You scan does not honor the prices on yellow tags all over the store. They tell you that the yellow tag is a coupon price. No cashiers are available. They are always stocking. You are routed to the you scan. You get none of the prices advertised in yellow.That is completely predatory. The lady today told me there used to be a sign. That tells me everybody is aware of it except for the customers.I'm sure this is company wide.

I totally agree with the previous review, I have been trying to call them for over 2 hours and the line is busy. So I called Stockbridge store, they picked up immediately, and I found out pinkney lost their phone,"WHAT" I mean are you kidding. Now I have to go there to ask a question. Infuriating. This is ridiculous.

I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but this place definitely deserves it. They are always out of items,they don't stock the shelves here in a timely manner. The store is cluttered and there are large dollys in the isles with products still on the dollys that create a trip hazard especially for older customers. Good luck getting assistance 👍. This place used to be a pretty decent store but ever since the former manager (I think her name was lisa) left this establishment, everything has gone downhill in a big way. It's sad really because this store has the potential to be great. But as long as they pull stupid stunts like closing down the entire store just to stock a few items because the manager is lazy.. the problems will continue.

Staff is friendly which is great.But this store pretty much never has anything in stock.The only place in stockbridge where you can semi grocery shop in town and theirs never anything in here.

You never order enough products. You would be better off letting your managers do the ordering. The thing that bothers me the most.... Why do the cashiers put bags back on counter after items are rung up??Teach your cashiers to put likeItems in same bag. Cards in separate bag. Chemical items in separate bag. Mid Night Milky Way plz bring them back. Ice cream is a big seller, but never enough. I'd like to see coffee ice cream It was a big hit in the store that closed down. A small sealed pkg with fish and meat would be nice. So nice for a single meal.The cashiers are always pleasant and willing to help.I like the fresh fruits and veggiesIdea. Just a few thoughtsI love to see Christian items.

We love our Dollar General. We don't have a grocery store near us closest one is 14 miles away but our Dollar ageneral has almost everything and everyone in town shops there. Lisa is the manager and she is above 👏 amazing

This is the only Dollar General I've ever shopped at so I don't have any sample pool to draw from but my experience are always positive. The staff is always friendly and the selection is large enough to supply you with most things you might need if you don't want to drive the 20-30 minutes to a larger chain store.

Since the remodel, the store looks great. I like they added fresh grocery staples so I don't have to run to Chelsea for simply things like Bananas if I don't need to do a full grocery shop.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful (staff would get 4 stars) But on a whole as this rating is. This Stockbridge, MI store is very unorganized and floors needed sweeping. Honestly, I would have never guessed they just remodeled.

Crowded, unorganized, horrible wait lines with partially non working registers. Poor service. Not handicap accessible isles. Not enough frozen foods or baking supplies. Like the Clothing, but need more and more quantity of each size. Do Love the pool supplies and floats. Love the credit card cash back option. Like the gift cards and phone cards and household items available such as : shower curtain liners, alarm clocks, fans, food containers for relish trays and deviled eggs for portability. Children's gift bags and cards and reading glasses.

Messy store, bare shelves and rude staff.The store is a mess! Products all over the place. You can barely fit down the isle let alone with a cart. Don’t ever inconvenience the staff either, they’ll let you know about it too. I couldn’t find my debit card so I was going to use my Apple way as it has my card on it. The reader wouldn’t work. When I asked the cashier, she said in a very snotty demeaning tone “It don’t always work, you’re just gonna have to dig your card out and use that.”.This is the second time I’ve ever been in this store and it’s for sure going to be my last.

Store employees here especially a large young blond lady and an old lady are SOOO rude. They don't even hide it. They are outright, in your face rude and insulting in how they answer your inquiries or in general how they conduct themselves. It is mind boggling to see how such uncouth employees can continue to be hired by a big company like DG.

DG is great for all the necessities that pop up between regular shipping trips. Almost always have what I need at a great price! Location is convenient and saves me a lot of time and unnecessary miles!

This store actually deserves no stars after the incident my nieces and nephew encountered at your store. They were racially profiled and harassed by the stores employees. Yesterday, my nieces and nephews were treated very badly by the staff at this location, my niece 8, 14, nephew 5, the cashier told them they were not allowed in the store and that they had to stand outside the door, the cashier threatened to call the police on them. my 8 year old niece took off crying, and my 5 year old nephew thinks that they will call the police on him when he enters the store. My niece and nephews are respectful, polite and well mannered and would never steal or cause problems. My sister went into the store to find out what happened when the cashier was screaming at her, while a male employee paced behind her. This situation angers me regarding this situation that was turned hostile by the employees at the store, this could have ended up terribly. My plan is to take this up to the highest level that it can go.

This DG is well stocked and very clean with nice and professional staff. So much better than their counterpart in Webberville where it is walk through the isles yet products i look for are never in stock and haven't been for months. Thank you Stockbridge for maintaining your store as it should be, I'm not that way often but I will be sure to visit when I drive by! I am boycotting Webberville until the store can be run competently and provide me with the good i need.

I love the new self serve check out. You have to use your credit card only. But it worked fine and got all the discounts I was suppose to.

The young woman "Andy" she said her name was (she was not wearing a tag...thought that was mandatory from store to store) treated me just awful for no reason what so ever...after being overly kind to the man in front and also in line behind me. I would have contacted the store directly, but there is no number provided.Store visit occured 7:15pm, Sept. 10, 2020.

Well I was just there earlier today and there was a broken bottle of spaghetti sauce on the floor with glass laying everywhere I went down the Christmas aisle and it just look like a mess it have been awhile since I've been in the dollar store in Stockbridge but somebody really needs to be working on the floor and cleaning and straightening up
