Paw spa is a little but pricer than other groomers in the area, but they do the best job. I have a goldendoodle, so lots of hair and it grows quickly. Shaylyn did exactly what I asked, my dog looks and smells good, and it only took an hour! Very happy with them overall.

We've taken a couple dogs here for a few years, and the girls are nice, but they are too unreliable with constant schedule changes that they only tell you about on the day of your appointment. I have tried to accommodate to their needs because they're the closest business, but it is too much trouble to deal with them. If you have a completely open schedule and don't mind them texting you the day of your appointment to change it every time you need any level of grooming done then maybe they can be a good fit. Otherwise find someone else or do it at home.

I love taking my baby to Paw Spa. I love that we are greeted at the front with a smile. You can tell the ladies love doggies. They ask how you want your baby to be cut and groomed. We travel from Texas and I make my appointment to go to Paw Spa. I wished that we could fly here every time my baby needs to be groomed. This is how much we love this place. Look at how handsome my baby looks after grooming. Please take your babies to Paw Spa. Saja and Teri

Makenzie did an amazing job with our anxious Koda and his cut. Our lil' guy looks and smells fantastic.The whole salon is very friendly and Koda was only there for about an hour.Very impressed... McKenzie even sent a photo of our fur baby during his cut.

My dog goes to Katie Erbson at Paw Spa and we LOVE her. My dog adores her and is always happy to see her. She does a great job with him. Her prices are very reasonable. Would recommend her to everyone!

This was a great place to get my dogs groomed until the owner, Shaylyn, decided to cancel my dogs' upcoming appointments without explanation while continuing to do other dogs. She told me that she didn't owe anyone an explanation. She was very rude and nasty to me after thanking me for being a wonderful client to her. Come to find out she is moving on, but she has hurt a lot of now former clients for the way she's treated them. She is very unprofessional. Her sister Shelby, an excellent groomer, is taking over the business, but I am not sure she can overcome the mess her sister left for her to deal with. If you want to take your pet in for grooming, understand you will not get in right away because they are so booked. I do not know if they have hired another groomer or not.

Paw Spa is wonderful. One of my dogs was shy about getting groomed. She's been here twice and we will going back. Our puppy went today and had a great time!

We Love Shelby….we have a 100 lb golden doodle and nobody has ever done a better job on our….she’s the best, and all of her employees treat him like he’s their own.

Rude. Unprofessional. Drops clients after taking appointments because she doesn’t feel like doing your large dogs anymore because “smaller dogs make more money”
