful hardware man. Won't be back.
