Around 11:20am I went to look for something to help with severe head congestion. There were two people in line and someone sitting in a chair. There were at least two people working behind the counter. The pharmacist was standing just behind the counter, so I asked him if I could ask a question. He said “Well I’m preparing a shot right now. If you’ll just get in line I’ll be able to help you”. Really, for a question? I’ve never been told by a pharmacy to get in line to ask a question, so I went to the next closest drug store, (CVS), and the pharmacist gave me a recommendation while he was working. Looks like others had a good experience, but certainly not me.

Don't waste your time having your scripts filled here. I've been denied multiple times for my meds by them because as they stated they don't get paid enough of a profit to get me the meds. This place is more concerned about making a big profit than taking care of people.

Everyone is very friendly and so helpful. They answer my questions and I trust their advice. I like the variety of cards and nice items to purchase for gifts too.

My HomeTown Pharmacy is so PERSONAL! They know me very well and I believe they know every medication that I take! And FAST! When I am prescribed a new med they will ALWAYS call and say it's ready on the same day! Take THAT big box pharmacies!!

The entire staff is beyond amazing. They go to the enth degree to assist you in every way possible. I feel like family when I walk into this store and I've only lived here 18 months!

My last visit, I handed the lady at drop off my prescriptions and asked if they had everything on my scrips at this pharmacy. Sometimes they dont and have to order it in. Well I did not want to wait, as I was very sick and was willing to drive somewhere else. After waiting 20 mins for scrips to be filled they rang me up and proceeded to tell me that they did not have everything and would have to order part of it. But it would be in tomorow. Of.course I was disappointed. And frustrated. I was most dissappointed with their lack of apology, as if it was my fault, was how I was made to feel.I have never had this type of problem at this pharmacy before, so I would try them again. But I would be careful if I had any situation like this again. I feel as if the girl at the drop off dropped the ball of service.
